Cindy was working the front desk when we arrived. She was very professional, courteous and friendly. We enjoyed meeting and chatting with her for a few minutes. Later she helped us find a great restaurant for dinner. She was a great help to 2 strangers from out of town that didn’t know where to go. When traveling we find that all hotels are very similar, it’s the people that make the difference. Cindy certainly made a difference in our stay and we appreciated her help.

The room I got was amazing, really big and well equipped, with everything you need to cook if you want/have to. The bed was really comfortable and the cleaning was top notch. It really is a great place to spend the night between flights.

Albeit knowing it in advance, the walking distance to the metro station is feasible but quite big, and I would consider it the downside of this accommodation. As mentioned multiple times before, the fact that there's no mobility service to the airport is a disadvantage, mostly given that distance to the metro station.

Nice 3 stars hotel, helpful and friendly staff, special thanks for Mr. Fisal, he is a wonderful guy. Very close to IAD, definitely I'll consider it next time in DC.

1. There is no complimentary shuttle to IAD as many hotels in the area have. 2. No swimming pool. 3. There Alot of insects in the room. 4. Noisy refrigerator I have been in Hyatt Regency, which is considered far more than Candlewood Suits. However, all those notes weren't found.

Very courteous and accommodating staff. Room was large and facilities as advertised Free laundry facility was convenient

Room is dated and furniture and room can be better cleaned. No breakfast

The lack of food /restaurant options later at night !! The lack of curtains to prevent lights from entering the room 😔! The curtains don't close fully and it's impossible to sleep with so much light entering the room !!

The hotel clean, convenient, quiet, and is very close to IAD, so it is always my first option not only for those reasons, but also because the staff is so friendly, welcoming, and willing to help. I appreciate the cooperation of Cindy and her colleagues.

It was close to the airport and had parking. Nice and clean. Comfortable bed. Nice kitchen setup.

I stayed for one night a month ago and they still have a hold on my card. It’s ridiculous

After a 14-hour flight, I needed a place to rest. I found relief and relaxation. Best of all, very close and minutes away from the airport.

There is nothing I didn't like about this property.

Large bathroom, seperate sitting room. Extra blanket, window curtains were good. Lots of TV chanels. Large fridge. No dish soap. Pointless to run a dishwasher for 2 dishes, thinking about the environment.

No hair dryer,staff said it was locked up by cleaners and he could not get us one, kitchen had no coffee/tea cups? Asked for extra fork. Walls are thin and I could hear neigbors in bathroom or walking around upstairs. Lots of confusion about my booking through bookings.com. When I tried to call and follow up no one answered the phone????? When we arrived they said our booking was canceled, when I call before it was not. The desk clerk said he would give me the same price. I am still waiting for an answer! Also pull out sofa bed was awful and no sheets. Dove shampoo,cond, and soap in bathroom good idea.

The staff was very friendly, he booked us a taxi for the next day and gave us a wake up call. The room was big and clean and fresh with good facilities and close to the airport.

I am struggling to find anything we didn’t like. Our stay was perfect.
