There was visible stains near waste basket, crumbs in the crack of the bench and hair on the floor in the walk way and also the bathroom.

Very clean. Outside, hallways, and room. Beds were comfortable. AC worked well. No smells. Updated carpets and flooring and bathroom. Breakfast had eggs, sausage, biscuits, gravy, waffles and other continental items. Very sweet lady working breakfast buffet who was excellent. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat.

Our room was at the end of the hallway near the exit door, so when people went in or out it slams like a regular heavy hotel room door at all hours of the day/night. Have a sound machine app on your phone, that helps blocks some. The room and hallways were quiet, so this was just a noise that couldn't be helped.

Room size great, breakfast offered is a good variety and the coffee was surprisingly good. We were able to check in a little early and this allowed us to dress for a funeral so we were very grateful for that! The location is great! Right by a shopping center and restaurants!

There was a left over beer and some food in the refrigerator in the room from prior occupant. Eggs at breakfast tasted horrible. Other than that we didn’t see anything wrong.

Attendant took 10 minutes to come to the front desk upon check in Some rips on edges of the carpet in the room and a missing plate on the electrical outlet.

while room 313 was overall clean, a large vent on the ceiling at the entry was very dirty and also appeared to have water damage around it.

The service from the staff was excellent. We were allowed to check in a little bit early which was very nice as we were tired and my wife didn't feel well. The breakfast was delicious.

The noise from the guests in the room beside us was so loud that we could hear and understand their conversations. Also loud talking while walking in the halls and doors slamming.

Everything from checking in to check out was easy and stress free. Very clean and might I add the room smelled wonderfully fresh and clean. I stay here often when I come home for a visit.

The facilities were esthetically pleasing and cling for the most part.

They do not automatically give fresh towels every day. We had to ask for towels each day we were there.

Loved everything about it! Breakfast was great every morning.

My tub was stopped up. Felt like I was taking a bath instead of a shower.

Place looked great and the reception area smelled really nice. Beds were comfortable (I have a fused back with scoliosis - so comfy beds are important). Breakfast was great.

Nothing the hotel could control. Noisy neighbor in the morning slamming doors woke us up.
