A good breakfast with Hungarian sausages, vegetables and fruits and dairy products. Butter and mini pancake maker. Coffee, juices, water, yogurt and spreads. Friendly staff Location 2 min. to the Déli metro station, from where you can move to both sides of the Danube (metro, bus, tram) with a 24-hour card for unlimited rides for only 7 euros. There are tram and bus stops in front of the hotel. 10 minutes on foot to the castle hill. There are several free parking spaces in front of the hotel, parking garage 18 euros/day, outdoor parking 13 euros/day.

The cleanliness of the rooms was good. I never had breakfast as it was not included in the price, but I had dinner and that was very good. All the staff, including reception, restaurant, bar, cleaners were exceptional. The location was also ideal as it is only a 400m walk to the Metro station affording easy access to central Budapest and connecting stations. I was there for the F1 Grand Prix so the Hotel was conveniently located for that and sightseeing with Castle Hill nearby.

The rooms are clean, but they lack storage for clothes and a refrigerator to keep liquids cool. The air conditioning was a bit too loud and didn't cool the room very well.

The breakfast ( a bit more fruits and it would have been perfect and the clima could be a bit warmer in the breakfast area)

In the morning the cleaning lady comes at 8 when people are sleeping so not ideal to weak up so early on your holiday. In our room the bathroom had a problem at the shower area and the water was leaking outside of the shower. There could be smaller hand towels. We had only the big ones for shower.

Location of the hotel is great. 15min walk from castle hill and and center of Budapest is also in "walking distance", or you can take metro (station is behind of the hotel) to city. Curtain in the room is amazing, darkens the room really good. Hairdryer in the bathroom (thumbs up) A/C in the room was amazing, it kept the room cool and comfortable (outside was +38c). Staff of the hotel were very friendly. Small Convenience store, coffee place and small dining place (old train carriage) right next to hotel. Nice park on the other side of the hotel. There is small small bakery (opens at 7.00) on other side of park, (great cappuccino, sandwiches and pastries) worth the visit on your way to castle hill. Breakfast was more than good. It's worth trying.

Room cleanliness. There were some spiderwebs and some dust in corners. Shower.. Shower opening is wide, so lots of water splashes on bathroom floor. If it's hot, you take cool/cold showers "few" times a day. When there is 2 people taking showers.....

Convenient location, the bed was compfortable, as well as the other furniture. The size of the room is just right. Very convenient that the meeting rooms, the restaurant, and the hotel rooms are within the same building. The meeting rooms are very suitable for events like the one I attended. I like that there is a bar and you can have a drink just before going to bed. For me the breakfast in the bar was just right and I preferred that one instead of the buffet (I tried both). The coffee in the bar is much better.

I would appreciate laminate floor instead of carpet, a net on the window against insects for me to feel comfortable to keep it open all the time and double glas door in the shower to prevent water spilling all over the place.

I love the room. It's so cozy and welcoming. I give it 99 out of 100 points because the fact that no toothbrush was provided surprises me. Especially when I am used to visiting Asian countries. Again, the hotel is doing their best to reduce plastic wastes and everything was good, so it isn't really a problem. It's more like a suggestion to the hotel, and I think it would be great if biodegradable toothbrushes were provided.

We loved the staff. Even though they were clearly under staff and overworking at times they never failed to be kind and to help in everything we needed. The short of staff was a shame as at times was hard to use some of the facilities in the property as the bar in the evening. The location is great. Within walking distance from all the main roads and the castle as well. Kinda strategic. The rooms were very nice and welcoming and breakfast was a whole experience: many breakfast stations throughout a huge but cozy breakfast room/restaurant. A special thanks to the guy that checked us in the night we have arrived, he’s been so kind and real and made us feel at home. Thanks.

Staff shortages, air-conditioning, not being able to dinner in the property as there was not enough staff to can provide a service for us. Had a great dinner on a train wagon restaurant nearby and that was absolutely fantastic though.

Location was perfect, next to the railway, metro and tram station. Buda Castle 10 minute walk from the hotel. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Overall very happy with the stay.

Small comment: In the room part of the wall need restoration, it was not do visible as it were behind the sofa but still. ALos it would be nice to have kettle in the room.

Our breakfast was fine! Very tasty and various. Especially we like porriges, whch are rare at such breakfasts. The beds are very comfortable. The location was really convenient, near the railway station. I do recommend this hotel to you!

We didn't enjoy the alarm siren, which turned out to be an annual study for the servise staff. It woke my daughter up and frightened us all. We had to go downstairs and out of the hotel.

Location is a plus, close to Buda castle and hospital museum, citadella. Food was good, there was some variety, options for everyone. There is a bar, restaurant inside. Underground parking and outside parking for a price.

In the area there are not so many restaurant choices. The omelette is a bit uncooked, has a watery feeling, I also got a burnt mushroom/bacon on my plate, no idea what it was. The cleaning seemed like so and so, we found objects from previous guests on the desk and the carpet had dirt on it. The air inside the room was not fresh we had to keep the window open for few hours for the air to get cleaned. Toilet has no ventilation??! No glass in the room Price was such a rip off from what it was actually, but I feel like booking is inflating all the prices.
