We were greeted by one of the sweetest and most welcoming hostess, Pamela! She made us feel like family and that started off our stay, in a wonderful way! Our room was on the second floor of the upper building and was clean, comfortable and just the right size. We slept great, had a great hot shower and headed home. The only off comment would be the level of noise coming in through the door and walls. We could hear more than normal. Otherwise, beautiful view of the mountains and within walking distance to a variety of restaurants and stores. Quality Inn near Mesa Verde is a perfect choice for anyone needing a cozy place to stay that serves a yummy breakfast while they are visiting the must see Mesa Verde National Park!

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the A/C and heat worked well, the shower and toilet worked great, ammenities such as TV, microwave, and fridge were nice. Included a desk, sitting bench, nightstands, and good lighting. Location very convenient for visiting nearby National Parks sites. Breakfast was decent (basic items such as waffles, apples, eggs, muffins, juices, teas, etc). Front desk staff very nice.

If you checkin at night, the front desk lobby closes in the evening, so you will have to use a self service kiosk and talk to a virtual agent to activate your hotel room key cards yourself and sign your paperwork digitally. The agent was very kind and patient though! We had arrived at 10pm, so just keep this in mind and arrive earlier if you want to avoid this. Parking is also a little funky at the top lot of the hotel (on a hill) so try to arrive earlier if possible for parking closer to your room to avoid lugging your baggage up the hill.

The cleanliness and comfort were excellent! Even though the exterior looks a little worn and in need of an update, the interior was top notch. There was everything we could have wanted provided in our room. Very happy with our choice of Quality Inn for our overnight stay. Thanks

It needs signage for the office!!! We ended up going to the building at the top looking for check-in. And we weren't the only ones!! We Had tell another couple where the office was. We had to drive back down to the building by the road and found check-in there. NEEDS A SIGN "OFFICE " that would make for a better start to the whole experience.

Very close to Mesa Verde National Park. Very friendly staff and gave us good recommendations for dinner spots. Breakfast included with quite a few options.

Parking seemed to get a little crowded at night so unless your back early you might have to park farther away from your room. Otherwise the place is a good option for visiting Mesa Verde.

Room was newly updated, well done, good bed, linens, bathroom facilities. Quiet. Breakfast, prepared by Viola, was excellent. Staff was helpful. Corridor was nicely air conditioned and comfortable. Owners, Patel Group, provided a good quality business.

Air conditioning in room was old style, loud and problematic for sleeping.

The person at the desk when we checked in was very polite and welcoming. I don't remember her name but she was very professional.

The room was clean but the bed was very squeaky. Every time we got out of bed it was too noisy. It had a metal stand for the mattress. We were told that breakfast was from 6am to 9am. We went down for breakfast at 6am and the doors were closed and it was still dark inside. We waited 10 minutes and still no one was at the door. Ended up having to leave my room key through the door slit. And leaving.

The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was updated. The shower was very nice, and fairly modern.

The breakfast wasn’t particularly great. The scrambled eggs were gone. However, there were hard boiled eggs left. The corned beef hash was cold. Overall, the breakfast that is advertised could be improved.

The receptionist Pam was so friendly and polite. She answered all our questions with a smile. The room was nice you could tell it was upgraded recently. Bed was comfortable, bathroom was clean. We didn’t try the breakfast.

Only thing was our room was right by the stairwell and front door so we heard everyone coming in and out all night and in the morning.

The motel staff is one of the friendliest we have ever encountered. Thank you 🙏🏻 Breakfast is a huge postive surprise. Very extended complete breakfast. Duvets are comfy and not static synthetic, excellent mattress.

The ice machine in the hall makes so much noise all day, it can be heard in your room no matter how far away you are from it. This could easily be fixed.

Very clean room & bed. Loved that there was no carpet, just hard flooring. Very helpful staff. Gave me a great recommendation for dinner & let me park my motorcycle under the awning. I will definitely stay here on return visits.

Nothing to dislike. Didn't stick around for breakfast so no idea what it was like.
