Arriving in the early hours almost 2:30am from Dalaman airport, a friendly man welcomed us and we were expected. Two single rooms had been booked. One was accessed via lift and mine via stairs. The rooms were splendid, Wonderful large beds , beautifully furnished and the shower room was excellent with complimentary toiletries. Each had a small balcony. It had to remain closed and the air conditioning was off. The heat was not conducive to sleep, so cold showers were welcome. A wonderful Turkish breakfast was included in the room cost. Once you had worked out all the containers and staff were on hand. It is a great location as were were embarking on a 2 week gulet holiday and it is almost opposite the main harbour. We did not have to leave until 12 noon.

The balcony had to remain closed due to the deafening noise from a local nightclub. We were told it would end at 4am. It was after 5am when it stopped. This was not just in the background, it was very loud. I would emphasise this is not the fault of the hotel. The whole area must have been disturbed by it Maybe 1am should have been a curfew. If this had been the UK I would have complained to the local authority. The hotel owners should take action with the local authority unless this was a one off event. Once it was light I noticed broken glass on the balcony which I reported to the reception later.

We had an amazing experience at this hotel and would highly recommend it! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the exceptional service. The staff – Ayşe, Şükrüye, Fatma, and Berfin – were always friendly and welcoming, especially in the kitchen where you could see them preparing the delicious homemade Turkish breakfast. There’s something special about starting the day with fresh, home-cooked food, and it made the experience even more memorable. The hotel’s location is unbeatable, right in the heart of the bazar. You couldn’t ask for a more convenient spot. There are plenty of restaurants and activities nearby. Plus, the room itself was peaceful, quiet, and comfortable, making it a great place to relax after a day of sightseeing. The staff, including Mustafa at reception, were always on hand to assist with anything we needed. They were genuinely helpful and added a personal touch to our stay. Overall, this hotel offers a perfect blend of comfort, excellent service, and a prime location. Highly recommended!

10/10 for meeting expectations, everything as described. Great breakfast and location and staff always lovely. Place was clean, showers were warm, Wifi always worked, beautiful view from the balcony, omelettes in the morning were delicious, and location in the old town was great - just opposite the marina and 5 minutes walk to multiple great restaurants/cafes and 10ish minutes to bus stop if you want to visit elsewhere, or a taxi rank even closer (2 mins max). Reception staff were very kind and let us use their phone when our airline website was down, much appreciated. Thank you for a great stay! No complaints at all.

The hotel was very clean, central and easy to find. The check in was very quick. I was welcomed by all the staff I came in contact with including the cleaning staff. The breakfasts are amazing. There are two very good breakfast cooks who make all the food fresh every morning, it is tasty authentic and healthy! The breakfast area stretches outside into the lively market area. You can eat inside or outside. The room I had was very comfy with a balcony and plenty of space. I had a fridge and a kettle with T and coffee provided.

Sometimes in the evenings the market area was noisy and I heard alarms go off but this is not the hotels fault at all. Everything else was brilliant

The hotel is very well located in the old market area and near the marina walk. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The housekeeping service is very good too. The buffet breakfast has a wide fresh and delicious variety. The WiFi service is very good and the AC in the room too.

The room was very small and the balcony didn’t have a mosquito net. The nearby nightclubs are extremely noisy at night until 4am on daily basis. I wish the breakfast was served until 11am instead of 10am because we barely had any sleep due to the noisy nightclubs.

Friendly and efficient staff: the guys in Reception, and the helpful, cheerful ladies at breakfast. Good breakfast: lovely little cakes and the usual bread/salad/salami/cheese/olives/eggs/jams/fruit. Room: everything very clean, comfortable and looking new. Location: Old Town Centre - very convenient for shops, restaurants, bars, marina, seafront, banks, transport, etc., right on the doorstep.

Location: as above, but on a weekend night, just before a national holiday, I was kept awake by very loud music ('drum'n'bass', especially) from neighbouring bars/clubs until 4a.m. Not the hotel's fault, but it might need to upgrade soundproofing ahead of a busy Summer season. For my next visit, I'll buy earplugs - just in case!

The location is excellent, in the very center of the old town, close to tourist attractions. The hotel staff was very friendly. I would like to especially thank Mustafa Aydoğan from the reception, who helped me with printing and urgently sending an important document related to my work. The breakfast was excellent and delicious. The room was clean, comfortable and beautiful, as was the terrace overlooking the shopping mall. The night was quiet and peaceful, there was no music. Honestly, I was a little afraid of the noise that I read about in some reviews, however, I was delighted with such a pleasant atmosphere. I will be very happy to return to this hotel again and have already recommended it to my colleagues.

We had a day off from all the tours and went for a wander. This town has so much more than the few (Old Town) blocks from the hotel. Each street had a totally different vibe; what a jem. Butterfly Valley was closed when we were there, but the Dalyan tour was incredible AND we saw turtles!!

Pretty noisy at night; we could hear the thump of the bass from the night clubs. However, the only thing that woke us was the workers talking loudly at 4am.

Everything. This lovely homely hotel was wonderful. It became obvious when we came down to breakfast on the first day. It was jam packed with holiday makers. It is in the heart of Old Town Fethiye, alongside all the fantastic quirky Bazaar shops. Opening around 9am till at least 10pm. Prices are remarkable for purchases in AU dollars. Beautiful pier to walk along with loads of boats you can pick for fishing trip, or just for pleasure. 5 minute Walk to the ferry terminal for a trip to Rhodes Greece for a day. Such a wonderful stay in Fethiye for a week. As it's coming into their winter season, markets are beginning to close until summer, probably not all of them though
