We have previously stayed at the Airport Sure Stay. It is an older property and really needs renovation. This hotel was about $10.00 more a night than the Sure Stay. It is very clean, the beds are comfortable, and the staff was extremely friendly. It has a bar onsite, but we did not use it. My husband is handicapped and requires the roll-in shower. Most roll-in showers create an additional hazard for him as the drainage on the floor does not have good flow to the drain and the bathroom floor gets very wet. This was not the case here. They have a park-n-fly option for $15.00 per day and is well worth it. Will stay here again.

Location is very close to airport with free parking during your stay at the hotel. Rooms are clean and there is a bar that serves food onsite.

The comfort of the smallish rooms suffers from an over-commitment to its "ultra-modern" aesthetic. The most befuddling design choice is that, while the toilet is behind a closeable door, the glass-door shower is not. So, be aware if you're traveling with others and sharing the room...there is no privacy when showering. Anyone using the sink, walking to the toilet or main door can observe your bathing habits. Weird and completely impractical.

We've stayed at Aloft Reno before & were happy to book again when we needed to travel to the area. Our room was cold when we arrived but warmed up quite quickly once we ticked up the heat. The bed was very comfortable. It was a Friday night so the bar in the lobby area was quite lively, but it was a good vibe. They have nice seats there -- at the bar counter, at a few tables, and then a few very cozy booths. The bar was open till midnight but we didn't hear a thing in our 2nd-floor room. I'd stay here again next time I'm in town.

There was a relatively brief but odd & unexplained delay with our check-in. It was just long enough (and required a supervisor to come to sort out) that some sort of explanation would've been nice.

The facility’s design was refreshing as compared to other hotels. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Room design was different, with no closet and a free standing partition between the bedroom area and the bathroom/shower. Overall was pleasing to the eye, but “noisy” if one uses the sink and shower while the other party tries to sleep. The movement of the occupants in the room above were very noticeable in our room as was the flushing of the toilet in the room above. Soundproofing was not very good.

As soon as I saw this hotel I was keen to give it a try. It's location is great for those flying in/out, the staff were friendly, and the rooms are spacious and clean. We very much enjoyed our stay here. We felt safe, as it is in a good location, and the pool and gym facilities were both great. We didn't try out the bar. There was also plenty of parking for those with a car.

It is a little far from anywhere (midtown, Idlewild, Legends, Tahoe, etc.) but we appreciated being close to the airport and had a car so this wasn't a problem.

It was very clean!

I didn't like the shower room there was no door for privacy.

This was probably the best stay along a cross-country road trip. The hotel is new, hip, & fun. The location was super-convenient to what we needed to do in Reno; the airport is right nearby but we weren't bothered by the noise. The room was cute & comfortable -- loved the little table where we snacked & had breakfast. In the evening, after dinner, we ordered drinks at the bar & sat outside. The bed was comfortable & we were rested for our next long day on the road. Would 100% stay here again. Also appreciated not being near the casinos or having to park downtown.

4min car ride from the airport and they have a free shuttle. We stayed here on arrival and departure from Reno and got in around 930pm and had a 5am flight and the shuttle picked us up and starts running at 4am - perfect! Live music was great, ordered from a recommended pizza delivery one night and it was quick, easy and delicious. Katie at reception is amazing!!! Little breakfast bar with snacks makes things easy.

No fan in the bathroom and the doors are sliders so whatever happens in the bathroom lingers in the room.

Very clean, right next to the airport, free shuttle!! Staff was kind. Gym was bigger and clean. Rooms were comfortable and adorable.

I wasn't impressed with the lack of gluten free foods. The food is for sale like breakfast and what not and hardly any options. This is my second time staying at this chain of hotels and both the food is a disappointment. I have to leave to get food. Please work on this for your guest that have food allergies. PS yes I pack food with me, however it runs out on the tail end of trips and I should just have some options not every options so we don't have to go hungry, cause ordering out can be worse for some of us. Thank you!

The room was quaint and clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff were professional , making it a friendly and pleasant atmosphere and for I thank them.

The price of the room . Also the night I arrived, went to the bar area and ordered two chicken sandwiches, it took over a half hour to get. The bartender was doing triple duty, she was tending bar, taking orders, and running the food out from the kitchen and the reason it took so long for the food to come out was probably because there was one cook.
