The hotel is located in a very good location, close to the sea and the Kordon which has many good restaurants, especially seafood. Not far to walk (about 1km) to the station, museum and bazaar. The room was a good size and comfortable, plenty of towels. There was plenty of choice of food at the breakfast buffet. I had room service the night I arrived which was good.

The staff didn't speak English which made any requests difficult. The hotel did not serve dinner (although it had room service in the evening) but as there were lots of nearby restaurants that was OK. The "sea view" was actually a narrow view between tall buildings which blocked the view, which you could only see the sea standing on the balcony (see photo)!

The room was clean, the staff (the 2 males, morning staff and cleaners) were extremely helpful and friendly. The rooms were a good size. And due to surgery the toilet facilities were OK. Nice walking shower. The breakfast was nice, different options. The room service food was tasty and a good portion.

The ac only has heat mode to 16°. This was too hot, making the room either hot or dry even with the balcony open. The toilet is a bit low, as said, especially for someone who has had surgery. The room service did not return my change after I paid cash. The TV had the usual 1 English news channel, and although it has a TV password to possibly mirror your phone, the hotel didn't know it. No portable fan to be able to keep cool.

The location was perfect being right in the middle of Izmir and a one minute walk to the ferry. My room was very nice and clean and my bed was super comfortable. The staff were very helpful.

The breakfast was very average for turkish standards. I think this hotel has the potential to be amazing with some small changes.

It was rrally clean and the furniture was new.

They have only 3 parking spots at the hotel. You have to leave them the keys in order to move it in a different place ….and they give you a card that tell you that if the vehicle is stolen damaged or any personal belonging is missimg they are not responsible!

The room is very clean, not smelled. Good location and room design.

1. Smart TV working wrong. YouTube is freezing each several minutes, you need to reboot Tv, it’s very annoyable (( You also cannot attach tablet directly to TV because you haven’t direct access to TV 2. Water is flow from room above where shower is located. You might think you're having a flood.

It is a nice modern and functional hotel. Rooms are very comfortable. For the 4 of us we were given a room with 2 separate bedrooms and 2 toilets. It is not directly at the sea, but in 2 min you are in the sea promenade, with restaurants and coffee shops. It is also walking distance to other touristic places (bazaar, kültürpark,..).

Breakfast is ok, but it could be improved, maybe by adding more fruits selection.

This is my second stay at this hotel in the past 3 months.. Very nice and elegant hotel within a walking distance from the sea front where you can find all kind of restaurant and cafes. Excellent and very friendly staff, serving you with a big SMILE. Thank you very much for having us aboard.

Room was Purple in color... Very dark specially at night. Needs more lights to improve lighting in the room. I think this is the only disadvantage I experienced during my stay.

Located on a loud busy road, strange smell coming from the toilet (like food smell) - had to keep the door closed all the time

Gorgeous boutıque hotel in a great central location. We loved the heritage rooms we stayed in for 5 nights. They were elegantly decorated and spaciously comfortable for our family of 3. Staff were very helpful and made our stay most enjoyable.

House cleaning was a little slow but apart from that everything else was fine

In Izmir for cosmetic surgery (lone female) so wanted quiet room to relax in afterwards.. great room with nice glass balcony, staff very helpful at all times and nothing too much trouble. Cleaning ladies very helpful and room spotless every day. room service super quick good price and tasty. will definitely stay again when I return next year.

Would of liked a beer with room service. No alcohol on menu at present (Nov 22)
