Perfect location. Few minutes to the beautiful beach. Food was ok, staff very friendly and helpful. Good place to stay with kids. Nice and spacious rooms. Good value for money.

Pool could use a little lift up. And room cleaning could be better. They could at least use vacuum cleaners for rooms, because the floors were dirty. You can't clean it only with the broom. Had to pay for beach towels, so bring your own.

Location, staff, comfort, view and cleanness are advantages. In the room is almost everything you need (I was missing only dish soap). We really liked bingo night, could be more than once a week and more than two games. It was fun! We didnt eat there so cant rate food. Also didnt use pool and anything except our room once one bingo game.

This is not HSM fault, but the area is quite noisy. We had room on the other side from the bar that in many reviews is mentioned as loud. We had small view on the sea and main street right in front. But if you dont have problems with sleeping or have earplugs then its fine. There could be dish soap, we had to use hand soap but didnt cook. If someone would cook then that soap may be not enough. There were mosquitos but not many, and again, it is not HSM fault.

Whoever was in charge of hiring staff is a pure genius, because he/she made ordinary hotel extraordinary place for holiday. Friendly reception, kind cleaning ladies…. And then there was Tony, greeting us with smile and positive energy every day. Hardworking sweet guy who can make the best cappuccino. But what really made or holiday relaxing was Erica. My boys adore her. She made a great program in kids club and she really knows how to work with kids. She is the reason why we will book this hotel again. Hotel has a really good location. Beach is 5 minutes away. They have a washing machine, with was convenient. Late check out was possible with a small charge. Lobby is beautifully decorated. Wish it would reflect more in the rooms. But overall it was very good value for money.

We found the hotel apartments to have a good family focused atmosphere. An easy walk to the family safe beach. Onsite, we were extremely happy with Erika, the children's club teacher. She was highly creative and professional in her interactions with my granddaughter. Her enthusiasm and kindness for her work were evident and should be recognised as an asset to the hotel. Moreover, the poolside bar staff Antonio and Laura were highly efficient, professional, and attentive to customers' needs. Overall, the staff, including the cleaners, were very helpful and supportive. The pools, there are two are safe for small children with an option for a quieter experience in the second building.

Some of the equipment in the apartment kitchen is a little tired. For instance, the microwave sits next to the sink and is water damaged. The cooking utensils were broken , i.e., the ladle and spatula came apart. It would be an added bonus if mugs were part of the equipment. Apart from this, the standard of cleanliness was good. Be warned that the local supermarkets are more expensive for groceries than a trip to Lidle or Aldi. Thank you.

The hotel is freshly refurbished with modern design. It’s only few minutes away from amazing beach with flat walking, no hills or stairs. Plenty of shops and restaurants on the door steps. Hotel staff are amazing, we often spoke to Jurate at the reception who was very supporting and shared a lot of information about local places. We had b&b option which included unlimited brunch until 1.30pm. It was so convenient to have with our 4 years old. At 12 the kitchen also adds more brunch options including burgers or pizza. The food quality was great, our 4 years old ate well compared to the previous hotels we visited.

We had an amazing vacation at LEGO PARK hotel in Mallorca! 🌴 Even though we don't speak English, we were lucky to meet a very kind and helpful woman at the reception who assisted us with everything — thank you so much! 💛 At the bar we met Antonio — he makes the most delicious cocktails we’ve ever tasted 🍹 — absolutely perfect! DJ Juli is a true professional — the music was incredible, creating a great atmosphere every evening 🎶. And Lorena's energy gave us smiles and a positive mood for the whole day — she is wonderful! 😊 Thank you to the whole team for making our stay unforgettable. We will definitely come back! ❤️

The location is good, 5 min to the good beach. Close to Alcudia and Formentor. Good access to public transport. Swimming pools are amazing (clean, thoughtful for children and adults). Rooms have enough kitchen utensils and tools for cooking. Comfortable sofa bed for children. Rooms are big with good space for cloth and other personal staff. Good planned building with a lift and stairs. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Cleaners come almost every day.

Building #2 is noisy. Our first room was near a bar, and we could listen to their visitors up to 1am. One night was really awful, and we were moved to another room. In general, the walls are thin. I read in comments about this and I was prepared. The family bad is combined with 2 single beds, and it's going apart from movements. That's all for negative things about this hotel. In general, I believe it is worth their cost.

We had a fantastic stay at HSM Lago Park with my wife and our two small children. It was the perfect place for a family holiday — everything was well thought out and truly child-friendly. The kids absolutely loved the animation program, especially the amazing kids’ entertainer who made every day exciting and fun for them. It gave us some much-needed time to relax knowing they were in good hands and having a blast! The entire hotel staff was incredibly friendly and helpful — from the reception to the cleaning team, everyone was professional and always smiling. Our room was cleaned daily and always spotless. A special shoutout goes to the bartender at the pool bar — he was simply outstanding! Super friendly, fast, and always ready with a smile and great drinks. He really made our poolside time even more enjoyable. We would definitely recommend HSM Lago Park to any family looking for a relaxing and well-organized holiday. We’re already thinking about coming back next year!

This is a good location considering the price and size of the apartment, as well as the distance to the sea. The beach there is sandy, with a small depth and many hundreds of meters. Ideal if you are especially going on holiday with children. There are a lot of restaurants around, and there is also a hypermarket nearby where you can buy groceries and cook yourself, since the apartment has an induction cooker and the necessary utensils for cooking.

It's not that I don't like it. I knew it before booking this hotel. The hotel is divided into 2 hotels with different territories, each territory has its own small pool. If someone is used to pools like in Turkey or Egypt, they may be disappointed. But I repeat - this was not news to me, I myself do not consider it a disadvantage, since I understood that this would be so, since everything is visible in the photos of the hotel. You just need to take this into account. Well, there is a warm sea nearby - I did not really need this pool.

I wanted to say big thank`s to all the stuff that I have a contact in the hotel, starting from cleaning stuff, waiters, reception and especially barmans who were smilled all the time, very helpful and created really good atmosphere. I also wanted to thak for possibility to play B2B with a DJ close to the swimming pool. It was a pleassure. All the thing that we were surounded by, coused that we started missing Mallorca the day after we come back to home. See you next year.
