The hotel is very clean, the staff were amazing in every way! The location is close to all the attractions in Pigeon Forge and the trolley stops here if you choose not to drive. The pools and hot tubs were clean, breakfast was amazing, the facility was immaculate and the landscaping is beautiful! We have stayed here twice now and will definitely be staying again.

The elevator is really slow and was full more times than not. I guess this is a good problem to have because the number of guests staying has outgrown the elevator's capacity. Definitely take the stairs if you're in a rush. The kitchen and dining area is clean and the food is amazing but the flow during breakfast really gets backed up so the line for the buffet style breakfast blocks people from getting drinks/coffee and the line backs up into the actual kitchen. If the set up could be reversed for the waffle line and the hot food line, starting to the right as you walk into the buffet area instead of the left, this may could be eliminated. Again, a good problem to have since the hotel is so busy.

Never ate breakfast, room was very clean, bed comfortable. Always fresh towels.

Housekeeping was very unresponsive when spoken to. If you said good morning they looked at you like you were from outer space. Made you wonder if you could trust them

Rooms were clean and bug-free, nice swimming pools and the hours for the pool were nice they are extended compared to previous hotels we stayed at 10pm outside and midnight inside and they were heated the area was nice close to everything but just over the hill enough that it wasn’t loud from the main strip nice big hill on the back side that had cows on it which was so pretty! Lots of entrance/exit doors which was nice because if the front parking lot was full you didn’t have to walk around outside to find an entrance door cute balconies with 2 chairs and a partition frosted glass between you and the next guest. We would stay again!

They could use new beds they were very firm with no give at all and they didn’t have mattress protectors on them and faster elevators they only have two in the facility and the one by the front lobby felt like it took forever and give their breakfast some flavor everything was very bland in flavor but the seating area was huge.

The bedroom, bathroom, and kitchen area were a good size. We liked having a range cooktop, sink, dishwasher, and fridge; and, the two chairs near the kitchen countertop were good for watching television. The mattress on the bed was comfortable and we liked having the blinds on the windows. Breakfast has a variety of items and most of them are pretty good - except for the eggs.

The dishwasher is extremely loud! The sofa in the living area is uncomfortable - just wanted to watch television there; however, we preferred the two kitchen chairs because they were more comfortable. We would have preferred a nightlight in the bathroom because the overhead light is extremely bright in the middle of the night. The pillows on the bed are too soft.

It was off the main road away from the hustle and bustle of Pigeon Forge. The room had a little kitchen, complete with a set of 4 dishes, cooking utensils, and a pan. They also provided a dishwasher, toaster, microwave, full-size refrigerator and 2 burner stove/oven. The pool was great with an indoor and outdoor pool. The indoor pool closed 2 hours after the outdoor and both pools have hot tubs.

They had the same breakfast option every single day with the exception of ham or sausage or bacon substitutions. For the price though and a free breakfasts not bad.

The hotel is awesome!. Our suite was exactly as it was pictured. The beds were comfortable, and the room was very clean and well stocked. The breakfast bar was great. Our family really enjoyed the pools and lazy river. The hot tubs were nice as well.. We loved walking along the little creek that is beside the hotel. We had such a great time that we have already booked another stay in summer. It is very close to all of the attractions, yet you wouldn't know it, because it is a very peaceful setting. I have already recommended it to other people.

There really wasn't anything we didn't like.

Good hotel, ended up being rather close to everything we wanted

Not overly fond of a 16:00 check in time, it didn't hurt anything this time because we ended up behind due to a death in the family, but if we had gotten there when we wanted no ability to try and check in early would have been frustrating. I do understand early check in can't always happen, but no opinion at all which is what I was presented with? Also had issues with payment. We reserved the room on one card, but provided a different when we got there to put on file and pay for the room. They ended up charging the first card. They were good about fixing it when it was pointed out, but still a slight hiccup.

I love that the hotel isn’t huge and you don’t have to fight massive crowds everytime you step out of your room. The pool and hot tub inside are perfect and it’s not overly crowded this time of year. It was such a pleasant peaceful trip and was last year as well

My only complaints would be faster elevators. The hotel was busy during our stay because there were so many people in town for conferences and all through the day you had to wait a bit to get on elevator even for a 4 story building but it’s nothing compared to a large hotel. And I do wish they would find a different brand of gravy and biscuits lol. They are kinda bland and the biscuits taste and felt like they were reheated. These things will not deter me from coming back again and again

Everyone was really friendly, the breakfast area was wonderful so were the ladies in there. The property was clean and set up excellent. If I had to complain about anything, I asked the evening we checked in if we could have a late check out they said absolutely, then when it was 10:30 that morning I had went downstairs and when I asked again to make sure the lady told me she would give us to 11:30 after they had told us that night that we could stay later. I was upset because at that point we had to rush to get out. Other than that we really liked the place and staff was great
