The rooms were really spacious and the bathrooms were spacious as well. The staff is super friendly and nice. They will arrange things for your fast when requested. There wasn't a hair drier in the room. But when requested they quickly provided one. I saw some review comments with concerns about food around not having non-veg. I personally liked the food as well. But if you have any concerns it's good to directly talk with them. They will sort it out for you! :)

Our stay was enjoyable beds comfy only problem was the milk was out of date in the room

The milk being out of date as we we’re volunteering and started early so was unable to stay for breakfast but thought we could have a nice cup of tea before we left and discovered after I made the tea and tasted it that the milk was out of date when we checked the tea had a horrible taste

The beds were clean and very comfortable. The staff were all very friendly and happy to help. We were the only people left in the bar and the waitress was happy to wait for us. Our poor pool skills helped to keep her amused! Enjoyable stay with a great sleep.

This is an older building which is starting to show its age. Nothing else negative, when you purposely book a budget hotel you should never expect 5 stars. We found Lochway exactly as described \ expected.

Pleasant staff. Bed was comfy enough. We had tea and coffee sachets in the room. Easy to access. Price was cheap so we got what we paid for. I would return as the conditions weren't terrible.

Bathroom floor was needing brushed and toothpast from previous guest was still on the glass. I suppose I picked up on this more than my other half by because I clean a holiday cottage and this something that happens a lot. Splatter on mirror and wall behind the sink.

We were welcomed and helped straight away. We had a good nights rest and enjoyed a great breakfast the following morning. The guy that helped us was very friendly

We booked a room for the return trip 5 nights later and on arrival everything was locked up and we couldn’t reach anyone on the phone number provided. We had to find alternate accommodation on very short notice before our return flights.

The price was very reasonable and the staff were friendly and happy to prepare us a meal even though we arrived quite late.

The only thing which was not ideal was that we would have liked breakfast before the designated time allocated (9-10) because we were going to a parkrun and needed to leave by 8.30.

The breakfast was included in the price of the room and it was delicious. There was a menu that we were able to choose from and we were surprised at the variety of choices for breakfast. We also made the booking last minute, but were welcomed in a very friendly manner and made to feel right at home. The gentleman who check us into our room was wonderful.

Breakfast was nice with plenty of options. The rooms were spacious and clean. The staff were friendly and accomodating of our requests.

Our rooms were next to the main road, which was a little loud. One of the room doors had trouble opening, and required a hard push in order to be opened. There were no elevators on the property.

Fantastic service from the staff. Even although it was non alcoholic they allowed us to bring our own drink in. The menu was Vegetarian which not usually our cup of tea but the meals we had were outstanding.

Not really much to dislike, it's a budget hotel, very good value, to be picky it's near a main road and our TV never worked. Otherwise no complaints

Owners were lovely and friendly. Nice big rooms. Plenty of parking. Nice cooked breakfast and dinner options. Does accept children. Despite what booking.com says on website. And rooms were onsuit as well.

On budy main road. Not businesses fault but ask for a room at the back if your a light sleeper.
