Complete automation of check-in and check-out process. I didn't have to interact with anyone when I arrived late at night. Got my key from the box, went straight to my room and that's it. Good location close to the airport if you have a flight in the early morning. I had mine at 6.45 a.m. and I was able to quickly leave the hotel at 5.15 a.m. and ride 2 subway stops. Subway station is 5 minutes of walk from the place, so that's a plus too.

I had a feeling that the place might be noisy sometimes. If there is someone at night who is not behaving quietly there is no staff around to take care of it.

Perfectly comfy hotel for our family. We came very late, but the key was ready to be picked up with a PIN code. In the morning we could order a very good breakfast at the reception.

There are several parking spaces in front of the hotel and a small parking lot. Unfortunatelly, we came really late and it was full (this is not a problem of the hotel, though). Luckily for us, there was some space to park in the street in front of the hotel.

There was a confusion about my payment so I ended up receiving a message from Booking.com informing me that I left without paying. I then had to take time to upload my PAID invoice and reach out to the hotel to clear my name. Not a good look. Other than this. I had planned to use this hotel as my "go to" hotel, as my wife and I are frequent travelers. Now, I'm not so sure.

The location was super good for me, it was just few min away from the airport to arrive in Nürnberg and also super easy close by to get the metro and central station. The staff was also very friendly and helpful, everything worked as written and my check in was still possible at late time. ( delay of my arrival flight ) Breakfast was excellent 👍🏼 the room was comfortable and clean. Thanks for all 🌺

There was nothing where i would say i didint like it

Super easy to check-in and checkout, directions provided via email and easy correspondence with the staff. Great location for the train to the airport. Nice area, felt safe to walk alone in the dark. Restaurant directly next door was a bonus.

I didn’t mark 5 stars simply because I never saw another soul on the property. If I had needed something not having a way to call internationally I would have been in trouble.

Easy check in with just a pin sent from the hotel staff which suited us as arrived very late Spotless place, easy going and good value for money Staff was amazing

Very nice room, big and renovated. Excellent bathroom, all very clean. Breakfast ok, there is all you need but can be improved. Opportunities to Park the car around for free. Very close to the u-ban. We will come back for Sure.

Great hotel for our journey from Holland to Austria. Kind staf, comfortabel and clean room. We where able to arive very late in the evening. And very nice bar/ restaurant next door!

All good, we did not had the breakfast. It looked good from a distance.

The room was always clean, the staff was very friendly, the location worked great for our needs.

Wished there was a coffee maker in the room or complimentary tea/coffee station available.

We arrived early and our room was not ready however the cleaning team immediately went to prepare our room and in no time it was perfect. We had an early flight the next morning, so we did not try the breakfast. Room was clean and had all the amenities and very comfortable.

We were there for 1 night and enjoyed it
