The hotel is in a quiet place. The staff are nice. Breakfast facility available at a reasonable price. The hotel per night rent was also cheaper than other hotels while I visited.
The hotel is far from the city center and you must travel at least 30-40 min by tram. The tram station is quite close to the hostel but because of the main road, it takes 5-7 mins to reach the tram station from the hotel door. Also initially I was not able to find the hotel entrance. The hotel authority should make a clear and noticeable gate for this hotel, it will help the guest to find the entrance from the road.

Lovely, clean and friendly staff.
There wasn’t a kettle or fridge in the room which would have been nice. There was also no entrance for people without a car so we had to crawl under a car barrier every time.

Location across the road from the tram terminus, 20 minutes to Amsterdam Central, parking only €5 a night, price, cleanliness, free hot drinks at reception (didn’t bother me about no kettle in room), next to a McDonalds
New hotel still having work done on higher floors but it’s not an issue. Could do with a pathway to enter when not in a car so don’t have to bend under car park barrier, if you leave shower on high pressure for too long bathroom floor floods over to toilet, could do with bigger pillows

We bought the breakfast and it was great. But be aware that there is McDonald's right next to the hotel, so it probably would have been a little cheaper to go there, the less convenient. Strange little place out in the middle of nowhere. But there is a tram station about a six minute walk away. Set a 20-minute ride into the city. I think it's kind of a budget hotel kind of like ibis is in Europe. I think we were paying about 130 euros per night, including breakfast... But that was for their largest room.... It was comfortable enough... The bed was very comfortable. We were there very early, and despite the fact that our room was ready, they would not let us check in early unless I paid a $30 fee per room. This gouging is a disturbing trend that I'm seeing in hotels though not in the United States.
I think it was a little overpriced given the location. It would be better if it had a covered outdoor area for smokers, rather than making them stand in the rain...

The hotel is really nice, actually way nicer than I expected! We booked the triple room, it had enough space to fit us all and feel comfortable to rest and spend time together. The room and the bathroom were spotless, the sheets and towels fresh. The beds itself were comfortable too, a little bit too soft for my likings, but I enjoyed it anyways. The rooms have big panoramic windows, if you are lucky enough you’ll get a room facing the airport nearby and you’ll be able to watch planes landing every minute or so. The room is very well muted, you cannot hear anything outside. I honestly recommend buying the breakfast, everything is fresh and tasty. There is a nice selection of salty and sweet foods, including dutch specials - waffles and hagelslag (toast with sprinkles). The coffee, tea and juices are very good too. The breakfast spot also serves as a meeting spot in the evenings, there is a fridge, mjcrowave and kettle available for all guests. The staff is available at all times, the tables are cleaned up very quickly so you’ll always find a spot. The staff in general is very friendly and welcoming, ready to help out if you need anything. The location seemed pretty bad, google maps suggested that it takes 25/30 minutes to get to the nearest tram station but it actually takes 5 minutes to get to the first stop of tram 1 which takes you directly to the city center. The neighborhood feels safe, there is a mcdonald’s right next to the hotel. There are no grocery stores nearby (the closest one is like 2kms away, a few stops by tram). Some reviews say that the hotel charged them 100 EUR deposit and never refunded it, I personally was charged 0.1 EUR and informed that they would charge me accordingly if we made any damages. The authorization was released the next day. If I ever come back to Amsterdam I would definitely book this hotel again
The only disadvantage is that you cannot open the window (no handles) so it might get quite stuffy, but the AC is working well. The parking is available but it costs 15 EUR a day, so we did not use it

As a solo traveler, my stay was great. Clean enough, and spacious enough
It’s a bit outside the city center but the train is a 5 minute walk away.

1. Friendly staff e.g; The Portuguese man on reception had a good sense of humour and we got on well. 2. Access to Transport; Luckily, it was close enough to the Tram to Amsterdam Central as I had a heavy bag and no car. Overallĺ though, it was/is a hotel more accessible by car than by foot. 3. Food Services:The breakfast was very good with a lot of variety.
1. Room size: The room (number 608) seemed a bit small for the cost I was paying. 2. Cost: The room seemed costly for the price I was paying?? 3. WiFi Access: The receptionist forgot or didn't include the WiFi name and password on the paper he gave me indicating my room number. It would have been useful to know it straight away rather than have to go down and get it later. 4. Shower doors: The showers were harder to get into because the doors didn't offer easy access for fatter people. If I'd been fatter, I wouldn't have been able to shower at all. 5. Room satisfaction: I was satisfied between 2 to 3. It was clean and comfortable in general but it had few places to leave or hang more clothes than a suit perhaps.

Clean room, comfortable bed, hot shower and pleasant staff
Room was compact with minimal storage. Location out of town but easy to catch tram into centre.
