Super clean rooms. Great modern shower. Good heating. Amazing location!

Soundproofing was very weak – we were woken up by someones' kids making a lot of noise in the common area of the building early in the morning. They seemed to be using the common area as their own room, which I feel like should be against the policy.

The Beach House was a lovely place to stay. We had a Loch view which certainly helped. The setting was idyllic and the little Inn, just 2 minutes walk away was excellent for breakfast and lunch/dinner. I would highly recommend The Beach House (if you could get a room with the view).

Dogs are welcome here. We listened to a dog barking for 5 hours, whilst the irresponsible owners were out. It drove us crazy! They returned at midnight. The reception staff came twice to try to sort it out but couldn’t until the owners returned. There needs to be much stricter rules for dog owners so this doesn’t occur. Tell them prior that they can’t leave dogs unattended and be able to contact them at all times.

Very comfortable room right next to Loch Lomond. Very good food in the main hotel restaurant.

Check-in is at a hotel 5km away, which no one told us. So we arrived at a locked building with no reception, and just a phone number to call.

The views were amazing, the housekeeping was perfect, the room was great (couple of tiny things that could be better - had it been less expensive this wouldn’t be an issue). Overall, stunning place, really enjoyed it, just a bit expensive unless absolute perfection is met.

Found the bed to be uncomfortable, particularly the pillows and regarding the bath that overlooks the loch - the blinds (which you use when it’s dark outside and you’re not looking at the view but people outside can see in) don’t fully fit the window. So, you’ve gotta take your chances that you’re not being seen in the nude. The chairs that accompany the coffee table are uncomfortable if watching TV for example.

The view of the mountains were amazing, The bedroom was spacious and clean and had everything we needed.

We stayed in room 303, right outside our bedroom was a small patio area with seating. Accessible straight from our bedroom doors. However, this was used by other guests which could make it somewhat uncomfortable as they could see straight in to our room. Some guests decided to leave at 5 am and this had awoke my partner. And though this isn't the fault of the owners..A Raven also woke my partner during the early hours trying to get into the room by picking and knocking at the window for a considerable amount of time.

We really enjoyed the privacy and comfortable, cosy room we had at Beach House. We liked that it was away from the main hotel but the room was spacious which was perfect for us with all of our walking gear, large bags. The facilities were great. We loved the bathroom shower with the big shower tray and appreciated all of the complimentary tea, coffee, hot chocolate and biscuits. While the breakfast wasn’t included we appreciated having a nice machine made coffee in the morning regardless. The bed was really comfortable and the sheets felt very soft 🥰

It was an expensive place very clean but worth it for the view and the bath alone...just being picky but maintenance at the price is a must just small things but peeling wallpaper and chipped paint just spoiled the perfection ...not everyone wants a free one hour use of steam room etc would rather have a breakfast my preference though...all in all loved it x

I loved the location right on Loch Lomond — a beautiful spot to relax. The room and bed were very comfortable, and the shower was excellent.

Breakfast is only available at their sister hotel, about three miles away, and check-in is also handled there. I also encountered some parking issues, which was a bit inconvenient. That said, the stay itself was pleasant and comfortable, and the location offered beautiful, scenic surroundings.

Modern ,spacious , well maintained and the bonus of a free spa , steam and jacuzzi at the main hotel, wonderful

Could not go outside from our room onto front of property where seating area is in front of the loch , the flat next to us could , it has a tilt and turn window/ door but it was made not to open fully to get outside , this would have been a lot nicer for sitting outside instead of going all the way round, would also benefit as a fire escape

Beautiful building, right alongside the loch, though close to the highway on the other side.

Could not open the windows very wide and the parking is not very good at the Beach House. We’ve stayed there four times now and struggle to find parking (we usually arrive later in the evening). Won’t prevent us from staying there, but it is a bit annoying.
