Property brilliant home away from home everything you need hotel not very accommodating for meals when I asked to book two nights as it was a 50th birthday we were celebrating I was told we were supposed to be self catering had gone up the week before to see what was available there was told to phone on wed of following week to see if we could book for dinner decided not to push our luck so only booked one night no breakfasts available and the week we arrived n sandwiches at lunchtime either as we don’t drive this would put us off going again great location easy to get there with public transport but not very accommodating at hotel caravan park staff welcoming hotel staff not

the views were amazing. we were so pleased to have our own wee bay and jetty to go out on the loch. lovely quiet location and everything we needed in the cabin which was very spacious, clean and tidy.

liked everything. perhaps would have enjoyed a fire pit outside, the neighbours had one but we did not. we didnt actually have anything to burn though so perhaps provide that for folk or have the option to buy firewood?

Can't beat location. Place homely. New outside furniture.

Could provide more sheets for sofa bed. Possibly non duck feather as me and one of our friends are allergic. No dvd player anymore. Slip matt under hot tub stairs.

Lovely lodge with excellent facilities. The staff throughout went the extra mile to ensure our stay was enjoyable. Dale helped us with all our questions and ensured our needs were met

If i had to be picky, the only thing i disliked were the cobwebs but there were not many and it was the season for spiders

We enjoyed this lodge, spacious and very nicely built, with amenities like dishwasher and cooker and oven. The hot tub was an excellent relaxing experience. All the living space was cozy and inviting. The beds were clean and plenty towels provided. The lodge was pretty clean and hygienic. Soaps and toilet paper provided. The view was outstanding and breathtaking. There is little green lawn space in front of the lodge for wee pup to play! Cot and highchair provided upon request!

The sauna was not very hot so we did not use it at all. There was no dish soap or sponge provided for rinsing dishes or washing bulky barbeque grill. We were not able to figure out how to operate TV as none of the instructions given to us worked. The TV is pretty old and would need upgrading. Fridges did not shut properly.

It made the base for a wonderful family holiday, location is fantastic. The stunning views in any direction, so much wildlife to see and hear. Property was very comfortable and clean. Hot tub good. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Property could do with a little maintenance Bedroom window wouldn't close had been mentioned by previous guests and few other bits around the place. But that's all.

The property was really cosy, very comfortable and warm. Everything has been done to a high standard and the view is unbelievable. The staff was really helpful. It’s been a wonderful stay, an opportunity to switch off and admire the beautiful Scottish sceneries.

Absolutely beautiful surroundings, comfortable and cosy lodge, perfect place to escape and clear one’s head for a few days.

I honestly could not have asked for more.

Location could not be better. Wonderful place to stay.

A welcome pack would have been nice for guidance on how to use things and some info on surrounding areas. Google is a wonderful thing though and the WiFi is good.
