The room was comfortable and having the additional space of the conservatory was very special. Peaceful ambiance. Good WiFi (once I found the code!). Great location, easy to walk into Bath, especially on a beautiful sunny day. Good to have available free parking and owner/manager kindly let us park there after checking out. Good value for money in otherwise expensive Bath.

For the warm summer nights, it would be nice to have a window opening to the outside (even if it's a conservatory window) to let in some cool air or a fan. Décor is dated but it didn't impact the comfort.

No breakfast available, told to use pub down the road

Staff at front of house, not welcome, I was going to book breakfast but told to go to pub, rooms look nice on first look, we booked four poster bed which looked nice but was rock hard, mattress so thin, curtains paper thin, so wide awake at sunrise, shower no pressure,wind flowing through window as it didn't seal at bottom and it felt like a museum look but don't touch

Nice bed and breakfast place in Bath, located at a 20-25 mins walking distance from the city centre, and main attractions. Has ample parking space and there are accessible rooms available, the staff at the counter helped us with that after seeing my dad! The beds in the room were comfy. The place has a big garden and plenty of outdoor seating too! The breakfast was cooked really well to order!

The stairs in building are pretty narrow as it's an old building and I think might be a fall risk.

Great location- parked car and walked into Bath centre- a reasonable walk. Easy parking right by the front door. Bedroom had enough space and bathroom was fine.

There wasn't much in the way of shelves to put things on in the bedroom- there was a wardrobe but hanging space only - no shelves. Could have done with another bedside table by the double bed

We stayed at this hotel with our family, and it fully met our expectations. It exudes a charming traditional ambiance, which was precisely what we were looking for, as opposed to a more modern establishment. The room was both cozy and as described, providing a warm and comfortable atmosphere. Although we did not have the opportunity to enjoy breakfast during our brief one-day stay due to our early morning departure, we couldn't help but notice the inviting and cozy ambiance of the hotel bar.

Close to Bath central accessed by #3 bus close by or car...do check Google Maps to make it enjoyable and stress free as Bath has slim streets reminiscent of ancient horse and cart travel days...

Nothing to dislike, accommodation was comfortable, bedding warm and cozy, shower hot water pressure good, staff member Gulene very pleasant and extremely helpful and accommodating to a tourists requests.

Warm welcome and helpful staff Stayed in the spacious studio apartment to rear of main house, easy access to garden and parking, nice double bedroom plus sofa bed and folding bed in sitting room made up with fresh bedding ready for family of 4. Kitchenette with sink, fridge-freezer, kettle, toaster and electric hob. Free on-site parking a big plus in Bath Pleasant 10-15 minute walk to Bath city centre and river Residential location with local shops and restaurant nearby

Bathroom with good sized shower but tiling could do with sprucing up a bit.

The room was really comfortable. It met expectations which was really pleasing. The bed was very comfortable. Nice small flat screen TV with multiple channels. Clean room and fit for purpose small bathroom. Perfect for my short stay.

Nothing really to criticise. I only spent one night there. It was perfectly fine.

Great location approx 10 min bus ride from city centre £2.20. Free parking, a real asset. Room clean, tidy and comfortable. Tea & coffee making facilities. Friendly staff. I have stayed before.

It was all good. However as this section wants me to comment, I would say the property overall is a little tired with a few stairs, but that is to be expected from an older, period property. For me, part of the charm!

We've stayed here a number of times as it is cheaply priced with free parking and we do not mind the walk into the town center. The rooms have all the basics needed for a short stay, we usually only stay one or two nights.

Personal preference, but we prefer softer beds. It's not a big deal for one or two nights.
