Very good hotel. The room is big and very comfortable, with a great bed. Shower is very good as well, good power. The location is far from downtown (a good 20km) but we liked it that it's far from the traffic and noise of downtown, and if you have a car, it's easy enough to reach. Breakfast is ok (not great, in my opinion). Everything is very clean. Staff very helpful.

There are two main things that can be improved: pillows are too high and uncomfortable, and the breakfast isn't that great (there are no fruits, for example).

The food could do with more flavor (especially the hummus). Shuttle buses to and from the haram (I was informed by the reception that the hotel is working on this).

Staff service very poor ... I checked in the hotel at around 1 pm and the bathroom did not have towels. after repeated requests I got the towels the next day in the morning. Even for simple things when I called the reception or the service team 9 of my 10 calls were unanswered. At one point I myself came down to the reception due to no response over the intercom. I feel that the hotel needs a dynamic and a spontaneous team

Amazing location - very conveniently located close to airport and rail station. Be mindful Google maps does not reflect the location exactly so if taking a taxi - keep going straight for 200-300 metres from the location google maps takes you to. Great staff, kind hearted team and very accommodating. Bonus is excellent cafe and top notch coffee.

I suppose the only downside would be some miscommunication about breakfast being included in the room and us having to pay at the restaurant when we had filled our plates. Not a big deal but could be cleared out at the time of check in to avoid embarrassment.

From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming, professional, and attentive. Mamdoh went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Every request was handled promptly and with a smile, making us feel truly valued as a guest.

One of the best hotels in Madina, I would like to extend my special thanks to Ghaliah who works in the hotel for her lovely welcoming when we arrived at the hotel, and we would definitely come back again. Such a nice and beautiful hotel.

The location, it is a bit far from the Haram.

The proximity of the hotel to the airport is great for early morning airport departures/late evening arrivals. Otherwise, there is absolutely nothing to do around the hotel except visit a small supermarket and cafe. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was superb with a wide range of food on offer.

The room was extremely hot upon entering. I had to call maintenance as I could not work out how to get the AC to run cold air. The room card did also not initially work for the room I was staying in, which meant I had to go back down to reception to get a new card working which was a bit of a pain with all my luggage.

Clean rooms and easy check in. Good breakfast, kept open for longer period. Room service was prompt and efficient. Covered parking. Enough hot water was available for 3 people to shower under short period.

No help was extended to move our luggage to the room.

The property is new and super clean. The Reception staff are extremely helpful and the location of the hotel is quite and near to the airport with everything you might need from groceries to laundry is only 3-5 mins drive away.

The housekeeping could be improved. The TV size is very big but it has to be reset every 2-3 hours (no sound).

The hotel was really good and beautifully decorated. The bedrooms were nicely decorated, very comfortable, very clean, with all the required amenities. The staff, particularly at breakfast, was very helpful and friendly.

The breakfast could have more variety of food. With some fruit options in particular.
