After issues with the first room, we spoke to the staff who were brilliant & managed to get us moved to a much bigger room with an accessible large bathroom, which we have used in the past, the bed was big & comfy, room was clean, plenty of parking & the bar downstairs is very reasonably priced will definitely stay again as long as the 2nd room we had is available

The first room we had was so small that it was difficult to get around the end of the bed, which was about 6 inches from the wall. This caused problems, especially for my partner, who has mobility issues it also meant he couldn't have a shower as it wasn't a walk in one. Three of the floor tiles were cracked & there was what looked like mould on the walls & rust in the bath

Small but comfortable (single) room. I've stayed here twice and found the staff to be very good, friendly and helpful. Nice quiet bar to spend the evening in. Good, inexpensive breakfast in the morning. Good location for getting around. Very close to Erskine bridge, which gets you across the river and onto the M8 quickly. It's on the A82, so if you prefer, you can head north for some site seeing. It wouldn't be long before you're at Loch Lomond. They have a function suite which was busy both nights I stayed, but unlike some other places, it's not under the rooms!! Consequently, you will not be disturbed by it. I'd stay here again and can recommend to others.

The location was ideal for our 'business' in Glasgow. We've stayed there before so knew where it was in relation what we had to do and it was ideal. Good sized room and excellent 'Hungry Horse' pub food! They parking! Very quiet! Very warm room!

The Titan hotel section is a little 'tired' and could do with a really good refurbishment! Cleanliness needs a boost. Huge bathroom, but tiniest wash-basin imaginable! No towel hanging facilities! TV not good! Only one chair, so for a three night stay would have been somewhat uncomfortable, but the manager kindly loaned us another chair.

The room especially how clean and everything you needed. Tv great for size of room really comfy bed tea and coffee available great value and restaurant first class . Lady who booked me out was so helpful hope she is a manager did not get her name but very helpful.

Everything was a great place to stay especially since I had a funeral the next day . Lady was very helpful and understanding lovely lady . Wish I ask her name about my age maybe a bit younger very understanding great person glad I met her that morning helped me with my mother funeral that day . Thank you to all the staff.

Staff were friendly and the room was very clean, great sized room too. I like the fact you get given a key to the outside door so you can come and go as you please as not many hotels do that and having to work your plans around a hotels latest time opened can be quite tricky at times so this gives you a lot more freedom and less worry if youre going to be out later than the last check in time.

There wasn't really anything that was bad at all the bed sheets had a little staining on them but that really wasn't anything major

Staff friendly & helpful beds comfortable & towels fluffy & bed linen was good quality. The shower was good with plenty of hot water. We weren't rushed to check out at 11 am which was longer than most hotel rooms. Check In was fast & the lady provided all the relevant information & reserved a table at the restaurant for us. The restaurant food was lovely & breakfast was nice Tony was very chatty & helpful at breakfast & told us a few restaurants to eat during our stay in Scotland.

The room was warm we managed to regulate the temperature by opening the windows in the room but it was ok once we had the windows open.

Staff were very helpful, food was good , accommodation good.

Only problem was there was no hairdryer in the room. It was early in the morning when I realised I needed one and asked a very obliging cleaner in the corridor. He was not able to get me one as the housekeeper's cupboard was locked and she would not be arriving until later. This was the only thing that went wrong and was not a big deal.

It was convenient for a function we attended on site. Was good value and comparable with other budget hotels we have used. It was clean with a big comfortable bed. The staff were very nice. We enjoyed our stay. We did not get a chance to sample the food, on this occasion. Our party host who lives nearby, gave it a good recommendation. I would stay there again and have a meal there.

Nothing to dislike. Give me clean give me comfort, and friendly staff. That’s all I need

The night manager who checked us in was lovely, and the room we stayed in was great value for money. Nothing groundbreaking, but for a stopover between destinations, it was perfect. Free parking and restaurant stayed open to a reasonable time too.

Not much of a con but the room was basic and the entrance hallway had a weird smell, although you could not smell it once you got into your room and did not really have an effect on the stay.

Really handy location for me and easy to find. Plenty of parking. Helpful bar staff helped me with check-in. The room and shower room were very clean with everything I needed, and the bed was really cosy and comfy. Food was available downstairs. Great value for money.

The room was a little tired-looking but everything worked. A little noisy during the night.
