As we walked into our room the smell of fresh linen hit us, lovely! Really good, powerful shower. Breakfast was unexpectedly good. We were initially disappointed straight after booking that the cooked breakfast we were looking forward to was vegetarian, but actually really enjoyed the cereal and pancakes with fresh fruit (strawberries, blueberries and raspberries) and squirty cream. My husband had porridge which he really enjoyed too.

Woken up in the early hours by someone in an adjacent room coming in - the door bangs and the walls were a little thin, we could hear their voices. Trains are very nearby but we weren't woken by any in the night.

The rooms were newly done and exceptionally clean. We were on a road trip in Scotland for a week, and this was our last day as we couldn’t find any hotel close to Loch Lomond, we decided to stay here which is 18mins drive which we didn’t mind. I can, with no doubts, say this was our best stay in Scotland including the breakfast which was good too considering the price(couldn’t have asked for more) The host was very welcoming and the young girl who works there was very polite to talk to. This was my best ever experience throughout the trip. Keep up the good work! Thanks ❤️

It was great except the young girl was not forth with when you asked her a question she did not respond to well example; my friend asked her a question but she did not answer so my friend had to keep asking the girl so this happened quite a few times, but if you are working in this environment then you should look up to see if you are being spoken too but she did not so we gave her the benefit of the doubt & said she may not have known we were speaking to her but no

The room and all of the hotel facilities were very clean and tidy. The vegetarian breakfast was good (and very different). The location was great for the plans my sister and I made. The staff (i.e. the young Asian girl who seemed to do everything) was lovely and extremely helpful. Although the hotel is next to a busy road, the noise was very manageable.

The veggie breakfast was good except for the bacon which obviously wasn't bacon. Not my cup of tea! Only problem was that the shower door wasn't fitted properly but we still managed to use it. Apart from that, well done.

The staff were very nice and extremely helpful. It's in a good location which was easy to find. The breakfast menu is vegan (which I had never tried before) but it was well cooked and extremely tasty. Overall, it was very clean, well appointed and good value. I'd definitely stay here again.

A lift would be useful for heavy cases. But the very nice gentleman at the front desk did give us great assistance with our luggage. Parking is a little restricted on site, but it appeared that on-street parking might be an option.

The hotel has a good process for handling late check-ins which was essential for me. Room was larger than I expected and the bed was soft and comfortable. Decent enough shower. I wouldn't be unhappy with the prospect of spending a few days here.

The bathroom had unfrosted glass in the window. The blinds weren't closed when I first wandered through. Not sure if any properties overlook the hotel but they might have had a shock... The hotel gets points for including a free breakfast, but service was quite slow, I was really needing to throw some food down my throat and get going, not enjoy a leisurely meal.

The bedroom and location were good .

No one was at reception when we arrived. In fact the male staff/manager locked the door in front of us, leaving us waiting for some female to come from outside to do check in for us. Very unpleasant and unprofessional. Male staff/manager was not friendly and hardly greeted us anytime we entered reception area. Breakfast was manageable. Nothing to eat for meat lovers as property is meat free!!!

No meat breakfast was a bit unusual , but other wise really nice and good options for healthy eating, very friendly and helpful, room was great and very comfy , even had a mini fridge , definitely loved that, means I can bring milk to store it rather than use those wee milk cups that sit out, take away next door as well as a wee shop really handy, but did charge £5 min on card use.

bed , bed covers , as it was far too warm and bed did not circulate air well, if your like me and heat up a lot at night , you may want to ask for lighter cover during the night, water pipe when raining was loud outside the window .

Great breakfast at 07.00 which was needed to get out early to travel for what we wanted . Our twin room for 4 nights was great ..All staff polite and friendly . Always restocked my tea in room without being asked and I like my tea . Clean room and comfy bed and pillows all at a good price . Will use here again if we come come to scotland

It's was east to find, the room was very clean , the bed was very comfortable. The toilet and shower was newly decorated to good standard. Although I didn't arrive until 23:15 the doors were locked so when pressing the intercom and speaking to Rocky he confirmed my booing and buzzed me in. Although it is a veggie vegan hotel the breakfast menu had ample of choice. I am a morning eater and my breakfast filled me up. No complaints here.
