We stayed here for our first trip to Paris as it was a much better deal at the time than most. Its located on the outskirts of Paris but since Metro is directly across the street it just meant that we had a 20 minute trip to central Paris each day. Which was fine. The neighborhood is a kind of working class area with inexpensive cafes and take out nearby. We found it super convenient for breakfast, nearby laundry, etc. Always felt safe there although a few rough types on the streets. We really enjoyed the budget cafes and restaurants as opposed to the touristy and expensive restaurants in a more ritzy neighborhood. So the whole experience was great there and we'll be back!

We were not impressed with the breakfast. My recollection is that it was expensive and very limited. But right down the street was a great pub that was open for breakfast. So we only tried the hotel breakfast once.

My son and I stayed at the hotel for the third time. We chose and continue to choose this hotel for its excellent location and quietness. On this visit, Margina worked with us as guests. Margina professionally and quickly carried out the entire check-in procedure, which is very important after the road. We asked all the questions we were interested in, to which we received professional advice from Margina. I believe that it is very important to begin your stay at a hotel by communicating with such a competent and pleasant professional as Margina. Thank you for your work. I recently stayed at TRIBE Paris Saint Ouen and had a great experience. The hotel offers well-sized rooms that are both quiet and soundproof, ensuring a restful stay. The blackout curtains were a great touch, making it easy to sleep in without any disturbances. The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable, contributing to a great night’s sleep. Cleanliness was well-maintained throughout my stay, and the location was very convenient—there’s a grocery store right next door, and the metro is just across the road, making it easy to get around the city.

The only minor downside was that the lighting in the room was a bit dim, but it was still functional enough. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located place in Paris. Would happily stay here again!

Rooms very clean and the location was very close to the Metro station. The housekeeping staff was excellent. The breakfast offered many options.

When I was checking out, my scheduled ride did not show up. I asked the guy at the desk to please call the company for me because my phone wouldn’t work. He was sitting in front of a computer with Google up but said he needed the phone number and said he couldn’t call without it. He was a balding guy I hadn’t seen before. He basically refused to help me. It cost me $50 euro because of that because I had to hail a taxi. If he is one of the owners, he has a LOT to learn about customer service. Everyone else was good, especially the tall good looking guy who I think was a manager.

Location is very handy when travelling by car to Paris - underground parking available and the Metro is just around the corner - into the centre in 15-20 mins. Hotel only 2 years old, very modern, hip. Breakfast good selection. Staff lovely. English spoken but better if you can speak French. Bedroom comfortable. Able to plug in smartphones directly. Quiet and comfortable outdoor space too.

Trying to find the light switch in our room - everything was painted black! Otherwise, a find.

Amazing hotel that exceeded my expectations: 1.They let us check-in early at 11am as the room was ready 2.Corridor has hot/cold and carbonated water 24/7 3.Room has vapor iron, hair dryer, very comfy beds and a large bathroom 4.Breakfast is a lot of value This is easily compared to 5* hotels and exceeds many of them, highly recommended.

The neighbourhood is a bit far from city centre but there's a metro station just in front of the hotel.

Excellent room with enough space. All hotel spaces were with great look and feel. Very polite and helpful staff. The beds were really comfy. Free coffee/tea/water is offered. The breakfast was typical european and adequate, but not much variety (for a 4-star hotel). The area does not offer much, but the hotel is conveniently located next to Metro station and Burger King (which, in our case, was a great solution for last-minute bite).

The cleaning service was not good. They didn't change sheets and toiletries during a 4 nights stay. On top of that, they put our pajamas on our (not so clean, obviously) suitcase.

One of the best stays in 10 times visiting Paris. A great value for money in Paris. 1. Friendly staff, flexible to my reasonable requests. 2. Freshly renovated rooms, look exactly as on the pictures. 3. All the necessary things in the room (number of towells, coffee, etc) 4. Blackout curtains, great 5. No noise when the window is closed. 6. Good ventilation with air conditioning. 7. Comfy beds and pillows. 8. Literally 200m from the metro station which takes you to the city center in ~20 minutes. 9. Great private underground car parking for a reasonable price. 10. Easy to reach by car or to leave the city afterwards, without a difficult drive through the city center.

Only the district is not the cozy historic Paris. But in 20 minutes by metro - you're in the city heart. And closer to the center i have never managed to find a hotel in a such condition for a similar price.

This is a very good hotel for short or long stays in Paris. It is firstly a new building and looks recently refurbished. The staff are very helpful relaxed and happy..which is always what you want when you stay at a hotel. The location is a bit to north of Paris...anyone wanting to visit Moulin Rouge or north Paris sites..it's an easy base. The metro /train station is 15 seconds away from the hotel...lines 13/14...direct ride to Champs Elysee in about 20mins. The location has lots of nice things around nearby as well. The hotel has a bar and a breakfast buffet area which is clean spacious and actually cool to sit in. The rooms are spacious modern and clean...everything is top quality. You really enjoy being in this hotel and it feels like it's all for a great price too. So everything is....excellent. I completely recommend.

It's a new build. Staffs were friendly Unlike most French buildings, this was well sound proof. The staff were young and very helpful. Location is not central but you are just 60-100m away from a metro and 10mins away from the centre. Internet was super fast and TVs came with a chrome cast. Breakfast was decent but not much of variety, however the pastries were freshly made.
