Ample car parking. Staff, without exception, were very hard working, helpful and ensured everything was as it should be. On arrival, I found I had a bath instead of a shower. I'm disabled and unable to get in and out of a bath. Staff immediately moved me to a suitable room, including staff being on hand to move my belongings. I had booked to stay for 2 weeks but I wanted to stay for another week but they were fully booked. I would happily have stayed for another 2 weeks, as I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The decor in all areas is exquisite and spotlessly clean.

I ascertained renovations were still going on in the hotel, although at no time did I see or hear any work going on. However, certain basic facilities have not yet been put into bedrooms, because of focus being on completion of new bedrooms. . For example, no telephone link from bedrooms to reception, meaning I had to go down in lift every time I I wanted to speak to reception. Also, whilst the car park is extremely big, there are 4 disabled parking spaces. These were regularly taken by non blue badge holders. I think this is because the paintwork on the spacess for this purpose, are not at all visible, as the white paint has worn away. Also, this feature is usually in yellow..

The location was excellent with the Erskine Bridge so close to travel in either direction, the Interior refurbishment was excellent although the exterior of the building is still work on going. The room facilities were good with a large screen TV which had usb sockets to play your own media and T Tray, beds large and comfortable also sockets have the availability for usb charging of your devices. Room clean and comfortable. Staff friendly and attentive.

Sadly the road in would need to be tidied up as it gives a poor impression on arrival, as the refurbishment is on going the Spa and Gym were not available but stay was still enjoyable I will stay here again but possibly after the Spa has reopened.

Muthu Hotel fulfilled all of our expectations, thank you. The room (6th floor) has a view like no other. It was very clean, bright, and comfortable. If there were two chairs instead of just the one, it would have been better still. Thank you for the king-size bed. Breakfast was good. We will come and stay there again.

Not a complain, just a strong suggestion: Unfortunately Muthu Hotel Erskine is not represented well on it's website. The picture of the hotel looks dreadful and drab, as if it is a prison, in total contrast to reality. The hotel's lovely views (such as from the breakfast dining room) towards the garden, and the view from the 6th floor towards the river Clyde and the city, should be promoted. First impression when someone is looking for a hotel on the internet is important. Also the abandoned car in the carpark is unsightly.

Very nice lobby, feels fancy. Receptionist was lovely on check in and check out (two different people). Room was great, matched the pictures and generally felt really good for the price. Bed was comfy, bathroom was good. The addition of slippers was a nice touch.

The overall appearance of the external is my largest problem, but I suppose it’s what is inside that counts! The room windows were dirty so couldn’t really enjoy the view, but for the price I really can’t complain. As for the room, it would’ve been nice to have a hair dryer as standard and my partner wasn’t a fan of it being two single beds put together as opposed to one double bed.

Super check in with a warm smile and informative about our stay. At reception(which was spacious and had some great floral displays)the lady told us that it was their only 2nd day of being open under new ownership. We had our room upgraded which was great,views were stunning overlooking the river and the greenery surrounding. Marbled corridors to the room and in our room,furniture gold and marble also. After checking in we walked on the river walk/woods/beach which was accessed easily.There is also a Spar which was well stocked,about a 10 minute walk from the hotel into Erskine. Would I stay here again,yes of course.

Not alot to put here other than,no air con(though they hope to get that sorted as soon as)which was a must really during the heatwave but was able to slide the window a bit and switch on the fan that was already in the room. The spa wasn't open but I hope in the future it will be.

The rooms had great views and we could go for nice walks just outside the door. Despite being near a busy bridge and airport, it was very quiet. The bed was very comfortable and the room had all we needed. We added a second night and they moved us as the tv didn’t work. The bathroom in the second room was much better and had been refurbished. Free, easy parking, handy for combing Glasgow airport and onward journey to the Highlands (or coming back).

The beds didn’t have mattress covers on. This is quite an issue in my opinion. It’s the only thing that may stop me rebooking.

All the staff were professional and amazing. I had a good view of the river & bridge. My special recognition goes to Sonam at the front desk, the housekeeping team, and the residential manager. They all made my trip worth it, and I would definitely recommend them, and I hope to visit again.

I would have rated 10 stars, but the rooms require wifi, especially for tourists with limited data, a mini fridge would be appropriate for longer stays

Newly refurbished inside. Polite & helpful staff. Minor issues resolved quickly. Keith, the manager was grateful of all feedback. Breakfast was excellent with a wide choice.

Nothing. It’s work in progress with the refurb & I’m sure in time the outside will look as nice as the inside.

Great hotel, you walk in and it's like you're in a hotel room in the Emirates. Marble everywhere Lovely food, wasn't too busy. We were up for pre-season football in Glasgow, cost about £25 to get into the centre of the city. Then we got train & taxi back Spent two nights here and was really comfortable.

Only downside is that the room got very warm, but we then realised the window opens 😂

Hotel has had a complete renovation. I arrived on there 2nd day of opening. Such an unexpected treat to see such beautiful decor. My room was fantastic. Couldn't of wished for better.

Unfortunately the overhead bathtub shower did not have much water pressure, which I informed the staff about. But I was only staying for one night and I said they could leave it till after I checked out.
