Everything! I travel a lot and rarely does a property exceed my expectations but this hotel certainly did. It is a classic, nice big rooms are tastefully adorned and it is situated directly across from the Grand Pupp ( for a fraction of the price). The staff were some of the friendliest I’ve met - big shout out to the manager Tomas who genuinely went out of his way to ensure I had a great stay. A very nice included breakfast to boot! Personally, can’t recommend it highly enough.

Nothing- after a raft of hotels, this one will be memorable.

Nicely arranged hotel space. Friendly and professional personnel. Decent breakfast. Good location. In general a good value for money.

The bed mattresses already used with the characteristic indentation in the middle. Small dining area, with only 6 tables, can be a problem by larger number of guests coming to breakfast in the same time.

LOCATION: the hotel is perfectly located, in a beautiful building by the river, right in the old town. There are restaurants and shops even 20m away and the promenade of the old town is 5 min away. STAFF: The staff is extremely nice, ready to solve any problem or request. They even sent us a message after we left, everyone was very nice. FACILITIES: the rooms are equipped with the things you need as a tourist, are clean and are also pet friendly. Breakfast is included, both cold an warm dishes. PARKING: this may be a problem in Karlovy Vary. The hotel has a few places available for 15 euro/night, but we didn't catch any. We parked in a parking by the river, 7 min away from the hotel. It was free during the night and costed 10 euro/day, all very safe.

Breakfast could be a little more creative. The double rooms are a bit small, but that's how the architecture of these buildings is - not the fault of the hotel.

Really beautiful hotel from the outside as well as from the inside next to the river near the city center. The staff is kind and helpful, at first our room could not be occupied due to some maintanence problems and since it was the last room in this hotel they booked a room for us in another hotel across the street, but somehow they managed to do the reparation before we arrived and informed us. It was a huge luck since our room was like in a palace, blue walls with blue rolyal carpets a white-golden bed with canopy and chandeliers just like in a fairytale.

Unfortunately our view looked back towards the stairs, and the curtains did not block the morning lights but these are just little inconveniences.

We had a perfect stay at Alisa Hotel. The place is unique, just in front of the river right in the city center, the interiors are beautifull, you can feel the scent of former glory... The room was very clean and comfortable. And everything for a very reasonable price.

The breakfast could offer more variety of choice. Finding a parking place in the neighbourhood is a challenge.

Hotel Alisa is located in the heart of Karlovy Vary. The wonderful historical interior will stay in your memory for a long time. It is also worth to mention about the wonderful staff, everyone was very helpful and had impressive knowledge about the area and the attractions available nearby. Breakfasts offered in the hotel were very tasty and diverse.

The location of the hotel and the room size. We stayed in an apartment and we had more than enough space for all 4 of us.

A bit hard to find a parking spot around the hotel, also not possible to stop your car close to the entrance to get your luggage off. The breakfast was okay, but it was not easy to get a table, the room is very small for the size of the hotel. We also had some stains on the wall, some spider nets on the windows - this is not something you'd expect in a 4-star hotel.

The reception went above and beyond, in helping with any requests. They booked spa treatments, offered perfect restaurant recommendations and gvave excellent guidance on crystal factory tours. The breafast was a buffet style, with freshly baked bread and, again, reception were there, on hand, for any questions or requests.

When we first went to the property, one of the other guests told us thatthey hdad no space and were fully booked.

The hotel is conveniently located next to the central pedestrian area of ​​the city, where you can find a lot of restaurants, shops and amenities. There is also quick access to the hills above Karlovy Vary, where you can walk in a picturesque forest. Breakfast was standard for this type of hotel, the restaurant was quiet and not crowded. The hotel is cozy and we didn't have any issues.

Hotel locates directly opposite well known Pupp grand hotel - it is positive impression. The room was clean and with high ceiling, the building is old-style with past century décor.

Here is no parking , even bay for drop off not available. Staff don't speak English. You need to rise upstairs before entering in hotel facility. No lobby. Modest breakfast. Hotel is clean and not bad at all - but can't understand how it has 4*.
