The breakfast was fair, nothing special, nothing really cooked from scratch. Everything was pre-made and heated up. Good location, close to stores restaurants and the highway, maybe too close to the highway (some noise). The curtains blocked light very well and the room door blocked light very well also (both important to us). Very nice staff, met all needs. Pool room was a comfortable temperature and did not stink of chlorine. We also liked the decent sized dining table that easily moved to an area for family meals.

Noise from above, we could hear someone walking back and forth heavily, really could have been better. The pocket door to the bathroom is TERRIBLE. It sticks most of the time preventing it from opening, very concerning. Also, a sewer smell was noticed frequently at the front door of room 327.

The staff was friendly the place was beautiful. It was so clean, 24 hr coffee bar in the room was a fridge microwave dishwasher and dishes. It was cozy with tons of lighting options. The pool was smaller but perfect for our family of 6 plus a whole other family of 5 or 6 that came in to still be able to swim around. Great options on the TV for you to watch whatever you choose.

The breakfast was okay but it was nice to have a choice. No mention of the 100 dollar deposit til after we arrived.

Location was excellent for our trip. Loved having a full size refrigerator. Bathroom was poorly lit. Upon arrival our room had the distinct smell of a backed up sewer which went away overnight. We did hear about several who changed rooms because of that. Told front desk three times I wanted extra foam pillows and towels (they only make the room every other day). Had to go down to the front desk to get it.

Everything was great! Clean and a very comfortable stay. We absolutley loved the room so much space and storage for all our belongings made it feel very homey

Only thing we didn't like was that we had to make our own waffles, sounds like a dumb complaint, but it made it difficult waiting for each individual person to make a waffle that takes 2:30 each waffle and most people made multiple waffles so you could wait up to 30 minutes or more just to make a waffle if its busy. Other then that everything in the place was fantastic and we will be staying there again.

The rooms were amazing. The pool although small was warm and clean. It was raining and our very large groups moved from outside by the pool to inside by the front counter and we had a lot of fun. The employees were fine with it.

The microwave was dirty. The pool was small and no hot tub. The bathroom in the pool area was trashed and the key wouldn't work to open the pool area. It was by some nice looking apartments, but the area wasn't as ok as it seemed. There was one car in the front parking lot with a rock smashed through the windshield. We parked in the back and the next morning there must have been another broken side window on someone else's vehicle smashed out that was parked down from us because there glass from a window being smashed out on the ground.

Very clean, big rooms, nice kitchenette, decent sized refrigerator, saline pool. We were able to use the main lobby room to gather our group of 14 people—to watch the game on the big TV and share food. The breakfast was ok—it would have been nice to have some yoghurt and more fruit otherwise fine

The staff are professional, the property is clean the rooms are nice. Thembani checked us in and he was so polite and respectful. Very welcoming. I witnessed a customer disrespect him and act rude towards him and Thembani maintained his bearings and remained professional and serviced the customer with respect and dignity, just as he served myself and the other patrons.

I requested a room with a stove/burner and they gave me a room with a full kitchen but no heat source to prepare a meal. No stove or burner like I requested.

We LOVED the room. Very clean. A LOT larger than we expected. All of the amenities included in the room were AMAZING. We were honestly very impressed with everything for the value of the room. The front desk clerk when we checked in was very kind and helpful. She had a very positive attitude and answered any questions we had with a smile in her voice. This was very much appreciated after traveling. We would HIGHLY recommend to anyone, and we will definitely be looking forward to our next stay here.

The pool room could use some attention. It did not seem as clean as the rest of the hotel. The water had a green tint to it, and we weren't sure if that's the way it should be or not. The towels were on the smaller side and there didn't seem to be enough for the guests. (Altho the front desk worker did her absolute best to make sure she kept them stocked.)

Family friendly and CLOSE to just about everything! Perfect for a family that wants to explore the city.

The pool could’ve been WAY MORE warmer. The room is heated however the pool wasn’t or it was lacking on warmth.

The location was convenient but too close to highway. Fascilities and standard was good. Staff was just ok, but during this visit I noticed that service is perhaps not the strongest focus in US these days. Breakfast was fine, could be some more salads and vegetables.
