Location was excellent to where I wanted to be in the city. Walking distance to the Morgan Wallen Bar & the 4th of July escapades. The room was very modern and comfortable bed to sleep in. Service team was quick and helpful to fix issues that arose. Staff was very friendly and approachable.

The view wasn't the greatest, which not too of a big deal. The window could have been wider (more of structural design issue). The location of the toilet holder was way low. For staying one night I am not sure if the $30 credit got given back or not. For staying one night, that made it hard to be able to use. If I stayed multiple nights I would have liked to check out the food scenery that was provided at the hotel, which seemed high end causal.

Location to everything was perfect! Breakfast was great and glad it was included in our room package. The rooms were comfy and the staff was super friendly and helpful! So glad they had the store for random things we needed including Starbucks coffee. Glad there were plenty of elevators too. I have stayed there before and will definitely stay there again!

Maybe they had this and I didn't see it, but if not, it would be fun to have a comfy bar area with entertainment if we wanted to have a place to go if we were just hanging at the hotel for the night. It would also have been nice to have an area where we could sit out in the sun and relax if we wanted to, with bar. I understand that area was under construction.

The Renaissance was very clean and pretty. Our room was very clean and quiet. The location was perfect for walking around town and even to Nissan stadium It is one block back from Broadway so the noise level was reasonable.

Daily room service was not experienced. Fresh towels were brought on our second day as requested but no one ever came to empty our trash and check on the other amenities.

Location, stellar valet service, professional staff and ease of check-in. Just far enough from Broadway to keep you out of the fray, but still in the trenches ;)

Two hotel bars closed at midnight on the weekend. We just wanted a nice, quiet nightcap in our hotel after the concert at Bridgestone. Bar staff extremely anxious to shut down and get out promptly at midnight :(

Very clean rooms!

TV didn't work half the time. Rooms need to be updated, especially for what you pay for the room. Also there is a new destination fee of $25(whatever that is) per day you have to pay when you check in, even when the fees and taxes were already included that we paid for when looking online. You get to use it at the hotel restaurant or bar, but if you don't use it, you still have to pay the $25 a day.

Great central location in downtown that allows for short walks to most anywhere you would like to go. Safe and secure, yet very easy to access with room key. Valet service was helpful in suggesting to park across the street (which is accessed by a 3rd floor breezeway) in order to save some money. In room breakfast was delicious and very prompt. Staff was all very friendly and helpful. Great stay overall and I will stay again if/ when I return to Nashville!

No complaints, highly recommend!

The property is gorgeous and the best location to downtown Nashville. The staff a friendly and offered complimentary agave pineapple mules that were fabulous at happy hour, a nice surprise. The bellman was so friendly and helpful with giving local area pointers. Most quiet and comfortable beds. 10 out of 10 for us! Thanks Bonvoy!

Loved everything!

We had a room on the 5th floor, well furnished and quiet. The Renaissance was a block away from entertainment on Broadway. Within walking distance to The Ryman, Country Music Hall of Fame, Printer's Alley and Hop-on Hop-off bus and many other spots. Catching a bus to the Jack Daniel's Distillery was four blocks away. We did not rent a car - Taxi or Uber. We had two queen beds, 4 pillows on each and the very comfortable. Our reservation included daily breakfast buffet with many food selections.

Miniscule things like asking for water at the front desk. Cleaning service tossed a shower cap, large red plastic cups we used for more water to drink and of course making cocktails!

Conveinence of hotel, staff, complimentary cocktails in the lobby

Bartender (Zayon from Serbia) at main bar downstairs kept bringing us drinks that were never ordered by anyone in our group also brought us french fries that were never ordered, shots never ordered, expresso martini's never ordered, along with several other cocktails we were drinking, then slammed us with a $431.00 bill it was so unprofessional however we paid it but was so wrong what he did and we never returned back to him the entire trip. We would have visited more often but he lost our business by scamming us. We took our business to the Bridge bar where we were treated very good! We spoke with the manger in regards to this but never received a word back on this as of yet! Paul was amazing!!
