The music of the parties was not too loud and they turned it off at 23:30, so we could sleep very well even though our room faced them The other guests were not loud at all, people were polite and it´s not a party resort

The waiters could come more frequently to the tables, as felt we were not supposed to get up and get water or wine for ourselfs The indoor pool was not heated The piano guy in the lobby just "plays" his own variations for his own enjoyment, not for who is liestening. He never starts and finishes a song completly, he just flares around it making his own "art" (time and place)

Myself and my husband have stayed at Paloma Pasha 4 times now. We love the choice of restaurants and places to sunbathe…by the amazing pool, the small beach or our favourite place the jetty. Everything is easily accessible due to the layout of the complex. The staff are always very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Overall a lovely relaxing place with the option to join in on activities if you’re feeling energetic, go for a walk along the promenade nearby and attend great evening entertainment if you choose to.

The cocktails could do with an upgrade, most of them are made with a mix of syrups which are pretty awful. The beds by the pool were changed a few years ago and are not comfortable like the original ones were. The food in the main restaurant can often be gone cold so it’s best to wait for a fresh batch to come out.

Paloma Pasha is a wonderful hotel at the end of the local bay. Staff is very friendly and helpful. They were wonderful in solving the mistake at the Booking, so thank you very much for that. The rooms with a pool access are awsome. The big pool is great, and the pier is pefect, if you enjoy being just above the sea and prefer deep water at the entry. Bars offer good selection of drinks. There are some cats, which are very kind and staff takes good care about them, but cats are very pleased with some additional treats. Mostly there are no lines in the main dinning are, tables are clean, and food is good. In the years we are comming to Paloma Pasha, we never had any health issus with the food. A la cart restaurants are great as well, the prices in the steak house are very reasonable and the meat is great.

Teh evening program is nit as good as it used to be, and efter dinner it is difficult to find an empty table to have a drink. We enjoyed the food preparation outside the main buikding in the previous years, and food selection at lunch and dinner is not as good as it used to be, but it is still much above the food selection in majority of the all inclusive hotels.

Outstanding location. Hotel is at the edge of one part of the village, so there is no pass through promenade - feels nice. Amazing beach - not huge but there was always enough space. Most of it benefits from a relatively "flat" access to sea which is perfect if you are traveling with a small kid. There is also a pier to the side of it with some wild sea life (crabs, fish, a few sea urchins). A separate complement for a wide roofed terrace with restaurants near the right beach - great place to hide from the heat. Very tasty food in all restaurants including the basic/main one. A la carte restaurants very good as well (aside from Sushi one, which is average but that's fair). Steak house (where you need pay) is worth its buck. Some of the room facilities have been recently renovated, which is nice. Overall, hotel layout makes sense and is comfortable.

Few strong negative thoughts but a few observations: Some of staff members have been really kind and nice but overall, there could be an improvement on that front. When you make orders frequently you need to wait long times and not immediately clear that e.g. staff at the reception is keen to help. Once there were also no towels available at the beach. Hotel could extend the renovations/upgrades to cover e.g. the children playground, showers in the rooms, etc. Room cleaning could be more thorough at times. Final small thing - terrible coffee at breakfast (and for some reason no ability to order proper espresso or Turkish coffee - only the machine-powered powder one).

Best service ever. This was my second visit in 2022 and I loved it. Best service was provided byTurhan and Tuncay. Thank you guys.

Everything was great.

We liked the incredible swimming pool, facilities, cleanliness, beach location, staff and the wonderful buffet style meals.

The only thing I would comment on or rather suggest, is the layout of the buffet in the main restaurant. Both meat and vegetarian dishes were sat side by side, sometimes with no food description label by its side, so it was difficult to tell if the dish was meat or vegetarian. Maybe an idea, to have vegetarian dishes presented on one side and meat dishes on the other, to make it easier especially for the vegetarians to know what they are eating.

WOW! What a fantastic resort! We arrived late and were immediately offered food and drinks and an escort to our rooms. They made our kids special sandwiches as well, despite the main restaurant being closed. Aksoy, the General Manager of the resort, was very attentive to a booking problem we encountered, and went above and beyond to fix it for us, and to check in with us regularly during our stay. The pool and ocean were incredible - one of the best resort experiences we have ever had. The main buffet was full of varied and diverse food options, and we very much enjoyed the special reservation restaurants on site (particularly the sushi restaurant). We drove down to Kusadasi twice during our stay to do some scuba diving - highly recommended. We also visited Ephesus, which was an absolute highlight!

The wifi was poor, especially in the evenings. If I had needed to do any remote work (which is fairly common in my line of work), I would have struggled. They assured me they were working on the situation, so it will probably be better next visit.

Definitely hotel staff and people. Nice to see that everything is clean. The food is exceptional in every aspect. Perfect place for family vacation as well. I would like to mention couple staff names who were absolutely amazing, professional and went above all expectations: Memnune (Pier Bar), Seval (Restaurant manager), Umut (Main restaurant) and Kaya( Wabi-Sabi and Bistro snack)

There is nothing unlikable for this hotel. We liked everything that was presented.

The resort is not too big and not overly crowded. The location was great, away for the town but not too far if you wanted to explore, I hired a car. Alacart restaurants were of good standard. I watched a night of dancing entertainment, which was fun. Service by the staff was great, always willing to help.

The decor is a bit dated, hence reflected on the price. There are quite a few cats roaming around. This can be a nuance when you have dinner. Buffet restaurant food is lacking and limited.

The food choices at the Main Restaurant were above expectation and a pleasant surprise. The green lushness of the resort grounds next to the blue of the winding outdoor pool = great place for relaxation.

The room was a bit worn, especially tile on the floor, futon. It sort of shows that the resort isn't new anymore. Lobby and other areas looked great.
