This is a family owned and operated property, and it's clear they sincerely want to provide a good service. They are incredibly kind and accommodated our (very) late check-in without complaint. The room was not fancy, but immaculate and comfortable. The only thing I would change is the lighting, which is a rather glaring flouresent type. I appreciated the cotton bed sheets, and seriously, I have never stayed anywhere cleaner. Its clear that the owners take pride in presenting the best they can at this price. The location is freeway close but quiet and safe. This was my second time staying here and I will stay again next time I come this way. I wish more motels had the same standards of comfort and cleanliness.

The woman at checkin and checkout was friendly and courteous. My room was clean, comfortable, and the motel was away from the hustle and bustle of the main part of Kingman. This is a low frills motel so if anyone complains about the lack of coffee in the room, or no breakfast included, then they haven’t read the details before booking or prefers to complain regardless. I like how there was a bottle opener built into the lower end of the sink unit. The mini fridge appeared to be larger than others it seemed. The motel is just off of I-40. I’ll stay here again.

The heater/AC was loud, similar to many hotels.

Clean room that thankfully did NOT smell like Lysol or hints of cigarette smoke. There’s nothing that turns me off more than a room that has been doused with Lysol or some air “freshener” to cover over something gross. Totally clean room, no worries about hidden yuckiness like you might find at this price point. I will likely stay here again as I travel this route. Bonus tip: Good coffee and pastries at “Mud on 66” just down the road a bit.

One gripe: the WiFi is so slow (like under 1 Mbps) that it is effectively useless. At least they don’t block my VPN like a lot of lame hotels do, but don’t expect to be able to check your security cameras at home over this connection until they improve it.

A clean, comfortable room with a firm but compliant bed, lots of pillows, well lit, easy to block out external light with the ample blinds, a hot shower with good pressure, a split cycle heater/AC that isn't too noisy, pleasant reception staff, ample parking, food choices within walking or short driving range, easy access to I-40 & hwy 93, but far enough there's very little noise, & good value for money the several times I've stayed there. It is my go-to in Kingman.

Not much to dislike, really.

Arizona Inn in Kingman is an excellent place to stop if you are driving from San Diego County to the Grand Canyon. It's perfectly located between the two, and the town offers nice restaurants and cafes. We even found a vegan breakfast at the Healthy Bar--excellent! Fresh and flavorful! The downtown area is cute with some art galleries and historic places.

Arizona Inn in Kingman is a great place to stop on the way between CA and the Grand Canyon or places East. No complaints.

Location was perfect for me right on Route 66. There are number of bars and restaurants in Kingman, I particularly liked the Rickety Crickety Brewery nearby, great Pizza. The Motel staff were friendly and I was able to park my motorcycle outside the front door safely. The Kingman R66 museum is just over the road and well worth a visit. Bedroom and Bathroom were good and so was the coffee maker in the room.

Nothing to dislike

Beds are super comfortable!!! Nice hot showers, very clean. Friendly staff!!!

Other ppl that cant mind their business and complaining about everything. Folks next door didnt like that we were cooking outside our room, which we got permission to do, they didnt even need to pass us and we left room to walk by. They complained and we had to move our stove, table and other stuff to the pool area. Normally not a big deal however, I have a broken leg in My Wife has a bad back, which is why we got permission to do it on the sidewalk. Some people want the comfort of home everywhere they go and going to complain until they get it. Stay in your room, mind your business

great staff and very friendly. Coffee in the morning was excellent, rooms immaculate, and loved the location. Micro/fridge in room is always a nice touch as well. Close to everything. I would recommend to anyone that is traveling Route66 to stay here. It's an iconic motel !!!

well the sign on the rood is in need of repair and there's few spots in the trim of he building that need some attention as well. I would recommend that on next remodel to get rid of the carpet and go with tile. Just a suggestion, I don't really like carpet anymore.

My wife and I travel through Kingman on a regular basis. The motel we had been using had become more and more tired with each passing year. We decided to try Arizona Inn for a change. We were so glad we did. Arizona Inn is very clean and well maintained. The parking lot is very well lit which adds much to the safty factor.

Actually, everything was more than fine with our stay. There was nothing about it we didn't like.

When we arrived the front office staff was very friendly and made the check-in process easy. We had a room nearby and there was plenty of parking. The hotel room was very clean and the property was well maintained. I feel like the owners of this property really care and they keep a clean and safe environment for guests.

The room door could use some better weather stripping as there was a good gap between the door and the frame.
