the location is close to everything! nice rooms and the staff Dee and Efren were fantastic welcoming and available!

It wasn’t spectacular from the outside which had me mildly concerned but once we opened the door to our room, we were pleasantly surprised. It was so clean and full of amenities. It has a walk in closet!!! The start and end to our trip also must be mentioned. I’ve never met a sweeter, more accommodating front desk agent in my life. They have a game room as well that’s free to their guests. Oh and there’s an amazing restaurant right there in the front of the hotel and it was really great! Overall, great stay and I will be using them again.

The beds were very comfortable. The breakfasts was very good. The pool was nice. Staff was accommodating.

The only problem I had was we stayed there for a while week and a few days after staying there , we asked for our room to be swept and mopped and the maid said , "not on my lists," and we had waited over an hour thinking it would be cleaned. I know some people wouldn't like to stay in a room after that but we were already committed. It was bad but not too bad. They should change their policies though. It was great except for that.

Angela, the desk hotel clerk was AMAZING!! She was beyond helpful and very pleasant!! Went way above her job to make sure my husband and I were ok and if everything was good with room stay!! There needs to be more “Angela’s” in the world!!! The location and room was really nice!! Definitely will stay here again if we make it back to Nashville!

The only problem with the room/stay was the internet connection was really bad. Could not watch tv due to the internet connection…service would either lag rea bad or would freeze up.

Location was ok. Breakfast was typical of this kind of hotel at this price. Parked right in front of our door. Bed was comfortable.

The room was dark with just the bed lamp. Didn’t realize until we were leaving there were little lights you could turn on manually in the kitchen area. I think the floor was clean but it had something black on it that made it look dirty. It looked like the pictures online but felt unfinished with some metal piping along the ceiling not in the pictures. Our exterior door was a bit beat up so wondered if it would close adequately but it did.

The room was clean and spacious. The facilities such as the pool, fitness center and breakfast area were great. The breakfast was amazing. The snacks that you could purchase at the front desk had nice options and the check in representatives were nice. The location of the hotel was in an area that you could reach quite a few areas either walking distance or via car.

There were quite a few people lurking nearby that were under the influence of drugs and alcohol. Not the fault of the hotel but made checking in quite uncomfortable. Also, the checkout process was very lengthy because there was only one person working the desk and about 8-9 people waiting in line. Some people were doing extensions, which took some time while most of us just needed to turn in our keys and check out. There should be two people at the desk or someone checking in on the one person periodically to make sure customers are taken care of in a timely manner.

Great stay ! Love the nice amenities super updated ,i clean Airbnbs and I can say the room was very clean I did a wipe down with Clorox wipes & spray nothing came up except door handle was dusty , shower floor could use a resurface but it’s still was clean , it’s motel style but very new looking and modern felt safe great for if you want to save a buck on a stay. They have a nice bar attached and restaurant. Gym took the cake loved it . Staff like others have mentioned are amazing, quick check in , and nice priced drinks in the lobby. Breakfast is average but it’s a Waffle House not even 5 minutes away. Definitely worth it!

Not a smart tv but I got to watch the office so it’s ok lol Honestly I travel a lot & I can certainly say I have no complaints. Just if you are super picky or prefer fancy this isn’t that. Great for people who just like a nice clean safe room nothing to extravagant .

I was dubious about this hotel due to the number of 1 star ratings however the hotel was clean the breakfast was OK considering it only cost $5. An Irish pub attached to the hotel was very good and a 5 minute walk to the bus stop took us right into Nashville for just $1 each way. The staff were very helpful roon cleaning was on request at reception. It was all that we needed.

Breakfast was in the hotel foyer and although the breakfast was acceptable for the cost there was very little seating but stating that I am being really picky.

I loved the shower in my room (walk-in, sliding glass doors) and the music-themed decor was nice.

I only have two criticisms: 1.)The bedframe squeaked terribly every time you changed positions when lying down. The bed itself was very comfortable, though. 2.)I had to wait over 10 minutes when checking out for someone to come to the front desk just to give them our room keys. I'd really like to see a dropbox for your room cards so you can just turn them in and go if they aren't going to have staff up front all the time.

The property was nice clean and lots of amenities! The woman working Friday 9/27 around 9:30pm was the most hospitable host I have ever experienced. She was lovely, helped me with my changes to my reservations and made sure I knew about all of the hotels extras. I wish i remembered her name she deserves the recognition!

The beds could have been more comfortable, but I would still stay again in a heartbeat.
