Great property with all the facilities you would need. Very clean and well maintained

I don’t like the paying for sunbeds/beach club. seems a tacky way of getting additional money out of guests. I would rather pay more up front for the holiday and not have to feel like I am just there for you to get as Much money out of me with any chance possible. Real 5 star properties generally do not do this. It was also not that clear that there were charges when making the original booking. If they are not included in the price then you should remove them from the pictures and promotions for the resort.

Beautiful property with incredible views. Special thanks to Ivan, the beach manager and Gabriella at the reception. We enjoyed a special birthday occasion and the staff made it a great trip. Would recommend this beautiful hotel to anyone looking to enjoy Montenegro. Make sure to get the sea view room as the views are exceptional.

The new rule regarding payment for the loungers by the pool. The beach and pool are lovely however hotel guests should not have to pay to use the pool loungers - the beds on the beach are free however they are not convenient for everyone.

Everything! The suite was comfortable, clean and nicely decorated. Welcome gift (chocolates) were perfectly packed and super tasteful. Welcome handwrite message made us feel special. Room service worked very well, while SPA offer is one of the best in 5* hotels in Montenegro. What we liked the most was the staff - cheerful and kind, especially F&B team: Stanislav and Ana were amazing during our breakfast time - Ana (supervisor) was extremely kind and flexible as we came in the last minute. Petar and Marko who are working in Rosmarine restaurant were great! Overall, it was a perfect stay.

Although it was already 20 degrees outside, the area by the seaside was not open. The bar, the pool and the sunbeds were therefore not accessible. Would have been nice to be able to at least get a drink by the pool or get some tan. There were some sunbeds around the spa building which was a nice alternative but during our stay there was a wedding and they used the area for their ceremony, so the hotel guests were not allowed. Outside chilling areas were definitely missing, the hotel bar is also located inside.

Absolutely a gem! Beautiful property with lovely beach and setting. Excellent restaurants (both are great with very fresh fish - large servings) and the nicest staff (especially head waiter at Rosemarin, pool and beach manager Ivan, breakfast welcome lady, and young ladies at the front desk). The best breakfast of anywhere we stayed. Very pet friendly which we really appreciated. So happy dogs could be on the beach! Wine o’clock at the marina is also a great restaurant. Free electric car charging also appreciated. You can walk to Herceg Novi on the waterfront but really why bother as the food and beach at the hotel are above and beyond anything in the area.

Need to put signs up a breakfast to encourage people to only take what they plan to eat. You can always have seconds. The breakfast was so fabulous that people got carried away and there is a lot of food waste. Maybe also put some poop bags and bins in a specific area to encourage dog owners to use that space.

Excellent breakfast. Very polite staff. Loved the bike hire. Great food at beach bar except the pizzanot always coming with the correct ingredients.

Guests should be told to return towels after use so it is clearer to other guests when looking for sunbeds, that they have left, rather than them just leaving there towels on the beds. I would suggest, non smoking areas for all restaurants, sunbeds, breakfast outside etc. Not fair for people to be subjected to other people's health choices, especially families with children.

Our stay exceeded all expectations! The room was much more luxurious than it looked in the photos. The breakfasts were simply gorgeous. Varied, tasty and beautifully served, every morning was special.😊 There's also a beautiful spa area, with good massage therapists.😊 The hotel lobby deserves special attention: it is so beautiful that it feels like visiting a museum. Magnificently preserved historical walls with elements of ancient architecture, which were carefully restored and left in the very center of the space, giving this place a special charm and atmosphere. I would like to make a special mention of the staff. They are simply marvelous! The staff are incredibly attentive to detail and create an atmosphere of hospitality and coziness. This is a truly beautiful and unique place where you want to come back again and again.😊

The hotel has the highest standards in every department. Their rooms were large, spotless, and very nice all round. The location is excellent, it is a nice walk ( 30 mins along the coast ) into the old town and also right on the marina to enjoy a boat tour of the bay. There is a lovely private beach with a good atmosphere and an amazing new swimming pool and very comfortable sun loungers.The restaurants on site are very good also . A special Thanks to Slobodan and his team who looked after our large group at the restaurants and bars , also Ivan and his team who taking care of us on the beach. You all made our trip such a wonderful experience , we hope to see you again soon .

Really beautiful property right on the seaside. I stayed in one of the residential apartments and it was beautifully decorated and very clean, room service and daily cleaning were available. The staff were all very attentive and kind and made us feel welcome. The breakfast buffet was fresh- including made to order omelettes, coffee and poached eggs as well as a hot buffet with good options, salad and cold cut/cheese bar, pastry bar, fruits, cereal and yoghurts/chia pudding. Juice was also available and the food always tasted fresh. The hotel has two lovely restaurants but we only visited Augusto which was lovely. There’s a cafe just downstairs called baguetteria that had fresh pasta and pizza which we loved a lot. The spa is lovely and a must visit! Because the hotel was so comfortable we didn’t explore a lot of Montenegro and we spent a lot of time at the hotel. We did go to Herceg novi old town and a nearby restaurant called Tapasake- the front desk was nice enough to call us a taxi each time. I recommend booking your airport transport through the hotel as well. There was a little mix up with my birthday order but the hotel more than made up for it. They also provided complimentary welcome snacks and a birthday card with complimentary champagne- I’m pregnant and couldn’t drink but my husband enjoyed it! I wholly recommend a visit.
