Staff were very helpful and friendly! good walking distance from shops and restaurants or just couple of minutes drive. Spaceous room and heaps of PowerPoints for charging devices, induction hob and pots to do simple cooking. Shower and bathtub in large bathroom were great. Room was serviced/cleaned well every day, which is very important when you travel for work and work long hrs.

This part or town can be noisy, especially all kind of car racers driving around late night with loud cars and motorbikes. Despite the sound-proofing - some nights were a bit restless - not hotels fault. The normal Wear and tear of facilities and items can be left sometimes unnoticed: fridge was off-balance with one broken corner/leg and wobbling seriously door was hard to close and requires attention because it was easily left open accidentally; other side of bed/mattress really uncomfortable/other fine form some reason

Good size clean room with enough powerpoints/sockets for charging multiple devices needed for my work. Comfortable stay, recommend! I will use again for work. Convenient location, walking distance from shops and restaurants. Nice staff!

The usual motel shenanigans: fridge was wobbly with one broken leg hence its door did not close so easy - had to be careful not to accidentally leave it open for the day; blunt knives/inadequate cutlery/utensils; other side of the bed mattress was uncomfortable with pointy spring etc.

I didn't like the fact that you tried taking money straight away after I said that I'd be paying at the venue. Just because you think others were just going to back out of using the motel don't mean I was going to do the same thing, but in future reference instead of having options to pay now or at the property maybe put a pay in advance there or just a deposite so it's easier on the company and the customer but overall it was an awesome stay.

second time staying here, easy going please that didn't mind the fact that I was traveling with a 2 week old baby and didn't have them on the booking form until I got there and they didn't change the price, they didn't mind at all

the owners car was parked out side our room and he left at 10pm at night and it woke all the kids, its quite loud even though he tried hard to not make noise, I would recommend maybe a different location for parking as the rest of the hotel was really quite and peaceful

Good central location. The reception staff were very helpful. The units heating was great, and the beds had amazingly hot electric blankets. I would stay again

There was a bit of rubbish and debris on the gardens by our little patio. I advised reception, who were going to tell the house keepers to include this area in their cleaning routines.

We stayed in a one bedroom unit and we enjoyed our stay. Comfy bed, spa is a bonus and working perfectly well. The shower has great pressure. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking. Overall, it's very clean and well maintained accommodation. We wished we had stayed longer. The Motel is closer to all the shops, restaurants, café and takeaway places. I recommend this place to anyone who's looking for a place to stay in Hastings.

i loved that when i opened the door on arrival my room smelt really nice, didn’t smell old , musty or yuck, the shower was amazing really really awesome pressure for a motor lodge, heat pump was good as well especially for the cold nights the bed was nice and big with electric blankets which made it better while we waited for the heat pump to warm up

only thing i didn’t like was the bottles of shampoo and conditioner, they were too small and there was two of us we only had 1 shampoo and 1 conditioner between myself and another person.

Staff were friendly. Room was quiet. Location was great.

Decor is a bit dated (mildew stains in bathroom) .Step in Bath tub/shower was EXTREMELY slippery to step into. Almost fell over more than once. Didn’t like how the light was attached to the fan so if you went to the toilet in the middle of the night the fan was extremely loud in the bedroom.

Great location, nice shower and bath with jets. Very comfy. I liked the view of greenery and plants. Private.

The toaster hadn't been cleaned for a long while. Fire hazard. I left the bottom open, lying on its side, so they could see it. Hopefully, they check all rooms toasters now.

Every time we come to Hastings we always stay here. Love the hosts love the location and most of all love that they are very accommodating to our needs .....have and still will highly recommend this place to all I know 😁

Not much. Although maybe a pool if you ever decide to expand the place.
