Nice location with easy walk to the lake; Room (snug double with no view) is very spacious; Breakfast has full Scottish selection and service is quick. I read some of the comments when I made the reservation. I was a bit worried about the music in the bar as we stayed on a Friday. But it was no problem at all. I didn’t hear anything from our room. Actually we went to the bar to have a drink and listen to the music. The lady sang that night provided a very nice background music. I guess the volume depends on who is performing.

The bed is too soft for us. But it’s not a problem at all as everyone has different preferences.

From check in to check out everything was perfect. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The room was great with a nice view of the loch from our Juliet balcony . We had dinner on Saturday evening which was exceptional and also a great atmosphere with live music. Our room was very clean and the bed was so comfortable. Great shower. Breakfast in the morning was delicious with a great menu to choose from. I have passed this hotel many times over the years and never thought it would be good. How wrong was I. We will definitely be back.

I have nothing negative to say about our stay at the Inn On Loch Lomond

It’s located along the shore of the Loch at Inverbeg, on the A82, so really good access for either travelling north or south. Large car park. Easy access to reception, after online check in the reception dealt with us quickly and efficiently. I did ask if they had any hair conditioner as I’d run out of mine and they only had a shower gel or a ‘conditioning shampoo’ (tbh both looked and smelt the same thing!), and no shower caps, so I had to forgo my shower which was disappointing. Lots of milk, tea bags and coffee sachets in the room with a kettle. View of the Loch was great. Not much road noise even with the window open. Food was lovely in the bar/restaurant. The bar staff were really lovely and helpful. Would definitely stay here again. Nice lounge area where we sat after dinner and had relaxing drinks. Food and drink prices really reasonable.

Please consider stocking hair conditioner (most people use it, especially women!), or at least put a shower cap in the bathroom for use please.

The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable, lovely shower room with nice toiletries. The car park was very good with ample spaces. Food quality and choice was excellent both for dinner and breakfast. All staff were very friendly and helpful.

The charge of £16.50 for breakfast was ok if you wanted to have a full Scottish breakfast. However several of our friends preferred a small continental breakfast and had to pay the £16.50 as there was no separate price for continental breakfast. One of our party requested boiled eggs but they didn't do boiled eggs. It is such a shame a beautiful hotel like this is so inflexible for special requests.

Lovely comfortable old style hotel with beautiful views of Lock Lomand. Room, while small was comfortable, clean and lovely hot shower. Food in the restaurant was very nice and service was excellent. Breakfast is very nice and there are a range of hot options that are prepared on request. Parking is free and easy to access. Lovely walking areas around hotel if you fancy a stroll. Recommend you visit Luas which is a short drive from hotel. This very quaint and picturesque village is well worth visiting

Floorboards creak a lot but it settles down when guests go to bed.

The hotel is perfectly located just off the main A82 right beside Loch Lomond. Good parking. Staff are very friendly and helpful and love dogs (whole hotel is dog-friendly). Breakfast was a delight - fresh cold buffet and unlimited coffee and a large selection of hot meals including proper porridge and kippers. Dinner was also excellent on the 2 nights we were there - dinner from 17:00 so you can avoid the live music on Fridays and Saturdays (starts at about 19:00) if you wish. Good walks on the loch side for dogwalking. Easy access to tourist areas (Luss etc.) and space up the glens to get away from the crowds and hill walking in Glen Douglas. Views over Loch Lomond and surrounding hills are magnificent.

Room was quite small but adequate. Noisy flooring outside room (but it is an old building so expected). Staircase up to 1st floor - both of us are impaired in our walking and the dog is old!!

Staff were friendly and helpful and we were re-roomed to a ground floor room when the receptionist saw my husband was walking with a stick; the gesture was much appreciated. The room was clean and comfortable with a plenty of space and had comfortable chairs so we didn't have to sit on the bed all the time! The restaurant was good and we had a lovely evening meal (which we were able to book in advance) and a great breakfast. The hotel is pet friendly and there was a wonderful array of very well-behaved dogs in the dining room! There are excellent views across the Loch.

Nothing to dislike!

Comfortable bed, large room and bathroom for a (snug room), plenty of milk, coffee, tea, sugar,biscuits in the rooms, waiting on STAFF really attentive, very polite, lovely Scottish breakfast, (tattie scones, haggis, black pudding amazing), Great for dogs as there's a dog park at the bottom of the hotel carpark and you can walk under the bridge to the Loch with a greenspace area, (don't have to walk over the busy A82 in front which is ideal. Luss village is nice to visit as got a small beach and greenspace area for dogs, great cafe too (The Village Rest cafe/bistro) plus the views are lovely, pretty village with cottages and a pier. Drive through to Glencoe and Fort William are spectacular for views of the mountains.

We had a rear room 106, which had an air-con generator we think? outside the window which could be noisey on and off blowing steam past the window, so kept the window shut, not enough wardrobe space to hang clothes or no hooks to hang coats up anywhere? especially in the winter for heavy coats, car park is slightly steep ,plus no lift to 1st/2nd floors. (Only 3 disabled car spaces) , Restaurant food at night quite expensive so we only ate 1 night out of the 4 nights we stayed.

This hotel was friendly, clean and the food was really good. We stayed for two night , we dined both nights and had lovely meal each time service was very good and friendly. We intend to come back soon

Only fault was you can hear the rooms around about you

Plenty of parking spaces which is always important, and from the car park you could access the Loch via an underpass where we noticed that the National Scottish Cycle Path ran alongside the Loch shore. The staff in reception and in the dining area could not have been more welcoming and helpful and everything was well run. As an added bonus the hotel was dog friendly which was perfect for us. Our room was very clean and well maintained. We did have to go up several flights of stairs as we were in room 207 but it was worth it as we had a great view of the Loch. The breakfast was excellent with a wide range of choices including a vegetarian option and we booked a few evening meals there too which were also really good, the sea bass in particular was delicious and my husband loved the steak pie. There was entertainment on Friday and Saturday evening which we enjoyed. .

Nothing, although a lift would have been a great addition. Also you would need to have a car to get around, but this is expected when you are touring Scotland, although we did notice a bus stop nearby.
