Check in was easy, had an issue with the first room we stayed in, extremely uncomfortably hot, 38-40 degrees outside and had no remote for the aircon, couldn't open window as there was huge aircon units out the back blowing raging hot air. Air con was set on 26 degrees and was told no remote, had to go back to see staff as it wasn't manageable at all. Got sorted for the first night but did have to leave the aircon on 20 all night as the staff member took the remote away. Got moved the second night, and from there, everything was perfect. Aircon with a remote, rooms clean, beds comfortable. There was no issue when we asked for extra pillows either :) The pool was fab, directly in the sun, and sunloungers all around the sides. Breakfast was okay, both hot, cold, pastries, etc.. yoghurt, cake, cereal, fruit, and all the little extras. Drinks machines but hot and cold, plenty of choice. Shower gel and shampoo provided. There was no fridge/mini fridge in the room but I do believe there was an option to hire a mini bar, we just got drinks from the vending machine and also from the bar, bar staff were happy to assist in giving me a few glass fulls of ice to take up to the room. Would stay again, but I would probably cry if I was put in the first room again 🤣 (101) .. 106 was our second room with a balcony, small but sufficient for our stay. Can't comment on lunch or dinner buffet as we always go out.

Very friendly staff, great location for the old town, no more than 10 minute walk to the marina/beach. Parking round the corner (€18 for 24 hours) so only a short walk from there. Lovely Breakfast with plenty to choose from.

It’s a little outdated which I’ve found is typical in Spain. I couldn’t get the Wi-Fi to work, my ID and room numbers didn’t match so I couldn’t log in. I’m sure I could have asked at the desk if needed. The beds are a bit hard but fine for 1-2 nights

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were friendly and accommodating, making the experience truly pleasant. The pool was good. While there is no on-site parking, there is Colci parking available at 18 euros per day.

No parking. The sunbeds were a little uncomfortable.

Excellent location,good facilities and friendly staff. Was even able to check in early. Really pleased with the accommodation for the money paid. Close to the middle of old town Benidorm and the beach. Plenty of shops/bars/restaurants nearby.

Room was a bit small, the A/C in the room was very loud. The pool was very small, especially when busy. The breakfast wasn't great but we made do with egg sandwiches.

Good size room, bed comfortable, but bedding could use some upgrade. Hotel bit outdated but clean, nice balcony and nice continental breakfast. 5 minuts walk from the beach.

Breakfast was delicious. Pool area was clean and just what we needed The staff were so helpful and friendly. Room was clean and a good size. Location was ideal.

No facilities to make a coffee in the morning until breakfast at 8am or after a cheeky siesta. Only one electric output in the room. Bar is open limited hours and you can't take any drinks from the bar to the pool or your room.

Very good food , nice and clean, close to the beach and all the Shops, we loved the swimming pool on the roof. .
