The staff was awesome The night that we checked in the young lady had remembered seeing us from 6 years ago where we stayed somewhere else and she had lived near there and she remembered our faces and she automatically treated us like we were friends that she just hadn't seen in a while which was really awesome The next day we had a problem with our curtain falling in the window in our room I went downstairs to let them know and the general manager herself didn't ask somebody else to go take care of it she stopped when she was doing ask me what room I was in went with me up to the room and fixed it for me right then herself to me that says a lot but all of the staff was great friendly the cleaning staff whenever they saw you in the hall they made sure you didn't need anything if they saw you multiple times they checked to make sure you were still good and you didn't need any other services in your room for that day they were on top of their game were very pleased and very happy with our stay we would refer The microtel inn and Suites Cheyenne to anybody that was going in that direction

This property is conveniently located just off I-80, and the rooms are suites, as in you have a kitchen and a living room area! There were plenty of green, grassy areas for my dogs, and the property was very quiet - so important to get a good night's sleep while on a road trip. The hot breakfast was exceptionally fresh and hot!

The water pressure in the shower was quite soft. The bathroom products were meh - I recommend bringing your own.

Reservation was for handicapped single queen suite. Sent to single queen room. Called desk and was told to come back down. Said they didn’t even have that room available. I was only offered a regular queen suite. I made it work but with my instability I was very uncomfortable without safety handrails in the tub and having a very low toilet without handrails. I should have been offered a different handicapped room or a discounted rate. Dirty carpet, appeared to be blood spots. Light was burned out over sleeper sofa when I arrived. Reported it and was told maintenance would fix it next day. Reported it again that next evening to staff, who did what he could without having a new light bulb. Breakfast is “hot”, powdered eggs. Low on milk. Only fancy teas, no regular tea as an option.

Staff was nice. Room was clean. Beds are very comfortable. Great location. We only stayed one night, but I am sure it would have been fine for a couple of nights.

Lighting in the room was wanting. One over head light in the corner and the bathroom light. That was it. no lamps. Couldn't get the heat regulated No matter what I did it was too hot in the room. It was too cold outside to shut if off completely.

Big parking lot, free breakfast and good beds. We stopped only for one night after long drive from Idaho and it was a very nice and quiet place to restore the power and sleep well. We had microwave, fridge and lovely window sofa.

Didn’t find anything wrong, only a little thing that it was hard to regulate the water temperature in the shower, or very cold or very hot, it took me up to 8-10 minutes to manage the handle and have a warm water.

It was clean and they were in the process of updating the main area. They said rooms would be started in the fall

We got there at 2 pm after having travelled some distance and they said that the rooms weren't ready yet. Even though there were very few cars in the parking lot. We've been traveling around out west for a month and that was the first place that sent us away and we had to come back to. We found Most places are accommodating if you need to check in early.

Breakfast was good. Room was spacious and comfortable. Front staff was friendly and efficient.

Whatever system is being used between front staff and cleaning staff needs work. I was let into 2 occupied rooms before they found an open room. Construction seemed to be going on, so maybe renovation is in the works? No explanation was given.

The beds were so comfortable. The room and common areas were very clean. Staff was very friendly. There were a couple minor maintenance issues that were going to be addressed immediately as we were leaving. The breakfast offered a nice variety. The coffee is Folgers YAY our favorite 😬 instead of some terrible vanity type stuff!

It was a quiet, nice stay. The check in staff was friendly and personable. Breakfast was good, but more options would be nice.

During the night, my air conditioner made some loud sounds, but eventually stopped. Be careful with your key! The keycard that I received was very easily deactivated.

The ad in booking said big bed, but it was not true, and The shower pipe had a leak, water came out from above and below in the bathtub faucet, I had to remove the plug manually to let the water go out and the toilet took a while to flush. Very small television.
