1. 3p check-in time is later than usual; 2. Can't use public bath if you have tattoo(s); 3. LED lights from television and aircon panel distract from sleeping at night, but I was able to cover them with black electrical tape; 4. Using hot water at room sink reduces pressure to a trickle (room 907).

Very modern, clean, great amenities and location.

One of the front desk staff (I won’t name names but let’s just say he stands out from the crowd. You know who you are.) was speaking about me in an insulting way to another staff member right in front of me after I politely asked a completely reasonable question. I may not speak Japanese, but trash talk is universal and I’m not an idiot. It was super unprofessional. Even so, all the rest of the staff was wonderful, so I didn’t let it bother me this time.

Comfy room in a great location handy to stations and a convenience store . Our room was tidy and bed and pillows were great. We didn't realise there was a public bath on the top floor which was a nice surprise. A staff member was able to help us with forwarding our luggage to our next hotel which was a great help. The lobby also smelt delicious! You could even buy the fragrance to bring the smell home with you :)

We hadn't realized we had booked a hotel near a clubbing area, so it felt quite rowdy on some of the streets in the weekend evenings when we were out and about. We would have loved a little more space in the room to be able to open our suitcases more easily. Also one side of the bed was next to the wall, with no outlet there, and it meant that person had to climb over the other to get out. All minor nitpicks, we would stay here again!

Fantastic location. 2-3mins walk to Mirai Tower and Oasis21, which is equipped with a shopping complex and underground train station with so many food options! The hotel is also situated within walking distance of other food and shopping options. Just use Google maps to locate whatever you're finding for. A 7/11 is located right beside the hotel, making it convenient to buy water/snacks/food. Hotel staff were very polite, helpful and friendly. At Level 14, you can find the laundry room. All machines were washer and dryer in one, it is super convenient for long-term stays. Simple amenities are provided (comb, body scrub towel, pjs, water, body soap, shampoo, conditioner). On the same floor is where you can also find a vending machine for drinks, ice station and microwave. The hotel seems immensely popular with the locals. I will definitely come back to stay again!

Bed is not the most comfortable. Not great for back support, but I understand that this is a fuss free hotel. It's not a huge problem. The room clean up and refresh is satisfactory. However, there was a day we found trash under the bed left from the previous guests, and housekeeping did not wash up the cups that we used. For long-term stays like myself (13 days), it would be great if we could get fresh cups every other day, at least?

Public bath was good, but rather small.

I booked for 4 nights but on 4 separate bookings, however I paid upfront for all 4 nights at 1 go. The staff insisted that since it is 4 separate bookings, I would need to change the card key for each different night. I find that this is rather inconvenient and inflexible of the hotel to have to inconvenience the guest. Hotel should be more flexible to allow the card key to be used throughout the stay. This was allowed when I did the same for other hotels.

Loved everything about this hotel, it is so close to the Hisaoyadori subway, Chubu electric tower, walkable to the museums in the vicinity, and also walkable to the castle (~15-20 min walk). The washing machine was very strong. When you walk in, they have a very pleasant aroma in the lobby. The rooms were nice!

It is quite close to the night life and the main roads so there were nights where some drivers would be 'racing'.

Stayed late Oct/early Nov 2023. Room is clean and comfortable. The hotel is new and modern. It is 3 subway stations (Sakura Dori line - red line) from Nagoya train station and it is 100 m away from central park (Nagoya Tower). There are eateries all around ( hotel has a list of breakfast and food places) and 7-11'is just next door. There is also a public bath and coin laundry on the 14 floor Meijo subway also runs thru the same subway station

Housekeeping is alternate days although fresh towels and water bottles are provided on non cleaning days. Nearest exit from subway station to hotel is Exit 4. Only one portion is escalator. The rest is stairs . If u have heavy bags, luggages u would have to look at the station map for lift to bring u to road surface and then walk to hotel. The nearest lift exit is at central park. From station exit u walk thru underground mall then go on lift to surface. The station is complicated so I can't give exact direction.

Easy to check in and front desk staff were really polite. Great onsen on top floor. Women’s and men’s separated with protected keys for women side entry. Hotel room was quite spacious, comfortable and we both had good sleep. Shower plus bath was powerful and that was all we needed. 5 minutes walk to metro stop and it is on both red and purple line. Easy walkable to Sakae to see the tower and oasis21. Super good stay.

I stayed Standard Double Room for 5 nights in April. I really liked design of room, openable window and comfortable bed. Location was also so convenient. I really enjoyed Hisaya Odori Park, Cafes and restaurants near the hotel.

The Public bath was nice but last 2 nights I couldn’t use it because it was so smelly. They should have checked up more diligently.

I have stayed in a lot of hotels across Japan and this might be my favorite one. It’s not that it’s that unique or spectacular, but just that all the small details were well thought-out and everything was comfortable, all for a bargain price. The room was very comfortable, with all the amenities I expect and more. Tea kettle and green tea bags, nice bathroom setup, great shower, very comfortable bed with enough pillows, free bottles of water, and even a massage pillow on the couch! I also like that the flooring in the bathroom area in the entry way is not carpet, and also the bathroom and entry area can be closed off from the bedroom area with a sliding curtain panel. Everything was perfectly clean too. The location is convenient for many shops, restaurants, and transport connections in Nagoya, and there is a convenience store right next-door.

This might be the first time I’ve said this, but I have no complaints at all, not even anything small! :)
