Florence and her granddaughter were so kind and welcoming. A tour was arranged for us at our request around Soweto with local people which was excellent. Breakfast was lovely. Room was nice and area was comfortable. Locals were friendly and welcoming.

There was another guest staying who arrived late and left early and was very loud making sleeping well difficult. TV was turned on at high volume before sunrise. Because of the way rooms are set up you can hear other people staying here quite easily.

The staff was welcoming, the place is very clean and I highly recommend 👌 it. I also enjoyed the breakfast it was appetizing.

I think their system system takes long to reflect if one has paid for booking or not. So my troubles were when I got to the place they refused my money saying i have paid while I knew I haven't paid. I was confused but the day after I have checked out they called and asked for payment.

I loved the fact they clean your room each and every day after you've left the room. Also their staff is very nice...it's not my first time here so hence I came back again.

Everything was just perfect but if I had to highlight one thing it would be the warm friendly welcome and then arranging and advising on how to get the best out of our stay with all the things we wanted to do and see

responded quickly and great customer service. Rooms, secure, clean and very comfortable. Meals delicious staff were friendly and went out of their way to help us as we got a little lost. Very professional and helped as much as they could to make our stay comfortable and there were 2 rooms so the standard was high and consistent service.

Florence was so kind and sweet. She helped us with everything we asked for. And she made us feel at home. The beds are comfortable and the rooms were clean. We loved the living room where we could meet eachother. You get so much more then what you’re paying for.
