Its convenient location allowed for easy walking access to nearby amenities. The downstairs restaurant, staffed by an exceptional host and chef, provided amazing food; I particularly enjoyed the authentic gravy and biscuits. The eggs, prepared to order, were fresh and not powdered, and even the sweet tea was delicious. My compliments to the host and chef (whose name I regrettably forgot).

Staff performance met expectations; however, improved communication protocols are recommended. A minor breakfast service discrepancy was efficiently addressed through clarification. Ongoing construction presents no significant operational challenges. Additionally, a microwave oven is needed.

The room was ready when we arrived at 3pm. It was close to The Great American Ballpark so we walked to see our beloved St. Louis Cardinals play. Breakfast was delicious and well-presented, hot food is always appreciated.

We heard sirens and yelling outside the hotel. There was a tiny bit of mildew in the shower. There was no discount or package deals to include baseball game tickets. We feel like there was price gouging on the room because it was a game day weekend. We couldn't even watch the game the second day because the TV didn't carry the station needed! Nobody in the hotel knew where to get postcards to send home!

When I arrived, I was asked for the personal about my housekeeping requirement, i answered i wanted to be performed every day. two days after any housekeeping was done, I presented myself at the front desk in the morning asking for the service, and she told me that it was upon request and she would send an email to perform it that day. No housekeeping was done. Later the next day, one day before leaving, i ask directly to a gentleman who was performing HK who answered me that no indication was received and must wait patiently because during the day the service will be performed. no more comments

The 24 hour market was convenient and the on-site restaurant offered a great meal at a comparably reasonable price.

Non-valet parking is limited to public options. There is a garage across the street, but the hotel’s front lane stays busy with valet traffic, so drop-off and pickup can be hectic. The valet staff was courteous and allowed us to use the lane for check-in and checkout.

Older building, however it was updated and very clean. Staff very friendly. The only reason I didn’t give highly satisfied, is because they do not enforce the no smoking policy. Our floor smelled like marijuana during our whole stay. The front desk was not willing to do anything about it.

Better job enforcing smoking marijuana in the rooms. The luggage carts are very outdated.

This hotel was very nice. I LOVED the bedding. The room and bathroom were very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful when assisting me with an issue.

My only issue would have been the construction beside the hotel. It did not impact my stay as I was on the other side of the building but made walking to my work location difficult.

1st upon arrival the Guest Services person Deidre was kind & gracious greeting us. Then she began to check us in and noticed we were 5 flrs apart. & I had a handicap accessible rm. which I preferred. Being so far apart in flrs was not going to work (flr 6 & flr 11). Deidre being the Awesome GS person she made the change for us to all be on flr 11 & I had that wonderful shower handicap accessible!! We were so elated with happiness!! Go, Go Deidre!!

A little chaotic in the arrival canopy area & getting a bellman with cart available because guest took carts up, but wouldn't bring them back timely. Might need to have a bellman runner scour the flr. to bring carts back.

We have had the pleasure of staying at this hotel multiple times during our visits to Cincinnati, and it has always been a delightful experience. Its ideal location within walking distance of downtown Cincinnati makes it the perfect choice for us. Each year, we make it a tradition to visit the city during Memorial Day weekend, and this hotel has become our go-to accommodation. One aspect that stands out above all else is the exceptional staff. They have always greeted us with warm smiles and gone out of their way to ensure our stay is comfortable and enjoyable. From check-in to check-out, their friendly and professional demeanor has left an impression on us. The rooms at this hotel have never disappointed us. They are quiet, allowing for a peaceful night's sleep after a day of exploring the vibrant city. Moreover, cleanliness is clearly a top priority for the hotel. We have consistently found our rooms well-maintained, giving us a sense of reassurance and comfort during our stay. In addition to the excellent service and accommodations, this hotel offers some great amenities. The presence of a gym and pool adds an extra layer of convenience and relaxation to our visit. Whether we want to squeeze in a workout or unwind by the pool, we appreciate having these facilities readily available. Overall, we can confidently say that we have no complaints about this hotel. It has consistently met and exceeded our expectations. The prime location, friendly staff, quiet and clean rooms, and the presence of a gym and pool make it a perfect choice for us. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone planning a visit to Cincinnati, particularly during Memorial Day weekend. It has become our home away from home, and we look forward to returning.

Location. Place was clean, room was adequate. Breakfast food was well prepared.

$49 a night for parking? Ridiculous. I paid $13 across the street in the garage. The system for ordering breakfast, at the front counter, before sitting down, is cumbersome. Plus I never like automatic gratuity.

Loved the hotel and location. Just an overnight stay on our way to Tennessee but a nice last minute idea and very glad we did. The hotel was nice and great people, especially Chris in the bar! Lots of ideas for places to walk to that evening. The room was a great set up, loved it.

My only complaints were the bed was too soft for me but great for my spouse. And... the few black hairs in the bathroom sink (i am a long haired blonde and my spouse is bald). Everything else was really clean.
