Second year staying at the guest house in the same room again, comfortable and equipped with kettle,coffee etc Good basic and affordable

Shower cubicle very small and tight would certainly be no good for a larger person Shower could only be switched on and off by the switch outside the bathroom door Very impersonal sent a code to enter premises and never see owners to speak with if needed Noise from other guests was bad this year but this is not the owners fault Lack of parking , having to leave car on the roadside especially when packed with stock/equipment

Location was great as a base for exploring Loch lomand and up to Glencoe. I hsd the twin room, travelling with my son. It was Clean and comfortable. It was a 2 min walk if that to a Marstons pub which was great for evening meal option after a long day exploring. There is also a macdonalds which was great for an early breakfast. Tea and coffee facilities in the room were well stocked and several options. Booked this very last minute as refused to stay st another place I had booked in advance and so glad I found this. Hosts answered my booking immediately and met me within 10 mins of booking. Would recommend and will definitely stay again. Great value for money

Great wee cottage perfect for travelling solo or as couple /small group. Great location, lovely comfortable cozy wee house. Had everything you could think of provided.

Didn't feel like the hot tub was as clean as it could have been. Only went in for a very short spell because of this. But everything else was immaculate. Outside light were very bright but thankfully only triggered when someone from the guest house was coming or going so not too bad.

Clean, comfortable, plenty of sugar and milk and bottled water on arrival, Good free WiFi Plenty food places in vicinity for breakfast, dinner etc Good value for money Would certainly stay again

Never saw owners, email how to access your room very impersonal room keys left hanging in lock of your room door so anyone could access your room prior to arrival Small bathroom not ideal for anyone with disabilities to move in Very hot room, couldn't leave window open due to outside noise traffic , people shouting etc obviously not the owners fault Very creaky floors, so if another guest came in or got up during the night guaranteed to wake you Don't like to complain about things unless it's something necessary these are just a few things that were on the downside overall good stay was only to get head down for the night while working so was ideal

Room was good plenty of space clean twin room. Very comfy beds. Coffee and tea facilities replenished and cleaned each day. Ensuite shower room was small but very adequate and very clean with good shower. Didn't see owner as initial key entry was a coded key then keys in room so very easy set up. Lovely location and perfect for what we wanted to do. Plenty choice for eating out. 5 minute walk to Loch itself and Balloch station.

Not enough parking space for all guests. First night was OK but returning from day trip the second eve had to park on the road. This was OK as plenty of space opposite side of the road.

The room had everything we needed except a small refrigerator. It was well set up, good tea and coffee supplies. Nice window with view across the street and skylight style window in bathroom. Good towels, nice and clean.

Our room was built into the roof space so had sloping low ceilings on two sides. This made it more interesting but meant learning not to hit your head when leaning into the edges of the room.

Exceptional !! We stayed in the Cottage 10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND Cathy Is extremely Kind and goes Above and beyond to ensure your comfortable aswell as having a relaxing stay. The hotub is an amazing advantage. Everything Exceeded our expectations, 💯% worth the money we will be back again !!

Parking , Location it’s Perfect for Loch Lomond Area and Towards A82 for scenic route . moreover Hot tub bath was clean and very Good even in cold weather conditions.

TV and Internet connection was available but not working as router is Not in the property and didn’t work . Netflix and other option available on tv without internet not useful, Extra bedding duvet requested but not available there , Ideal for 2 couple or 2 person only not 3

The room was good for a one night stay, water, tea and coffee available. The bed in room 4 was very comfortable though the position of it could be tricky for some people as it is in an alcove with no room to get in the sides. A very convenient place not far from the harbour area with boat trips and the Shore complex. Plenty of free parking around.

Not meeting the host, it was self check in and no presence in the morning either. Small bathroom.

Location is excellent for bars/restaurants and even trips on Loch Lomond. Property has all that is required including its own hot tub and has total privacy within its own grounds.

Not a fan of the material that the quilt cover was made of, as it was too much in the clammy weather we had over the weekend!
