The location was perfect—within walking distance of several arenas, including the SEC Hydro. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Glasgow, as it's also close to the shopping Centre, just a few minutes’ walk away or a short, reasonably priced Uber ride or train. The staff were exceptional: polite, helpful, and always willing to assist with any enquiries. I also couldn’t fault the cleanliness of the facilities—everything was spotless. Overall, it was a pleasant and refreshing stay. The soundproof room made for a peaceful night’s rest, adding to the overall comfort of the experience.

Excellent location for OVO arena. Only two drop off bays outside hotel, so best to go straight into the car park which is on the left just before the hotel. Nice pleasant staff. We were there of a concert and only just managed to get into the restaurant so book before hand. No issue with room. King side bed, clean and airy. Also a fridge in the room. Good free WiFi

Room was spacious, comfortable and for all intent and purposes done it's job.

The room could have been a bit cleaner, the shower was dirty as was the floor. The carpet needed a Hoover, the bed sheets had lint, threads and dust sticking to them, the sheets has marks on them. Just didn't feel like a very clean space. The room was also dusty and bits of rubbish were missed in the clean under the table. The price for a standard room was a tad too expensive. The room as well for it being a standard room was very underwhelming. Especially for only one night the price was too much.

The staff were very nice and polite, and genuinely want to help. The location was excellent, near an event’s venue and not very far from the airport. Breakfast was standard. Gratefully we had cool air/conditioned rooms, and we were granted early check in.

Unfortunately, some hotel rooms are undergoing maintenance which impacted ACs, electricity and lightening, and certain systems (Tv) in some rooms. Nothing that couldn’t be fixed, we changed rooms and maintenance came to fix other issues—it was just not convenient. Everything else was marvelous, thank you for your service.

Everything was perfect very kind service huge, clean room with all you can need well adapted power sockets for the people from EU huge tv beautiful view from the window classy, modern interior design felt truly like a 4 star hotel should big, very comfortable bed a lot of space for personal things sooo close to OVO Hydro, which was the main point of our trip close to the beautiful Clyde River great hotel restaurant with kind service and very good meals, especially i recommend to try haggis! nice, big bathroom

the only little flaw is the shower, cause it's not completely closable but it's a just a small detail

The welcome message on the tv was a lovely touch. Check in staff made a mistake & I was allocated a room which customers were already in when I entered, this was embarrassing for all involved, however staff added complimentary breakfast for myself and kids. Bed was extremely comfortable too.

I like to strip the beds when leaving a hotel in order to give house keeping a head start, working in the industry, I know how hard this job can be as well as time consuming, however on doing so I discovered we had slept in dirty yellow stained pillows with a clean slip over the top. As someone with chronic pain condition, I n÷d to sit when doing hair and make up etc, this was impossible as there were no mirrors at the desk, and the seat was too large to move infront of a mirror.

Excellent location for the Ovo Hydro (it's literally across the road) and a five minute walk from the local railway station and a five minute journey to the centre of Glasgow. All the staff were brilliant, a particularly big shout out to Finn though who was superb throughout our stay (They really need to look after him, he's likely a future manager of the place). Super clean rooms and public areas, and the beds were so comfy (aside from the pillows) Decent food and a tidy bar.

Being woken at 8AM sharp!! by building works going on, that continue til around 6pm. The ninth floor is still being constructed which we weren't made aware of beforehand, and we were then given the eighth floor 🙉 Once the works are completed though....i wouldn't hesitate recommending it to anyone.

Great location, ideal for the Ovo hydro to see a show. Science museum and Riverside museum and train station are close by and within walking distance. comfy bed,nice room size with a small fridge. Lovely toiletries and fluffy towels.

Noise from the fan in the bathroom constantly on even those I reported it. This was not dealt with. Pillows was a bit hard for my liking. it probably ok for someone else. There was no greeting from staff at reception but they seemed OK when you speak to them. Took ages for bar staff to acknowledge you when I wanted to pay for a drink from snack bar. On the whole, it has not put me off, hopefully staff will improve,maybe they had a bad day.

- Great location, walking distance to and from Glasgow City Centre, well connected to Glasgow Central station via regular buses. - Reception desk was very helpful in checking us in and out. They even helped us with things to see and do in and around Glasgow with helpful maps with key locations highlighted. - Room service was flawless, and cleaning was spot on. - Restaurant was fairly good with good service and nice selection of food and drinks. - Lounge area was spacious yet cozy to spend some time in. Well laid out and inviting.

- My Ceasar Salad was just too salty regrettably and I had to send the dish back. I also passed along the feedback to the chef

The location, freindly stuff, clean, new furniture, security (you can only go to your floor by the left with your card). The breakfast is fabulous, as the river view. They have good safety ststem for elders in the room and toilets

They have no parkings. you need to pay 12 pounds a day beside them. The worst thing is that you can't use your own car after parking, you will need to start a new payment. They don't give drinking water in the room. You need to bring your own. But put in mind you can't take your car from the parking for free. Their is a Lidl 5 min walking for small items. Or buy water with a high price or refill at the hotel. Note: The 2nd double bed is a sofa bed. It's not ideal for big size people.
