Our room was a decent size and had a partial view of the cable cars that run on San Cristobal Hill. It's a nice view. The hotel's location is great. It's in a safe mixed use residential neighborhood with streets that are lined with trees and some of the streets are cobblestones. It's within a short walking distance from a park with a river and statues. The Costanera Center is also within walking distance. Parquemet (San Cristoball Hill Park) is about a 30-minute walk from the hotel. On the same block as the hotel are several coffee shops and one mini market, which are useful for grabbing something for breakfast. About one block away is a restaurant specializing in seafood, called Ancla, that served fresh seafood. We tried the tasty Ecuadorian shrimps and fish ceviche.

The bed was a little lumpy. There's no ice machine in the entire hotel, but the restaurant on the second floor of the hotel will provide it, if you ask.

Location was good, near the metro and bus stops. Plenty of restaurants nearby, easy to order a Uber Taxi. The area is pleasant and feels safe, there’s a decent supermarket nearby where you can buy drinks etc to put in the fridge in your room. The staff are friendly and helpful with maps and recommendations where to go. The excursion companies all pick up at the hotel. The room was spacious and clean with everything you need for a comfortable stay and the shower/bathroom were great!

Breakfast not included, you could pay $15 per person per day if you wanted it, that’s a bit steep so we didn’t have it. Plenty of options and coffee shops with bakeries nearby where you could get breakfast. We stayed a week and used the restaurant for dinner once, the staff were friendly and helpful but the food wasn’t very good. There’s plenty of better options very nearby.

Good location for my purposes (attending a nearby conference). It's a slightly more business-y district of Santiago, but there are many good options nearby for places to eat and it is easy to reach public transportation. Neighborhood felt very safe. The room was nice and spacious and was very clean – and kept clean regularly by the staff. Staff were helpful and I believe everyone at the front desk spoke English. They were able to store my luggage before check in and after check out.

Maybe could have used more seating in the room. I didn't spend a ton of free time in the room, but if I had, I think I would have wanted somewhere more comfortable to sit. Amenities like shampoo and conditioner might have been nice. But really the hotel did a nice job of being my home base during a work conference and it served me well.

Very modern interior. Very comfortable and spacious rooms. High building with great view. Modern bathroom. Comfortable bed. Very clean. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great breakfast buffet choice. Water heater in the room to make coffee. Super location in safe area. Side street without traffic. 5 minute walk to metro station. Several restaurants, cafes, supermarkets very nearby (even found an adapter for the chilean plug sockets in a small electrical shop 3 minutes from the hotel). Tip: Sky Costanera with its amazing view over whole Santiago 20 minutes walk away. Hotel absolutely recommended. I stayed three times in three different rooms, all great. I would definitely come back!

A motor noise each late evening for several hours. Couldn't figure out what it was. Thought from the street, but there was nothing. Maybe the motor of the general air conditioning elsewhere in the building? Just guessing. (My room air conditioning I had switched off). Without that I would have given 10 points instead of 9. The hotel itself is fabulous, so I would still come back.

Located in a really good area of Santiago, close walking distance to many restaurants and stores you’ll need (convenience stores, pharmacies, etc). Always felt safe when I went out walking. The staff were excellent, always friendly and welcoming no matter who was on reception. I really liked the buffet breakfast, plenty of options and the food was really fresh. I couldn’t have asked for a better hotel for my 4 night stay.

I would only be nit picking if I said what I didn’t like. I didn’t have any problems with my stay here.

The room was really big and quiet. Location was excellent as well. Near to very good restaurants and supermarkets. They offered us a room with to beds, and no cost. I thought it was sweet from the guys in the reception.

Breakfast could be better, with more options and with more reposition. And reception staff could be more helpful answering emails. I've sent a request asking an hour earlier checkin and it was answered with a no and with a reminder about the checkout time. Additionally, they mentioned it would let me know in few days about my request, but this never had happened. However, personally they were nice. Bedroom could be cleaner as well. Telephone had dust on it.

Very clean, really nice place. Huge windows with good views of the area. Pretty close to a metro station and a number of restaurants. We walked form the hotel to the Costanera, Sculpture Park, and up to the cable cars. Kindly held our bags for us for the day after we checked out. Professional staff happy to help us. Check in easy. Hot showers, good heating and cooling system. Comfortable bed.

Shower doesn't really have a door and the water tends to get on the floor... very small thing though, overall great stay. Breakfast very expensive compared to what you can get in surrounding cafes or restaurants.

Great hotel, located in a really nice and safe neighborhood. I didn’t feel insecure going out by night in the area. The staff is friendly and available 24/7. Spacious and clean room.

The shower window is too small so you end up putting water all over the bathroom. Cleaning personnel came a bit early the first morning (8:15 am) while I was still sleeping. But that did not happened again after providing them with your preferences.

The stay went flawless - all set. All staff was nice - special remark to Jorge who not only made the check in and check out, but also made sure we were comfortable, gave tips on safety of the whereabouts as we would only resume to our flight later on and provided the take away Breakfast to one of our visits. The location is in the heart of Providencia, near shops, an Oxxo market in the same block, metro station within a small walking distance and Costanera Mall in a pleasant 20-minute walk. The room was small but cozy, sharp clean with fluffy pillows that were very welcome after hours bumping in the roads. The shower was outstanding, and breakfast of the hotel was excellent. Though there weren’t gym or pool at the facilities, the cost-benefit is definitely met. I would definitely stay there again.

A small remark that didn’t jeopardize our stay was the charge of the late check out until 5pm - considering the checkout is quite early I would consider extending the half-stay until 7pm.

Nice staff, good location nearby subway station Pedro de Valdivia and 1,2km from Sky Costanera. They have free water in the lobby and instantaneous coffee in the bedrooms (Nescafé) also for free.

They didn’t have a hair dryer for each room; you need to ask in the lobby. But this is not a downsize. The shower didnt have a glass box or a courtain. The shower only had a “half part” of glass - fixed - so when we took showers, all the bathroom was soaked.
