The property is decent value for money, clean, and a handy base to explore the island. There’s cooking facilities and a few local shops for the basics, but Chios is the place for eating out. The important thing is Giorgos is a great guy, on the first night he told us about the island, sorted us a hire car and we then had the most brilliant three days exploring a stunning unspoiled, beautiful island, with empty beaches, historic villages with, beautiful tavernas in remote locations. It was totally unexpected and my partner said it reminded her of visiting the Greek islands 30 years ago. Big thanks to Giorgos.

It’s not the newest of facilities- but it’s clearly being continually updated. There’s actually a road between it and the sea/coastal strip, and you may not get a room with a view, but as a base to park the car and sleep it is perfectly acceptable.

Everything was perfect, comfortable and clean. There is a completely equipped kitchenette. The rooms are climatised properly - you sleep like a baby. The owner and his family were extremely helpful and friendly understanding also Turkish. The location is very easy to reach. There is a beach at 50 mt, shower, changing cabines included (don't forget your aqua shoes). You don't have to hassle to hire a car. You just ask the owner, hoplà ! everything's arranged. There is a Market-In supermarket at 100 mt to the north, you find anything you need, especially cheese, and two small food shops next to the hotel. This is like a summer house. I wish I could stay longer, to drain the brain and body :)

The room was cleaned very thoroughly every day. Has a spacious parking lot, we never needed to look for another place in a week. Close to the city center, but far enough to be away from crowd. Yorgos was very helpful and gave us some explanation on map with important places on the island

Lack of a place to dry towels/swimsuits, we needed to use the chairs. The double bed is two single beds put together with a gap between them, which is slightly uncomfortable. Wireless, but it seems to be an island-wide issue.

hotel is very close to center and beaches. Hotel and our room's location was very quite. staff cleaned the room everyday. made the beds, clean the bathroom and wc. Hotel's manager helped us our every request. explain about chios's popular areas on the map. He is really professional and he gave extreme effort for every guest's stay. we left our valuable things in hotel room and it was really safe. long story short, property is splendid. Thanks for unforgetable 6 days.

Giorgos and his team are so kind, interested in all needs, Giorgos suggestions about island and customer needs match. Homely Studios is clean, easy to arrive, and parking is not a problem, even on the island. We made a very good decision to stay at Homely Studios.

I can't say I didn't like but on photos before I visit, I thought there was a beach in front of the Homely Studios, but there wasn't.

I think there is nothing to write about this facility but the warm wellcome with island special Masticha candy and wine we had been offered upon arrive, the owner Mr. Yorgos is a real gentelman, he will try to help you with everything that he can even on spontaneous situations, each customer will have his very special attention to cover all their expectations, the whatsapp message that you will have only a day before your arrival gives you this feeling that you are going to stay in a place which he really cares, the staff smiling all the day, clean, very good house keeping, delicious exceptional breakfast, excellent location of the facility

Simply a big nothing

First of all we would like to thank Giorgos for all his friendship and hospitality. No matter what kind of problem we had, he helped us in every situation, from renting a car to needing a last minute breakfast. He explained the island to us on the first day we arrived and helped us a lot in getting to know the island. He was accessible from the earliest hours of the morning until 10 pm. We thank him for all his hard work and friendship. The room was just like in the picture. Didn't face any issue with A/C. Even if room cleaning is not requested every day, our toilet was cleaned every day. Our towels were changed once a two day. Thanks to Cherry for her help with cleaning. We will definitely come again a place. There are public and privately operated beaches and close to the hotel and hotel is located 2,3km far away from center. Facility has free parking. You are in the center for 7-8 euros by taxi. In short, our vacation was amazing. Thank you Homely studio team for everything.

We didn't encounter any situation that we didn't like.

The hotel's location is conveniently situated just a 15-minute drive from the city center. Moreover, there are two or three beautiful beaches within walking distance of the hotel, making it easily accessible for guests who enjoy beach outings. The receptionist, Yorgo, was an exceptional individual who went above and beyond to assist us with any issues or inquiries we had. His friendly demeanor and willingness to help were remarkable. Yorgo even generously shared his personal phone with us, allowing us to reach out to him for recommendations on car rentals, restaurants, nearby beaches, and information about the must-visit places in Chios. His extensive knowledge and guidance greatly enhanced our overall experience at the hotel.

One of the downsides was the breakfast, which unfortunately lacked variety. Throughout my stay, the menu remained the same every day, consisting mainly of toast and cheese. Additionally, the quality of the coffee and tea was subpar. Another issue I encountered was the slow internet connection. At times, it was so sluggish that I had to rely on my own mobile data for internet access. Regrettably, the poor internet speed prevented me from making video calls to communicate with my parents.

Mr. Giorgos Mylonadis (the owner) sent me a text message saying that our room would be upgraded to a bigger studio with 3 single beds and seaview from the balcony, just because his father will be greeting us, instead of him. That was such a nice gesture. And Mr. 'Papa' Mylonadis kindly and friendly welcomed us. The hotel is located by the seaside and just a few km.s away from Chiros Port. It was nicely quiet area. Room was so great with good lighting, high ceiling, comfortable beds. When we go to Chios once again, there is no doubt that we'll be staying in this property.
