The host was amazing, but the lady who does the daily chore is amazing, caring and attentive, and makes the best breakfast for you everyday. The apartment is centrally located, easy to reach the seaside, the hiking routes pass by, and most of the larger restaurants are located on this side of Montorosso than the other side of the tunnel where its mainly seaside restaurants. This is a duplex apartment so please consider the stairs to get up the beds, but the overall size of the apartment is decent enough for a 2-3 people. Weather permitting, breakfast is usually served outside in the patio which is very pleasant, but if need, it can be arranged inside which is also nice, providing a very personalised experience and service.

Didn't quite expect that it wouldn't have a window, but the patio outside to sit in warmer weather makes up for it. The rooms can feel a bit dark at times, but when you're in Cinque Terre you really have not got much time to be sitting in your room anyway!

Loved the room. The 3 beds are located on a loft that takes up two sides of the room. This offers a lot of space. The set up is very cute. Downstairs is the living space which is also roomy. The fridge was a plus. Helps to keep cold drinks. Very happy with the coffee available in the room. There is an air conditioner which is very important in the summer months. Breakfast was the best! Served in the courtyard. It's serene. Cool breeze, birds signing. They served eggs, toast, deli meats and cheese. Yogurt and fresh fruit. Granola and your choice of coffee, juice, and water. Let's not forget 3 types of fresh pastries. It's was filling and delicious 😋. Very friendly and kind staff. We were allowed to store our luggage the day we checked out to enjoy the beach one last day. We were able to use the small store room to change quickly out of our bathing suits and into regular clothes for our train ride of town. It's a great location. Short stroll to the beach and close to the heart beat of the city. It was great. I highly recommend Affittacamere Monterosso. Definitely would stay here again!

Cherry took a wonderful care of us and was very responsive. (Thank you!) The breakfast was hearty and amazing. On check-out day we had to leave very early and so she prepared all the breakfast for us in the room the day before so we could pack them with us. Greatly appreciate that! The location was great. No stairs to get to the place, except for a few steps from the train station. A rare find for cinque terre. Highly recommend!

The bathroom has limited space and the stairs to get to the bed was narrow. Walking up and down might be a bit loud. Wouldn’t recommend for seniors.

Lovely, comfortable and colorful mini-apartment located close to the main pedestrian thoroughfare, tucked away in an alley. It was well-appointed with a coffee/tea kettle, small table and chairs, nice bathroom and ample electrical outlets/plugins. The A/C, hot water, etc. all worked well. The building is fenced and has a lovely garden/patio area where we ate breakfast. The breakfast service was excellent and including a range of cheese, meat, pastry, granola, yogurt, fruit and eggs made to order. I didn't realize breakfast was included when I booked so it was a very pleasant surprise.

The bedroom is a loft style with steep stairs. It was fine for us, the bed was comfortable and we slept well, but it could pose a challenge for someone with limited mobility.

This little hotel is located off a quiet side street, and the courtyard entrance is completely charming. It is well equipped with a generously sized refrigerator and toaster oven, and the water pressure in the shower is divine. We were served a phenomenal breakfast by a very kind lady named Annie who took great care of us. Cherry was extremely helpful and informative, and helped us reach her place with clear directions ahead of our arrival; it really made getting settled easy and stress free.

The mattress on the bed was not as kind to our backs as we wanted it to be, but that certainly didn't stop us from sleeping after all the hiking we did.

Location was central to Monterosso. About 15 min walk from train station and now glad we did stay closer as it’s just chaos in that area. We were in a nice little quiet spot with outdoor sitting area. When the weather was nice we sat outside. The breakfasts were served here and were totally amazing: fruit, cereals,fresh croissants, yoghurt,fresh bread for toast,juice tea and coffees . We even made little sandwiches for the day! Rooms always very clean

The bedrooms are in open loft area which for us as family were fine but some may find it difficult to go up and down stairs as living space downstairs and to bathroom also downstairs . Think couch downstairs converted to sofa which might help some with walking difficulty Sometimes wifi was bit slow but mostly ok

The property was in a lovely quiet location but next door to all the shops and restaurants. The train was a leisurely 10 minutes stroll away. Cherry was very easy to communicate with and made our check in a breeze. Annie served us a lovely breakfast every morning and was extremely kind and helpful. Would not hesitate to recommend this property.

The stairs up to the beds, could be a little tricky for some, but we managed fine. Perhaps a small night light to guide your way to the restroom in the middle of the night would be helpful as well .

The location was fantastic, away from the crowd but also close to restaurants and shopping. Cheery was great. Before we arrive, she send us directions to the place with pictures to find it easily. My favorite person is Annie. She was kind, efficient and made us feel we are at home. The first breakfast, my wife does not eat pork so the next morning, guess what Turkey was offered as a substitute to my wife. Also, I love coffee. I drank 2 and the next morning Annie remembered that and said when you are ready for your second coffee please let me know. Annie was FANTASTIC and wonderful.

Our hostess Annie was fantastic. Served us a sizeable breakfast every morning at a requested time. The place was clean and had all we needed. Loved the nice patio area outside, and was just a minute or two's walk from the very center of Monterosso. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

My only slight complaint is that after a warm day, the lofted sleeping area could still be a little warm around bedtime.

The addresses in Europe are a little hard to figure out. We got lost, so the host came and gave us a ride. there wasn't anything that she would not do for us. Our one piece of luggage got a broken handle. She was going into town the next day and shopped for a new piece of luggage for us. The breakfast area was like being in an Italian movie set. Quaint,inviting,and a great selection. not to far from beach. An extra trash can in the living room would be good. Cherry was a sweetheart. The word PIANO means the floor you are on.
