Almost a perfect stay! The front desk folks were wonderful. The facility was great. The daily breakfast was ample and delicious. The indoor pool was a bonus. The rooms were large and comfortable. The beds were great, too.

Absolutely everything was great – except for the housekeeping. They were clearly on a specific schedule. If we weren't ready for them to clean the room, then our room didn't get cleaned that day. This happened twice during our stay. When they did clear our room, they did an excellent job. Still, the rest of our stay was excellent. Also, the location is great, except it can be difficult to actually get in and out of the hotel property because of how it's located near a one-way siding road. That's being picky, though.

Clean, comfortable room. Nice lobby, pool and fitness room. Good free breakfast. Safe neighborhood.

No bars or restaurants within walking distance.

The environment was fine. The staff was kind.

I didnt like the young lady that called me when my card decline her tone was rude because I was not sure if the company would run the card because I needed to have something on file but was paying cash she could have been a little bit nicer I dont recall her name but Im sure you guys can look it up. I also didnt like that on the elevator someone spit out pistachios shells on it but I let the front desk know and she apologized for it but that was not her fault just some guest but I like how she going to resolve it quickly.

If you need something in north Dallas, I highly recommend it. I booked it since it was cheap and close to my meeting and I was pleasantly surprised. The bedding was super comfortable. It was likely all cotton and the pillows came in two varieties (the pillow cases were marked accordingly). The hot breakfast was typical hotel fare, but there were 4 hot items plus oatmeal and fresh pancakes (from a machine). Internet was fine and I was able to get a late checkout and do a webinar from their little office in the lobby. Staff was super nice too. I was able to get everywhere I needed via public transportation- that’s so much nicer than the hassle of renting a car for a short trip!

The bed was super comfy and the room extremely large. We have a family of 5 and the suit never felt crowd. The stuff was really nice.

The suit floor was extremely nasty. It needs to be cleaned or replaced immediately. There was a huge red stain on the flood in the room as well. I wouldn't allow my family to wear they socks. They had to have on shoes when walking around the room. We were not able to use the pool. And they stopped putting out breakfast at 830 when start not supposed to end till 930.

Pleasantly surprised at how clean and fresh things looked. Appeared to be a new hotel. Never stayed at a Holiday Inn Express. The staff was super nice.

Very small issue. Maybe the fact that Saturday morning was really busy and it was tough to get in to grab anything for breakfast. Luckily we weren’t in a huge hurry but a bit inconvenient since the area with the food was very small.

The room was clean and comfortable. It was larger than we expected. The TV was nice and larger than some we've had. The TV guide took a little to get used to. We liked the Keurig Pods, but only received 1 Regular and 1 De-Caf.

The A/C was hard to get adjusted - seemed to run continuously, even though we kept adjusting the temp. Got quite cool.

Clean and organised. Staff very friendly and efficient. Room: nice layout and quiet. Breakfast good assortment. Pool is well maintained.

Why USD 5 for parking per night - is there extra security? Room cleaning staff very good and quite enthusiastic, but they do shout loudly to each other up and down the hallway which was a bit disturbing.

Very clean, like the fact that the pool was indoors and it was the perfect distance for what we planned for our trip

The only thing that I didn’t like was the pool water was a little cold but that didn’t bother my child and she was the reason for the pool in the first place

Nice facility in a good location

They tried to charge me $5.00 per night for parking; Not identified on their website as a cost. I refused to pay it. Microwave in my room was dirty. Room would not cool properly. Room had a ceiling fan, but only an on/off switch. The fan was set to high speed and not balanced properly so it wobbled and rattled all night.
