I was so pleased with our stay!! From the moment I arrived, the general manager, Mr. Donnelly was so kind and professional. He was knowledgeable about the area, local restaurants, stores etc. The room itself was more spacious than I imagined and was impeccably clean, stocked and comfortable. The property is pet friendly, and had fantastic space to walk with our two dogs. I cannot say enough good about our stay. This will be our ONLY choice to stay when in the DFW area. Our family is spread out from Azle to Commerce- and we were accessible enough to invite several family to come visit. The large, well designed room made it easy to visit with 4 adults, 2 small children and two dogs.

The only thing I could complain about- if I just HAD to complain- the elevators are really slow. That’s the only tiny, insignificant issue I could possibly come up with

The facility was very clean and has a nice view when entering the front lobby , each morning breakfast was hot fresh and ready with varieties of food choices.

The only problems I experienced was the pillows were very thin not so comfortable I had to used three pillows to adjust my head and the furniture in the rooms needs updating .

Breakfast options were good. I liked the size of my suite and the lobby and breakfast are were attractive

Cleaner bathroom in my suite. The hotel did not have a charging station for my EV and this cost me a lot at area charging stations, not to mention the amount of hours spent charging elsewhere when I could have had more time with my family. Kitchen needs more pots and pans of smaller sizes

Breakfast was very good. Glad to see the menu changed just slightly our 2nd day

Ice machine on our floor not working but just slight inconvenience. Desk clerk made up for it by getting ice for me from the kitchen for my water bottle.

The location is great. The staff is nice.

It’s starting to show some wear due to its age. The lights and electric outlets by the bed didn’t work. The refrigerator made a clicking sound. We were also disappointed to see the bath soap and shampoo had not been refilled, but that was easy to remedy. But, overall, everything was nice.

Easy check in , close to shopping, restaurants and the skating venue. Out door area for breakfast was nice

Noise at night until 4:30am. We were in 312 above the outdoor area and there was a boisterous party going on to keep us awake. Not anything bad, just late and loud!!!

Great, clean, comfortable, very nice and safe location walking distance to eateries, a coffee shop, outdoor fun area and shopping!

Everything was great

The pool was clean, the Santa juice and hot cocoa were offered! We were able to play putt putt, the clubs weren’t great but it stop us from having fun!

Enough space for us all to stretch out and also ability to make our own meals. Indoor pool was a definite plus for my daughter

Dishwasher door latch was broken

The space in the room was wonderful. The price was excellent also.
