The hotel is perfectly located just a few blocks from the main square and good restaurants. The port and bus station was a short 10 minute taxi ride away. The hotel has a charmingly oldschool vibe. The room was very spatious, comfortable, clean and quiet, with views of the city, above the hustle and bustle. There was hot water and good heating. The hairdrier didnt work but we got a new one from the reception right away. The staff was very helpful. The breakfast is a bit simple (no eggs), but overall the hotel is really great value for money. We stayed here before and after our Amantani trip (left luggage here) and felt at home. Warmly recommend this place.

The hotel is in great location. The window is in the courtyard. There is an elevator. I informed that the curtain was broken. It was fixed after we came back from the tour. Abraham, the receptionist, was very honest. He kept my mobile phone, which I forgot during making the complimentary tea. All staffs are friendly, especially the lady (I forgot to ask her name). She came out to get a taxi for us so we got the local price.

The staff were excellent as they photocopied my onward transportation and called taxi for us. The bed was comfortable. The location was within a short walking distance to activities and restaurants.

The lighting wasn't in the bathroom needs to be brighter and the bathtub was small.

The Room was very clean and the Sound proofed windows where super nice. The size of the Room is really good and the Bed was super comfortable.

In the evening Time about from 10pm the hot water where just warm and not hot anymore.

Close to main street in town and staff were very good. Breakfast was sufficient. Good heater in the room.

Nothing other than had to find cash to pay as I was told that the EFTPOS machine wasn't working.

Property exceeded our expectations, having a very big room, all the facilities and comfort. Location is great also, everything was amazing.

The furniture seems a bit old and would need a "refresh", but we didn't mind because everything was very clean.

Good breakfast and great location. It's within walking distance to the city center, so we could go back and forth easily. We even returned just to use the toilet or have a short rest

Very friendly staff, the location was great, the room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was really nice.

The only thing is that only one outlet was in the room to charge the mobiles.

The personnel were amazing and went above and beyond every day and in every detail. They were kind and super helpful in everything. Rooms were comfortable, breakfast was nice, free tea in reception.

Exceptionally helpful staff who made every effort to ensure a great stay. Excellent location in the city center by the main streets with restaurants and shops. Clean and comfortable rooms. Would definitely stay again!
