The hotel is very clean, the staff were amazing in every way! The location is close to all the attractions in Pigeon Forge and the trolley stops here if you choose not to drive. The pools and hot tubs were clean, breakfast was amazing, the facility was immaculate and the landscaping is beautiful! We have stayed here twice now and will definitely be staying again.
The elevator is really slow and was full more times than not. I guess this is a good problem to have because the number of guests staying has outgrown the elevator's capacity. Definitely take the stairs if you're in a rush. The kitchen and dining area is clean and the food is amazing but the flow during breakfast really gets backed up so the line for the buffet style breakfast blocks people from getting drinks/coffee and the line backs up into the actual kitchen. If the set up could be reversed for the waffle line and the hot food line, starting to the right as you walk into the buffet area instead of the left, this may could be eliminated. Again, a good problem to have since the hotel is so busy.

Never ate breakfast, room was very clean, bed comfortable. Always fresh towels.
Housekeeping was very unresponsive when spoken to. If you said good morning they looked at you like you were from outer space. Made you wonder if you could trust them

Housekeeping comes in everyday to give towels and take trash, it’s nice not having to worry about getting towels from downstairs or having to request service. We loved how the inside pool is open until 12am, great for the kids not wanting to end the night early. Front desk was super nice & always greeted us with a smile!
When we walked into the hotel it does have an odor, & the towels/wash rags smell bad. It was hard to feel clean after a shower when you’re drying off with a towel that smells bad. I’m a housekeeper myself & we have an indoor pool, none of our towels smell like that so I guess they’re old and need to be replaced. I’m not sure but they do stink.

Rooms were clean and bug-free, nice swimming pools and the hours for the pool were nice they are extended compared to previous hotels we stayed at 10pm outside and midnight inside and they were heated the area was nice close to everything but just over the hill enough that it wasn’t loud from the main strip nice big hill on the back side that had cows on it which was so pretty! Lots of entrance/exit doors which was nice because if the front parking lot was full you didn’t have to walk around outside to find an entrance door cute balconies with 2 chairs and a partition frosted glass between you and the next guest. We would stay again!
They could use new beds they were very firm with no give at all and they didn’t have mattress protectors on them and faster elevators they only have two in the facility and the one by the front lobby felt like it took forever and give their breakfast some flavor everything was very bland in flavor but the seating area was huge.

The premises was clean and I love how it is set away from the main strip. The room was nice and clean. Very convenient to have a full size fridge and dishwasher since we have children. The tv placement is kind of awkward though. The pool area was nice and clean although I would say they need more wet floor signs through the hallways. The woman at the front desk was nice but the boy was rather rude to her and not very friendly with us. The cleaning staff were on their phones while cleaning rooms which isn’t a huge issue in itself but how loud she was is.
I feel like smoking areas outside should have better signage and maybe a cover for when it’s raining.

The bedroom, bathroom, and kitchen area were a good size. We liked having a range cooktop, sink, dishwasher, and fridge; and, the two chairs near the kitchen countertop were good for watching television. The mattress on the bed was comfortable and we liked having the blinds on the windows. Breakfast has a variety of items and most of them are pretty good - except for the eggs.
The dishwasher is extremely loud! The sofa in the living area is uncomfortable - just wanted to watch television there; however, we preferred the two kitchen chairs because they were more comfortable. We would have preferred a nightlight in the bathroom because the overhead light is extremely bright in the middle of the night. The pillows on the bed are too soft.

The hotel is awesome!. Our suite was exactly as it was pictured. The beds were comfortable, and the room was very clean and well stocked. The breakfast bar was great. Our family really enjoyed the pools and lazy river. The hot tubs were nice as well.. We loved walking along the little creek that is beside the hotel. We had such a great time that we have already booked another stay in summer. It is very close to all of the attractions, yet you wouldn't know it, because it is a very peaceful setting. I have already recommended it to other people.
There really wasn't anything we didn't like.

Check-in was easy. The staff was pleasant. The place was extremely clean. The pools were nice. The breakfast and dining area was better than average with an overflow seating section for the times when breakfast dining was crowded. We travel to this location once to twice a year for the last 15 years or more. Some stays are in cabins and some are in hotels. I would say this stay ranks in the top two hotel stays I have had in Pigeon Forge.
There is really nothing during the stay that is worth mentioning in this dislike section.

It was off the main road away from the hustle and bustle of Pigeon Forge. The room had a little kitchen, complete with a set of 4 dishes, cooking utensils, and a pan. They also provided a dishwasher, toaster, microwave, full-size refrigerator and 2 burner stove/oven. The pool was great with an indoor and outdoor pool. The indoor pool closed 2 hours after the outdoor and both pools have hot tubs.
They had the same breakfast option every single day with the exception of ham or sausage or bacon substitutions. For the price though and a free breakfasts not bad.
