Conveniently situated for my purposes. Nice quiet room at the rear of the premises. Basically furnished but nicely decorated. Double bed very comfortable. Whilst there was no en suite toilet the main bathroom, which was situated off the short outside corridor, was well appointed and contained good quality toiletries etc.

Whilst I accept I had booked a single room it lacked a chair due to the small size of room. Also, it would have benefited from a small cosy lamp other than a somewhat bland roof light. I accept these deficiencies are, again, due to the limited size of the room. Were I to pay a return visit I would undoubtedly book a double room!

I liked the two German ladies who ran things. The breakfast coffee was best in Scotland. The breakfast was excellent.

I set off early on my last day so was not there for breakfast. Kindly they offered me a bagged breakfast. I was disappointed that it was only a couple of pieces of fruit and a croissant with no contents. I expected better.

The hosts of this b and b made you feel very welcome Our room. Was upgraded free and was very clean and comfortable and warm Nice location very close to shops and restaurants We would like to thank the owners for a very relaxing and comfortable stay and an excellent breakfast

It was an exceptional stay with friendly hosts, comfortable bedrooms and a great breakfast. I'd highly recommend this B&B if you are in the area. Its also super convenient if you need to stay overnight for a flight from Inverness.

A true gem. Our hosts were so kind and thoughtful. The breakfast was delicious and the rooms... wow! Just loved our bedroom and super spacious too. One of our favorite places we stayed in Scotland

The breakfast was excellent, especially the fresh fruit salad and the coffee. The hosts went out of their way to help and the suggestions they made for dinner reservations were excellent

Friendly, helpful hosts. Close to town and restaurants. Close to sites; Culloden, Candor House, Clava Cairns, Inverness.

Street parking was dicey but hosts solved our challenges.

The breakfast was excellent. The fruit was so fresh, the eggs done to perfection and the coffee was the best that I have ever had. Thank you so much for the wonderful quality and excellent service!

Loved the aesthetic/decor. Owners were very friendly and accommodating of our late arrival and departure. We also enjoyed the breakfast.

Great welcome. Friendly owner with great chat. Beautifully decorated with owners own artwork. Lots of information about the area. A german bakery attached to b and b. Great breakfast.
