6th time I stay here and I will come back; that says enough I guess :). Tried the spa first the first time (with massage) and that was really great; surprisingly big even.

Each time I go I need a separate invoices for my company expenses and my personal ones. Each time this is a nightmare to get. It's very unfortunate that the pool is closed as of 9PM since this means I can almost never use it. Also unfortunate but understandable that it's not allowed to smoke around the pool anymore (even if there is nobody else).

5th time I take this hotel in Chennai for either 1 or 2 weeks. It's beautiful, the rooms are very comfortable and spacious. Especially the beds are wonderful. The recent possibility to stream Netflix directly on the TV is a nice addition.

Nothing major but still some things I would like to see improved: - pool and spa already close at 9pm which seems very early, especially for a business hotel. I never get a chance really to use either of them because of this - when there is a private event the bar is not accessible, not even the nice terras/smoking area which is not nice for the guests - an indication on the menu of how spicy food is would be good; I once had to return a simple nasi goreng because my mouth was on fire - not enough taxi availability in the morning, even if you order a taxi 1 hour in advance you may still need to wait up to a half hour before you get it

The complimentary breakfast from Park Brasserie Cafe was good. The pre-made menu was a delight; we had the rice bowl, avocado toast and eggs. All food items were delicious, and the scenery of water lilies was beautiful. Jana from housekeeping responded to our request and made our rooms lovely by making an origami elephant with towels and keeping fresh flowers in our room, which was a nice addition. The housekeeping replaced our poor quality toothbrushes with a better quality toothbrush; still, even that one was of mediocre quality. Please provide better toothbrushes to your guests.

The toothbrush was of poor quality. The bristles from the toothbrush were falling off and we were unhappy to know that. We ate from the Flying Elephant and for the prices the food was not worth it. The chef was good, the food tasted good, but it was overpriced, and for us, the Elephant did not fly. Even the terrarium dessert was quite dense and not light and airy. Small foyer area

We stayed 3 times over a span of 3 weeks and in total had 4 rooms. Cannot complain we were looked after very well. After our 3 visit I did not have to say anything they knew what to do. Were looked after like a 🤴 and 👑. The food was amazing each night the menu changed. The Vallet parking to room spa, maintenance, security all working smoothly and ensuring you are well looked after. Not even once did any team asked to give feedback as they knew it would be good and were not forcing to place a feedback. So 💯 to the entire team for making our stay memorable.

Sometimes best to place youth or teenage kids away from families with young kids. The teenage kid was screaming around a match on screen you can hear on the opposite room.

The property is nice and close to Airport. Feedback is taken seriously and actioned immediately. Some restaurant managers are hopeless especially a gentleman with the turban. No greetings, no checking in. Kumaran chef was great always asking if need anything more for brekky. Some of the restaurant staff are new graduates all from Nagaland, Manipur or Sikkim they are learning. New staff need to be trained and coached.KiKon is great would say one of the most experienced team member in the crew. Shout out to all duty managers, Kabir, Raj and Gautam all 3 exceptional. Initially had issue with our floor house keeping ( was fixed next day) entered our room without our knowledge was coughing and using mobile when we entered and asked what they were doing. but after that the team was great. laundry service amazing and on time.

The receptionist in the spa when asked what are the different massages giggling and giving me a response rather say which one is pressure wise low medium and high and which massages correspond where. When asked for a shave saying cannot do Razor and has to be another hairdresser. But did well in the end. Yuki Massage therapist great.

I have to say it was an excellent experience. The hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. The rooms were clean, well-appointed, and very comfortable. What truly stood out was the exceptional service provided by the staff. They were attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was pleasant. From the seamless check-in process to the helpful recommendations for local attractions, every aspect of my stay was handled with professionalism and care. I highly recommend park Hyatt for anyone looking for a top-notch stay with great service.

The property is great as you would imagine for Hyatt but what makes it amazing is the staff. We were here earlier in the year and came back for one reason - Mathan - he was amazing and made our stay and has been the same also this time. Nothing is too much trouble for him and it has made our time in Chennai perfect both visits. All of the staff are great with everyone friendly and helpful which is why we chose to come here again when there are so many choices in Chennai

The food was excellent and the service was great. A special thanks to Rahul, Moses, Alem, Anisha and Maya. Prem and Raj are outstanding and Hyatt should be proud to have them.

Last week a group came into the dining room and started to eat the buffet course whilst standing up at the food counter and at least 2 of the guests, eating with hands, started to help themselves with more food with the same eating hand, This is breaking hygiene standards and of course etiquette. There was no attempt by hotel staff to guide these people to their table. Management needs to take action so that this is not repeated. Some of the front desk staff are not very knowledgeable of the local area. Training is therefore required. The bed was initially uncomfortable but later the mattress was changed to a hard one.

It was a superb stay. Staff attentive, extremely helpfull, and very well trained. Breakfast, one of the best we have experienced as seasonned travellers for work for 40 years. Room very spacious and good value for money. And as we had a very early departure for the airport, the chef prepared a breakfast at no extra cost for us put into a bag, much more delicious than the breakfast offered in the business class lounge at Chenai Airport or by BA. And a fantastic swimming pool. One of the best experience we both have had. Congratulations. 100% perfect.

Excellent Place to Stay, especially with the Personalized Service & care, Staff and Food. Perhaps the best hotel in Chennai. I had really enjoyed the stay as the staff are doing a great job. They have a fantastic team, to name a few Mr. Murugan (Chef), Mr, Pratipto (Restaurant Manager), Mr. Nevil (Front office) and Mr.Kabir (Front office). I was also pleasantly surprised when they gave me a Room upgrade. This team certainly cares for your needs and doing all the needful, The restaurant "Dining Room" provides a great tasty food with excellent breakfast and diner spread. I will sure stay again.
