I've stayed here before albeit in a different room so I had a very good idea of what to expect. Check in was easy and the staff very friendly. I had a single room which was of reasonable size with the bed, wardrobe, desk and enough room to move about. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the en-suite facilities were more than adequate. There is a portable oscillating fan in the room which given the recent heatwaves was a godsend on a hot night. This is a Greene King hotel with the restaurant below so you don't have to go far for a decent meal and a drink. It's location off the Great Western Road and it's ample sized car park adds to the convenience. As I said, I've stayed here before and I will stay here again. This is ideal to a working stop over.

A couple of very minor points. I'm always conscious of noise and the floor of the room creaks terribly with every step you take across it. Fortunately it is the restaurant below and not another room so I don't have the anxiety of keeping anyone else awake. The rooms at the back look out over the kitchen roof and the noisy extractor fans and ducting. Fortunately the fans are switched off late evening and so do not disturb your sleep.

What an excellent find. What a wonderful place to take a family especially teenagers as they have a special area to entertain teenagers. They have a lovely menu and I wish I could have stayed and tried their roast dinner but I had to leave after a lovely breakfast. There were so many things on the menu that would like to have tried. The view of the countryside from my room window was a nice change. The majority of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel sits on a little hill with a nice view of the surrounding area. The towels were nice and felt new, soft and white.

As a solo traveller without a car unfortunately it was just a little bit too far out of the city, but the bus service is very good, but it does take about one hour. It would have been nice to have been able to have taken a drink back to my room but the bar had just closed and the staff were still behind the bar. Is there no advantage of being a resident. My television did not work properly and it is something that I like to have working to keep up with the news and weather. I really can’t see any difficulty in having the person that cleans the room check the TV at the same time.

Travelled here for work and as an overnight stay, it was great. When you need somewhere clean, comfortable and convenient, this place was just the ticket. Located just off the Great Western Road the location was ideal for my needs and there was ample free parking on site. Being a Greene King hotel the rooms were located above the restaurant so food wise you're not travelling far as well as having plenty of choice and without the hassle of booking. Breakfast on the other hand starts late so I was out the door before it opened. As for the room, it was spacious, clean and comfortable and I had a good night's sleep, waking refreshed the following morning. En-suite shower room was good and plenty of tea and coffee in the room. Basic but ideal for what I needed.

Not much not to like. The floor of my room creaked with every step and there were a few areas of water damage in the bathroom although it didn't affect the facilities.

After issues with the first room, we spoke to the staff who were brilliant & managed to get us moved to a much bigger room with an accessible large bathroom, which we have used in the past, the bed was big & comfy, room was clean, plenty of parking & the bar downstairs is very reasonably priced will definitely stay again as long as the 2nd room we had is available

The first room we had was so small that it was difficult to get around the end of the bed, which was about 6 inches from the wall. This caused problems, especially for my partner, who has mobility issues it also meant he couldn't have a shower as it wasn't a walk in one. Three of the floor tiles were cracked & there was what looked like mould on the walls & rust in the bath

Small but comfortable (single) room. I've stayed here twice and found the staff to be very good, friendly and helpful. Nice quiet bar to spend the evening in. Good, inexpensive breakfast in the morning. Good location for getting around. Very close to Erskine bridge, which gets you across the river and onto the M8 quickly. It's on the A82, so if you prefer, you can head north for some site seeing. It wouldn't be long before you're at Loch Lomond. They have a function suite which was busy both nights I stayed, but unlike some other places, it's not under the rooms!! Consequently, you will not be disturbed by it. I'd stay here again and can recommend to others.

The location was ideal for our 'business' in Glasgow. We've stayed there before so knew where it was in relation what we had to do and it was ideal. Good sized room and excellent 'Hungry Horse' pub food! They parking! Very quiet! Very warm room!

The Titan hotel section is a little 'tired' and could do with a really good refurbishment! Cleanliness needs a boost. Huge bathroom, but tiniest wash-basin imaginable! No towel hanging facilities! TV not good! Only one chair, so for a three night stay would have been somewhat uncomfortable, but the manager kindly loaned us another chair.

The room especially how clean and everything you needed. Tv great for size of room really comfy bed tea and coffee available great value and restaurant first class . Lady who booked me out was so helpful hope she is a manager did not get her name but very helpful.

Everything was a great place to stay especially since I had a funeral the next day . Lady was very helpful and understanding lovely lady . Wish I ask her name about my age maybe a bit younger very understanding great person glad I met her that morning helped me with my mother funeral that day . Thank you to all the staff.

Everything was perfect. The only problem I found was you can’t check in until 2 pm but the staff got me in for 1:30 pm which was very good of the as I was going to a funeral at 2:30"..The food was brilliant. The service was excellent. Nothing was too much trouble. I really enjoyed my stay. I will definitely be booking in there again and will recommend it to my friends.

Would like to have checked in for 12 that was my only problem…

I've used this venue before, so I knew what to expect. Single room with en suite shower. The room is akin to a large onboard cabin. Perfectly well-appointed. Clean comfy with ample parking and excellent value for the money. If your looking for fancy this isn't for you but honest clean tidy room to sleep and shower for an overnight stop. Perfect!

Having to ring an automated system for service to check-in. I went to the bar and asked in the end!

Staff were friendly and the room was very clean, great sized room too. I like the fact you get given a key to the outside door so you can come and go as you please as not many hotels do that and having to work your plans around a hotels latest time opened can be quite tricky at times so this gives you a lot more freedom and less worry if youre going to be out later than the last check in time.

There wasn't really anything that was bad at all the bed sheets had a little staining on them but that really wasn't anything major
