Nice and clean place, but very slow in responding to request. Otherwise, good overall

Response is slow, price is different than web published price. For example, extra person is $10 on the web site. They charge $20, plus they insisted me to take the highest price room and charge more for it. Even though other room are available. They ask me to physically pay at the motel. before they can confirm my booking, which is strange even though I have booked via booking.com. and paid via my CC. They would not give me the room no or location to pick up keys, Until I pay via CC at the motel. We were driving from Sydney and running late for arrival, it was very uncomfortable for me.

Lovely staff, room was clean and very comfortable. Staff had heater and electric blanket on for me when arriving so room was nice a warm. The update to the hotel is fantastic, 100% the place to stay in this beautiful little country town

Premises were unattended on check in, had to call number, no answer so had to call back. Was given a code to access our room so we got there in the end but was a bit frustrating.

Very clean- you can tell they take pride keeping the rooms clean and tidy. Appliances looked new and everything looked in great condition.

Smoking outside the doors - meant the kids had to go through smoke a fair bit when leaving the room and the smell came through the rooms.

I was surprised as this motel had poor reviews. The new owners are making every effort to update the room. Was welcomed by the owner who was very pleasant. Would stay again great value for money

Recently renovated with new fittings; very spacious with lounge, table and two chairs; excellent king bed; great shower - good and hot; excellent lighting in room; good free internet; park at the door - all pros, no cons! Great staff.

was a comfy bed and a quaint room. the Netflix and Disney+ is a nice touch

the bathroom had a very strong smell of sewage, once the windows were opened it wasn’t as strong

Very clean and comfortable. Undercover parking. Friendly staff. Love the large smart tv with Netflix and ability to cast apps directly from own iPad. Lovely thick bath towels.

Very clean. Super comfy bed, excellent bedding including large pillows. TV was very big, great for movie viewing.

A/C had issues, however support was offered immediately.

For Guya this place was refreshing and the added netflix perk was a nice suprise

The carpet may need a bit of a clean everyones feet kept getting black
