Great staff, perfect location, especially with what I call the secret door going through the back of the building and out straight into the winding village streets , only a two minute walk to the main Piazza and the ferry docks! Pool was a perfect temperature, had an amazing wellness area with sauna, hot tub, salt room, steam room and more. The room was quite roomy and had 2 big windows with a view of a lovely garden and other ancient buildings. Good breakfast.

Need storage areas/stools for suitcases so they don’t have to go on the ground. Especially if you’re not totally unpacking into the wardrobe while staying.

This is a great hotel to stay in! Our room was spacious, very clean, and had a lovely view of the city. It was also well-equipped, with a jacuzzi, a shower, and even a small sauna inside the room. There is a quiet entrance that leads directly into the city center, and the hotel offers free access to a washer and dryer. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful—they even provided us with extra towels for visiting the thermal park. All guests receive a Terntono Card, which grants free entry to several attractions in the area, including the funicular next to the hotel and the city’s tower/museum. I highly recommend booking the hotel’s parking in advance—it's convenient and more affordable than public garages in the city.

Include more vegetables at breakfast.

A great location for a family holiday - loved the direct walkway to the town and our son particularly liked the swimming pool (which we had to ourselves for quite a while) Breakfast was absolutely superb! A calm atmosphere with gorgeous views to enjoy. Good variety each day with everything fresh and served at the correct temperature. Coffee a bit weak, but a double expresso with a little added water fixed that. Good night sleep on all but one night where excitable guests in a nearby room were a bit noisy into the night. Hot water available whenever we needed it. Air con useful but you need to request it. Room had superb storage for clothes - both hanging and shelves. The city guest card gave free entry to several attractions.

Few ants in the room, but staff dealt promptly with this. (High standards of cleaning otherwise). The huge round bed looked good and the mattress, pillows and linen were lovely - but it took up too much space and prevented us both from sitting up to read at night - though it was described as the Romantic room…!! Odd theme considering it’s a family room (the child bed felt like an after thought as it was just a collapsible metal frame and not particularly sturdy). However, bed linen, pillows and mattress were great.

The position of the hotel just off the main road heading into Riva was great and it has a ‘secret passage’ which leads down the hill and you come out in the old town. You are also close to the funicular up to il Bastione and to the hydraulic works both of which are worth a visit. Lovely facilities, bar, pool and hot tub. Secure gated off road parking (€15/ night). Very good breakfast selection. The room we had was small but well appointed, very clean and comfortable. The staff were super - friendly, professional and very helpful.

This hotel has a fantastic location next to the old town and just down the road from the ferry and the funicular to the basilica. Great breakfasts.

The only issue is that the rooms can be a bit noisy, but it wasn't a major issue at all.

The location in Riva was excellent. The pool area was lovely, plenty of sunbeds, beautiful views and always very quiet. Great selection of food at breakfast time and staff most pleasant. My criticisms are relatively minor, but if you are a light sleeper it is something to consider.

The bathroom was tiny. Very hard to get in or out without having to completely stand back and pull the door fully in. There is no night time reception so if you forgot your fob to open the back door, or main door, I'm not sure what you could do. The walls between rooms are very thin and I could hear full conversations from the next room which woke me on my first night.

Everything was spotless and breakfast was amazing, they had everything from pancakes to cereals fruit and yoghurt, bacon wurst and eggs, ham cheese and salad, various breads and even a special corner for gluten free.You could have creme caramel or apple strudel for breakfast and the croissants were to die for! Good coffee too. Location was excellent, a short walk from the water and a direct back door into the buzzing old town. Also a short walk to the funicular for the Bastion for a panoramic view. The view from our room was amazing, looking over the beautiful garden and old houses to a glimpse of the lake over the rooftops and the mountains beyond, The heated pool was cool but we managed to get into it. The big hot tub seemed to only have jets one side and was warm. There's a smaller one too we didn't try. Our room was small but every space saving trick had been applied. Many cyclists used the hotel. We explored the lake on the water taxis and the dock was a short walk from here. Perfect.

Breakfast juices were in a machine. It was a little awkward getting in the tiny bathroom but manageable.

Very clean and new rooms. Excellent breakfast with everything that you could possibly ever want. The location was also excellent and there was a door that led you directly to the old part of Lago del Garda. The pool was nice (it is open from 11 till 18.00 in the afternoon), though a bit warm for my taste.

The air-conditioning had a very strong mold odour, to the point that it was unusable. Fortunately opening the window was sufficient to stay cool (we satyed there in mid July). The pictures that you see from the hotel are a bit misleading, they only show you the old and beautiful part of the hotel and not the new and generic one.

Great hotel, we got a very big room with its own spa area, it was a very pleasant surprise for us. Access to the hotel is very convenient because it is located next to the main street, getting from the hotel to the city center is even more interesting and mysterious, because you can enter the city center through the lower floor of the hotel and you are already in the center. Delicious and plentiful breakfast, helpful staff.

The location is really nice, it is close to the city center and directly connected with the old town. It is a great option if you want to stay in Riva and if you book it few months before, at a cheaper price. Breakfast is all right, coffee is great. We stayed for a week. It is good for long period of time. You have a pool. You have lots of restaurants around (Go to Bella Napoli, it is amazing). It is close to elevator for Bastione and Garda trek. You can rent bikes and go around the lake.

Parking is overpriced. 15€ per day in the Hotel parking is insane, taking into account that we stayed in the same hotel for a week and we did not have any discounts. We ended up paying more for the parking than for the gas for an entire week!
