Comfy suites for family gathering. Great to have a full kitchen to use for holiday family dinner. Bowling and game room great for teens. Ice skating and sledding was the best hit.

The pool and hot tubs were not as hot as temperatures shown or noted. Hot tub was 92 while the sign said 103 There was a wedding on property and it took sometime for our food to get to our table roughly 3 hours.. A heads up would have been nice to have on the delay.. we approached the manager. After a friendly conversation The manager did assist us on the bill to the long wait

The bed was little to hard for both me and my wife and the night in peak 47 my wife was dedicateing a song to me for our 20th anniversary and a staff member not the two bartenders started yelling out it's was someones else's anniversary before I could hear what the singer was saying about your anniversary. Felt it was very rude and could of waited until he was done speaking.

A gorgeous, huge log hunting lodge with very large, well appointed rooms that are comfortable, rustic yet luxurious. The staff are all so friendly, welcoming and genuinely happy to see their guests and make their visit as comfortable as possible. The whole staff is phenomenal. The food is excellent, and we loved the daily hot chocolate and snores, as well as the chocolate chip cookies left in our room by housekeeping.

I wish the pool was larger. It seemed odd that such a lavish hotel that built an indoor/outdoor pool wouldn’t have made it much larger.

The facilities were amazing, and wished I had more time to partake in all that was offered over my six day stay. It was a beautiful setting and well appointed. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The bar and restaurants have a good menu and the added bonus of live music some nights.. The room was large and the kitchenette a bonus! Heated bathroom floor. No delay in satisfying requests from housekeeping and the front desk. Highly recommend making a reservation.

The room was fantastic. Very clean, and the bathroom floor is heated. The outside pool and jacuzzi are well maintained. The staff is extremely friendly. The private beach at the lake was great, and a fun experience overall. We loved the restaurants as well and the unique drinks and cocktails.

The only thing that I can think off was the coffee. We didn’t like the drip coffee or latte.

My wife and I went to the Whiteface Lodge for our mini-moon, right after our wedding in November. Our stay was incredible - the room size was massive, and the bed and living area were very comfortable and well appointed. The guest facilities were amazing (including a small gym and game room, hot-tub and indoor pool), and the food at the restaurants was delicious. We really enjoyed the included breakfast every morning, and the complimentary cookies! We went during the off season so it was extremely quiet and peaceful during our trip, which we really appreciated and needed. Will be going back again!

On your slow weeks you should offer a 60 year old + special for a quiet get away. JUST AN OFF SEASON RETREAT. Spa special, guided hike, picnic lunch, tea & scones at night, (no smores), game night (poker, bingo, cards, etc). Tap into another niche. Hmmmm..... I like it. I'd bring all my friends.

We visited for our anniversary and were extremely pleased with this resort! SUPER clean and the most comfortable place I've stayed in a while. The staff was excellent and the breakfast was amazing! Loved the outdoor pool, hot tubs, and walking the beautiful and manicured grounds. We did not get a chance to use the spa, but every aspect of this resort was spot on! Loved the movie theater and game rooms and all the cozy spaces with a warm fire every night to hang out at and meet other couples.

A bit pricey, but I would still go again! Wish the resturant in house had a little more options, but what we ordered was delicious!

I could not rave about the Lodge more. The entire property is beautiful, set back away from the main road on Whiteface Mountain. Our room could have been a rustic little apartment we could live in forever. The spa tub was WONDERFUL. The free breakfast buffet for guests was literally the best breakfast buffet I’ve ever had at a hotel. But it didn’t really feel like a hotel, it felt very homey and comfortable. No noise from other rooms. A nice living room area and porch. Bed was as comfortable as the one we have at home! Plenty of great amenities, too. We completely fell in love with the place, which is good because we were on our honeymoon!

Absolutely nothing.

The place is beautiful and elegant. We only stayed 24 hours, and we brought our own food. We'd love to stay longer, but $650 per night is really a stretch for us. Glad we saw it once. The pool and jacuzzi were great. Spa was overpriced, but we did it anyway. Great sanctuary with hot sauna and spacious showers.

Just too darned expensive for us. Felt like being mugged by a gentleman.
