2 comfortable bedrooms and a nice lounge area. Also very close to the university and lots of restaurants.

The kitchen had no dishes or anything. Not very useful for self-catering.

I liked the location,the place has easy acces to everything. The swimming pool was clean,the resturant was clean. The estatics was 10 out of 10

The staff was not accomadative, our room on second day sheet where not changed. we complained & changed room.The staff started being mean and gave us attitute . The saturday Chef prepared good omellet and on sunday the lady Chef made us a tasteless omellet withno salt. Some of the breakfast stuff was stale. They keep bread outside uncovared so the bread its not fresh.

The rooms were clean and exceeded our expectations! The staff were friendly and helpful regardless of the pressure they were under with booking in the volume of guests.

Upon arrival at 14h35 pm, a lot of guests were waiting for their rooms to be assigned. Frustrations were flying high and the staff at reception/ check- in were overwhelmed with the volume of guests in font of them as they tried to assign rooms. Unfortunately due to a backlog with housekeeping, a lot of guests weren't able to book into their rooms, and drop off their belongings before going to the music concert at Lotus. Tension's were flying high, and understandably so. I do think that seeing as this will be a re-occurring event next year (2025), I would recommend a higher staff attendance on the day of, better planning, and a manager on duty to deal with the unhappy guests. The reception staff were at the receiving end of a lot of anger. I feel that this could be manager a little better!

As I walked in a lady call Fortunate welcomed us with a smile and she was so friendly explained everything to us well done she is the best and she is an asset to the Hotel and at the restaurant Adelaide she was super nice serve us with love so patinate of her job overall everyone was good just I remembered those two outstanding employees Fortunate and Adelaide

It was amazing. Anew hotel has my highest form of recommendation. We felt completely safe and welcome, and the staff and food were out of this world. Thank you so much. We appreciate everything that they have done for us during the week.

the environment

staff attitude, they don't even greet clients except for the receptionists and security guards. All the cleaners were moody. Then if booked for two how come one small bottle of water is provided, one drying towel??? Its also high time carpets be changed to tiles. The paasage carpet was producing a terrible odour/smell just to mention a few

The location was very good, and it was very cosy. It was as it is in the pictures.

The smoking zone opens to the lounges, making it difficult for non-smokers to enjoy the lounges. I hope they can control that airflow, the location in the smoking area was good; just work on this. The first floor entry was very confusing I wish you could have clear directions for anyone who happens to come in through that door.

I liked the facilities provided at the hotel, but some,like our AC, did not function properly during our stay. The staff was very friendly towards us.

A roach crawled across the floor, so that was not something that made me happy and the tap had some mold growing on the wall which was not pleasant to see.

The room I booked here on booking.com was exactly what I expected. The staff were very kind and professional. I also enjoyed the tranquility of the hotel. I would highly recommend ANEW Hotel to anyone also if you're a parent who needs to get some time away from your kids that's the best hotel for you

The apartments are very tidy,staff is lovely to engage with,and very helpful.

A few apartments we've been in,do need some repairs, a regular inspection would avoid clients having to report an issue.
