Room was really nice, large windows overlooking the loch and modern bathroom with separate loo. Our room was two doors along from the spa which was ideal for me leaving the baby with my partner. It was easy to walk into luss with the pram. The restaurant really surprised us, the food was excellent and again ideal for the pram, lots of space to walk around. Would recommend to young families!

Corridors were a little tired. Lift sounded like it needed maintenance. When we arrived someone else’s bags were in our room, this was remedied quickly and staff were nice but a compensational gesture like money off spa or restaurant would have been appreciated for the inconvenience.

View from the room was brilliant, I was in the main reception building above restaurant in one of their standard classic rooms, and the view over the loch was beautiful! lovely little beach walk as well, just be aware lots of midges at dusk. bar and restaurant are very nice although slightly pricy (and no other options nearby) and spa was amazing

the room coffee facilities felt a bit cramped on the table, not much room to put any personal items but may be because they provide a full coffee machine in rooms. nearest shop is a good 20 min drive away so kind of stuck with hotel prices, but if you have a car its ok

We have stayed several times and it doesn’t disappoint. Clean comfortable rooms and good food. I like to be at a hotel where food is served at the table rather than buffet breakfast.

Dogs in the dining room. Not everyone likes dogs and you have no control over them when they bark. We had barking at breakfast time. Staff are very attentive to these dogs and I just hope they wash their hands afterwards. I am a dog lover but would never dream of taking one into a restaurant.

I asked the hotel for a room that wasn't pet friendly, and they accommodated us no problem, the room was fresh and very clean and comfortable.

we had a drink in the lounge and felt that it's a little tired(showing it's age) the evening meal was lovely but can't say the same for the breakfast, as we only wanted couple of items off the full scottish breakfast list, both myself and my husband felt that it was more like a childs portion, pretty disappointing considering what it cost. also perhaps a grab rail in the shower over bath as it's a large step out.

The room was very spacious and clean, the staff, the views were all superb. we stayed in a Corbett room with balcony right on water. Reception staff were kind, polite and professional. Barstaff were attentive and friendly . The spa catered for all needs, and were very accommodating, as I had booked late, but managed two days in the spa and treatments were great value for money. Staff were polite, knowledgeable about the products and any health queries.

A couple of timers the dinner for room service wasn't upto par. My father was ordering 7.45pm and it seemed it was threw together compared to ordering earlier as he previously done. I guess this could be due to different chefs. Breakfast had great options and was very fresh, well presented.

Impeccable views you cannot get enough of from the lodge, lots of stars at night as well. Was upgraded to a Corbetts room (directly overlooking the loch), super kind of the staff! We went there during the winter and found the room was warm and cozy. Free parking on site. Didn’t get to try out their Spa facilities. Full English breakfast was included which had a couple of options so no complaints.

Minor one: I can see the place being popular with couples celebrating their special occasions. I asked the reception if they such decors but they didn’t have such options. For starters, simple towel art/origami or petals or flowers on the bed could be more inviting, since I’ve seen many hotels provide that complimentarily

The view and private “beach” was great The room was really nice and spacious We got a room with a patio door which was super useful for our dog coming in and out The staff were very accommodating at dinner of our dog who can be a little reactive to other dogs on lead. 10/10 service!

Just the bed was a little uncomfortable to sleep on. Woke up with a little bit of a sore back unfortunately! Could have been a situational thing (different type of mattress to usual) or a fault with that particular bed?

We booked this as a last minute deal and were not disappointed. We booked an executive room and paid a little more for this room type and it is certainly worth the upgrade. The view was to die for. Truly spectacular. An unobscured view from the room and from the balcony out onto Loch Lomond. The room was extremely well appointed and the bed was super comfy. The hotel had plenty of parking and was easy to find. The food was exceptional and the choice of beverages at the bar was sufficient, but not extensive. We dined in the evening and had breakfast and I had the Haggis, needs and tatties in the evening which was amazing and I had the full English for breakfast which was superb too. The location of the hotel was spot on - we were about a 3 minute walk into the village of Luss, which is really picturesque and well worth a visit, especially the view from the pier and the quaint gift shops. There is truly nothing, not to like about this hotel. I would stay again in a heart beat.

There was nothing in the hotel that I did not like, apart from the real ale choice. There were two Loch Lomond beers on draughty - one was a wheat beer, and the other was a pilsner. It’s a shame that there was no real ale on draughty available. But that’s a very, very minor negative and would never stop me from going again. This hotel is amazing and if I could award it 11 out of 10, I would.

We had a ground floor room, with patio door straight out onto the car park. The staff were very friendly and the views from the restaurant are amazing. We took our small dog and she was totally spoilt by staff. The food was lovely, with a good selection. Would definitely recommend for fellow travellers with pets.

There was no information provided on the Spa usage. The privacy of our room was poor, as you could see straight in from the car park if the curtains were not closed. We wanted to see the view and let the light in, so didn't want the curtains closed at all times.

We had an excellent stay at the hotel. The staff are excellent and dedicated to us customers having a fab stay. Dog was made to feel very welcome as well. I am coeliac and pregnant and was taken very good care of. Own private beach was such a treat and the views of course are stunning. Thank you to the Head of Restaurant service, the Head Chef, Food and Beverage manager and all the staff who took such good care of us. We will be back!

We only had time for a one night stay!
