I really enjoyed my stay, George and his wife were very friendly and welcoming. The room was very clean, had a small balcony with a view of the coast. It's just a 2 minute walk from the village but it's away from the restaurants so it's very quiet. They gave me Greek yogurt with cherries from their garden, delicious. I was walking the coast, George is a great source of information for the E4 route. The food at their restaurant was good. For the best price in the village i had a very comfortable stay and would reccomend! I'm happy to have friends in Agia. Thank you George!

Perfect location, great view of the habour; quiet; mainly clean; room simple but well equipped. The cleaning lady is friendly. Very good value for money. They have a cafe / restaurant atteched: good. I recommend the super delicious Sfakia Pita (cheese filled pancake with honey).

The owner or manager is somewhat grumpy (I travel a lot - but have never been greeted by a receptionist with "what do you want?"). Later he became a bit more amenable and in the end even sort of friendly.* The joints between the bathroom tiles deserve thorough cleaning: signs of mould. The "free toiletries" consisted of two pieces of soap. * Curiously, the male population of Chora Sfakion seems to consist of 50 brothers. They all look the same, and all like Tintin's difficult friend Capitaine Haddock.

Very nice team, helpfull. Uncomplicated check in. Some rooms, ours for exemple but I belive most of them, have AMAZING VIEWS on the village and the sea. Right in the Center. Still calm! The tavernas are closing before 12 and there's no party bar or discos that you hear. A relaxing stay, beautiful.

The location is great with the main strip of restaurants right down stairs. The room was good, and it had a great view of the sea. Overall, it meet my expectations for a short 1 night stay.

The shower was rather small. You also cannot drive to the hotel as it is on a footpath. You have to park a 5 minute walk away, but the front desk was able to give me a parking pass for free

I stayed one night in January. The host was kind and he let me know I can call him anytime if I need anything. I didn't need anything. The room was perfect; it had everything I needed, even a mini fridge. The hot water from the tap got so hot that I didn't need a kettle for tea. That was a perk. The room was comfortable. Was able to wash with comfortable warm water. The view was top notch, and the balcony couldn't have been any better. I didn't want to leave. I would definitely stay at Hotel Alkyon again.

I liked my room with a balcony and sea view. There is a small fridge in the room, AC is working well, immediately hot water in the shower.

The staff has to take care both of the restaurant in front of the hotel and the rooms, which means there is little time to ask for information.

We liked the location and the cost, and were very glad of the air conditioning. We are not used to showers with no curtain or glass panels and had to be careful not to accidentally wet the toilet paper! Pleased to have a little fridge.

The flushing mechanism for the toilet was not effective.

steps on seaside. there was an easier way in with ramp at the back. On arrival one could use the back entrance (senior guest)

Good location. 10 min walk to bus/ ferry. Kitchenette with big and small pots. Kettle. Comfy bed. Balcony looking out over the bay. 3 mins walk from the very nice Virisi beach.

Basic Hotel in good price to stay in Chora Sfakion. The non-included breakfast in downstairs cafe is excellent, especially "omeleta" (scrambled eggs) and "sfakiani pita" (fried pie with cheese and honey on top).

The bathroom could be in better condition
